Earl was great, excellent customer service this guy took good care of me real Fast!! Great service! I went in for alignment for my Dodge Ram I was finished less than 30 minutes!! I will trust this shop again with my truck!! I will bring my wife truck next for alignment and tires and oil change!! Clean and nice they even had curtsy water if you get thirsty!!! The other shops better take notes!! 5 star service for me !!

I left my vehicle there in the morning before the store opened. I called after they opened to make sure they understand what to fix in my car. I spoke with Anthony and he’s was very professional. I ask a lot of questions he could not answer yet because they had not looked at my car yet. He took it all in stride and kept his cool. He told me he would call me back after they look at my car. He called back informing me of what needs to be done and answered every question I had. They did a great job with getting my AC working and he kept his cool. Anthony I hope you were able to get your house AC working and thanks again you are a life saver.

These guys are top notch, Ive never seen a shop so efficient, knowledgeable,and friendly. These guys are Fantastic, expecially is this environment where poor customer service is the normal. These guys are the exception. Ill go no where else to get my car serviced.

I first came to Express Oil when they had their gran opening. They were friendly and professional. I normally go places and have to ask them to check the levels and top things off as well as check the lights. They did all these things with out being asked including checking the horn. Since then The next time I needed them it was for the tire rotations. Well I thought that is what I needed. Anthony the Office Manager stepped in and schooled me on what was really going on. I took his advise and I swear I have been happy since. Every time I take my vehicle to them they educate me and explain things to me in a way someone who has no knowledge in cars can understand. They found a loyal customer in me! If you choose to visit them tell Anthony, Chelsea sent you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I got names but I came in for a brake inspection knowing I needed at least pads and rotors, the guy who walked me through my brake inspection was very informative and helped me to understand what was going on with my wheels and why. They also found the source of a noise I was hearing and explained it. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed on my vehicle and even stayed an hour past closing to finish it! My car is so quiet now and breaks so smoothly! I will definitely be back for future repairs!

Were driving back to Florida from Tennessee, and needed service quickly. The staff here was friendly and the service was fast. They also have good prices.

Worse service that I had ever….No communication and lazy work actitud.You can see mad face on worker … make you feel uncomfortable…I went on Saturday with a flat tire… they make me waste 3 hours waiting just to fix a tire…When they promised to finish as soon as posible just to play with your mind…Not recommend

They saved me 5% of the estimated bill. They even opened 3 minutes early for me when most places would have made you wait 5, 10 or 15 minutes after open to actually open

Customer service was tops, the guy that serviced me was attentive throughout and polite as he explained each step as he went beyond the norm to make sure all my questions were answered for that hewas given a generous tip...keep up the good worker ethics sir.

Also saw my wipers were torn to shreds and had them replaced in a second. On top of the oil change, tire diagnosis/fix, and shop talk about my old civic, the attention to detail for new customers is the cherry on top. Greatly appreciate being able to take care of 90% of issues pertaining to my car, right after a shift at work.

Went in to this new location on impulse. Knew I desperately needed an oil change. They were reasonably priced. They didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt legitimately need. And they were quick. They communicated with me, as well as each other to make sure nothing was missed. Will definitely be back next time I need service.

They just opened in Savannah at Berwick. Stopped in to have them look at my tire that has had a slow leak for several weeks. Another shop looked at it (3 times), said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and wanted to replace the tire for $175. John had the tire pulled, found some corrosion, fixed it and didnt charge me a thing. He said the tire was in too good shape to just replace it so hopefully this will take care of the problem. Excellent customer service, everyone was really nice and they have coupons for all kind of stuff! Highly recommend stopping by to see them!

These guys are obviously breaking peoples A/C compressors so they can fix them.

Went to Goodyear next door to patch a tire. They couldn’t do it same day. Went here and they got it done within and hour and got me back on the road. Clean customer area and the staff was friendly and professional. Will come back to check pricing when it’s time for tires.
