So I absolutely loved this place. The woman at the front is Karen and she is professional and sweet. My car was towed because it had expired tags and insurance, but it was sitting in my parking space in front of my home not hurting anyone! I called the next day and she let me pull my car out of the tow yard and I was able to leave it on the side of the road for a few days while my friend and I tried to figure out why the car wouldnt start. The mechanic who works there even lent a helping hand.If you need a tow try to call them first.

They towed my vehicle at 5 at 8:30 I had the money to get it out they are not a 24-hour service they told me I had to wait till 8 the next morning to get my vehicle there for I cannot go to work the next day it sucks that it took me 3 hours to get $200 to get my car out and they couldnt even give it back to me in a timely manner

I called a few companies and none of them answered the phone. The one that did told me $150 for a 2 mile tow. I call everready gave me a better price and they were there in 10 minutes! Excellent service and highly recommend. Thank you so much to Brandon!

Very VERY VERY disrespectful driver we just encountered! My fiance asked him a simple question and his response was Dont tell me how to do my f#ckin job. We nearly went to jail! This is the most disrespectful mess Ive ever been a part of!! After digging a little deeper it seems that this rude behavior is an unfortunate trend at this business!

I was stuck alongside I-95 with a blown out tire on my boat trailer. I have never had a boat trailer towed, especially with the boat on it, and I was initially concerned. Wally showed up and was not only friendly and professional but it was obvious he knew what he was doing. My concerns quickly faded and he brought it back to my house and put it right back in my driveway. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again

Not only did they give me the lowest price for towing my vehicle, they were the only one who said they could arrive in less than 2 hours. They arrived in 20 minutes and took my car to a top notch repair shop (their call). Thank you guys for providing such great service.

My car got towed. I was more than willing to pay to pick up my car. We called to make sure our car was at this towing company and they stated it was. When we got there to pick it up, no one was there. We called and they said they would be there within the hour. I called back to get an exact time and they blocked both me and my wives phone number. These remained blocked. We waited for approximately an hour and a half before someone showed up and when I asked them why they blocked our calls, they said they regularly block any customer who calls them more than once and acted like this was normal practice. Definitely don’t recommend

Run by an incredibly honest and hardworking family. we were towed on Labor Day weekend and a poor situation was completely fixed by the communication, willingness to help and capabilities of this company and employees. Thank y’all.

My car broke down a little over a week ago and since then, Ive been given the run around about when I should expect my vehicle. Ive paid for the tow and fee. Yet, my vehicle still hasnt arrived. Ive called several times and was told who did I speak with; which is funny because Ive been speaking to the same people for days now and this company is making it seem Ive been talking to other people. All I want is my vehicle. My dad gave it to me before his passing and its the only thing of him I have left. Its extremely frustrating because Ive had a couple opportunities lined up that I had to pass on due to this. I also have a mechanic on standby to look at what happened to my vehicle. If this continues, Ill go ahead and proceed with legal action. Ive left my phone number, as well as my address for this 2005, Dodge Durango to be delivered.

Just given honest opinion about a place

I’m a SCAD student from New Jersey and I had a flat tire on my bmw. Very unprofessional guy from another company came out and didn’t know what he was doing, damaged my car and had to make a police report. Called Crystal which should’ve been my first call because they sent out a very professional young driver (Brandon) which I was a bit nervous about being that he was young, but he knew what he was doing and got my car loaded in no time to take to the dealer. Thank you so much!

I called from Enterprise Rent-A-Car corporate just for basic customer service and inquire what their basic daily storage fee was. Horrible Customer Service and very unwilling attitude from the woman who answered the phone. Whew what bad spirits. Stay away.

So I was in a wreck and left before I knew who towed the car. I was in the hospital for over a week and now Im trying to get the things out of the car like my wallet and things or even the car they are saying I owe them 500 or 600 dollars in storage. But when I call to talk to whoever is in the office I get a rude man saying the office is closed and to call back. And all this even before I get there.

My son decided to go “off-roading” in his Jeep and eventually got over his head in an icy-sludge mud hole yesterday. I called around to a few tow companies and nobody seemed to want to come help due to the location and imo it being a Sunday late afternoon/evening. Although we waited for a couple of hours for them to arrive, due to our que in line, he did get the vehicle out without damage. I was thankful we were able to get some help versus having to wait until the following day and take time off from work.

Nasty attitude! I just called to get a quote and this guy clearly doesn’t want to be at work right today. This is ridiculous!

It is a good thing these folks do not have to rely on customer service for business. Could not care less about my simple issue that could have been resolved with an email.
