FedEx has, without question, declined significantly, in the last year, when it comes to customer service. But this experience sealed the deal for me and Im not coming back. I paid over $18 dollars for a package to be delivered within a standard time frame. They delivered it to an address not listed on my receipt as I had the correct address listed. It was time sensitive as it was my taxes and we all know how tolerant the IRS is with late submissions. I was greeted by Juan in their corporate customer service dept. Juan is the definition of rude. I spent two hours being talked down to, placed on hold, transferred, and hung up on until I finally reached someone different, four calls later, who told me to call the Revenue dept ( it wad now five on a Friday) on Monday. I called today. Revenue transferred me to Express, who transferred me to Dispatch, who transferred me to a dead number. I gave up and called the actual store that I paid to ship my documents. The clerk who answered the phone laughed thinking it was funny. I find no part of it funny at this point. The manager told me I have to call Corp to get a refund on a lost delivery.... ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDING..... NEVER AGAIN. UPS has NEVER treated me this way.

Well I got my package sent but they had a line out the door only two people working everything worked out okay
