If I could give this place 0 stars, that would be more accurate. I am still in a constant merry-go-‘round trying to get a refund for a package that was not delivered by the promised time for the money paid. This particular facility does not seem to have a contact number to get someone to assist with the refund so I am rerouted automatically to customer service WHO CANT assist with the refund for their company. I have to keep speaking with multiple employees, repeating the situation over and over again. It should not be this hard receiving proper customer service. My package was “expected” to arrive by the desired time, 12pm, and was out for delivery at 11:14am. The package did not arrive until after 6pm in the evening, with no way of contacting the facility nor driver to see where the package was. It was repetitively conveyed that I had to wait for it to be delivered in order to issue a full refund, and now the following day, I’m having a problem with receiving THAT help. The company website promised a full refund with this particular situation so it’s incredible how difficult it is getting this company to honor that promise. This situation has completely hindered my own personal reasons for OVERNIGHT AIR shipping the package.
Have been here multiple times and is always understaffed, employees are rude, and honestly does not represent a “hub” for a company as large as UPS. Today I had to drop off 5 packages and was met by a lady telling me I needed a mask… yet I told her I was vaccinated and did not have a mask, yet she told me to get out and come back with a mask. So… ran out to the car and bummed a mask off the wife in order to ship my packages out. Im done with ups, and I hope amazon continues to eat your lunch on logistics.
One of the worst shipping experiences Ive had, times of delivery is ridiculous and no weekend pick up option makes me really regret the shipper used UPS. I will actually be paying attention to how packages are shipped going forward due to how annoying getting shipments from this location is.And I can already tell from past reviews Im going to get a generic response from UPS saying how sorry they are and making me do all of the work by either signing up for their account or driving out to their location because they cannot be bothered to ship packages as well as everyone else apparently can.
Ordered a package on Thursday, they said it would be delivered on Saturday. I was excited because it was going to be delivered early… but then I remembered how incompetent this UPS location is. The delivery driver said that he needed a “gate code” to get into my apartment complex. The only problem with that is that my apartment complex does not even have a gate, it is an open community. This is not the first time this has happened, there was another time where I was waiting for half of a TV stand… they delivered the first half but couldn’t delivered the second part. How incompetent can a warehouse be? I personally work at a warehouse and I know that if we were as incompetent as them we would have shut down years ago.Today I will be picking up my package at their location because I know for a fact that they will not be able to deliver the package. I can bet that the package will not be ready for pick up. Will update depending on the experience.

I have several customers in the area that have paid NDA RED charges only to have their packages delayed by a day. Ive shipped Four packages in the past two weeks and every single one has been held up at this distribution center. Disturbingly this has cost me customers at an alarming rate and the issue is still prevalent as I beg and plead for customers understanding. Their service is 100% out of my control but it still reflects poorly on my services every time they do this.
Keep returing my package stating that i refused it,when the carrier never even attempted too deliver it.
Lost my package has been nearly two weeks still no updates on my claim. No refund or anything. This is annoying as hell.

I only gave them one star because I cannot give them zero. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My package was suppose to be delivered on a Tuesday and still has not arrived (today is Saturday). I have called the 1800 Number over ten times and have been put on hold for hours. They say the issue is they have the wrong address, but when I call back we both agree it is correct. confirm; the driver simply cannot find my house apparently (even after giving detailed instructions). The local office finally called me back and told me my package would not arrive until this coming Monday. When I told them is is unacceptable and terrible customer service I was hung up on. My package was car parts and I needed them to repair my vehicle to get to work. No one, I mean absolutely no one who works for them that I talked to remotely cares about the needs of the customer. I will never use UPS ever again!
This company has no quality control measures in place. I dont know why anyone is still sending stuff through them. They have mynpackage at their location and refuse to acknowledge they lost it. I was supposed to receive the package on Tuesday. The driver tells me on Wednesday that the package wouldnt fit so he just left it?! Now no one knows where th package is and no one is being help responsible.
Only giving one star because I cant give less, I have had issues with them 5 different times in a row now. They have given my packages to the wrong address twice and Ive still never received them or any compensation the rest were extremely late or I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up myself. Yesterday I order 2 products well over 100 dollars which required a signature and they still delivered to the wrong house and the driver himself signed a default signature and when I contacted the 800 number which I have 8 times now they said they would call back and still have not. Its been almost 24 hrs and still not a word about my items. And they cant give me a direct line to call myself. Terrible customer service and the drivers cant deliver a package correctly at all..
I went to the UPS customer center to mail back a telephone to my new phone company. The lady behind the counter I did not get her name was very snobbishthey really seem like they did not want to be working and that she reminded me that they were just a customer store they were not UPS.I think the people should go through customer service training again the lady was at least 55 years old should know better.
Dropped two packages to be sent out. One was sent to my front door and the other is on its way to the correct destination. The shipping forms are identical. Pretty dumb. The woman in front was rude as well. No wonder it only has 2.4 stars.
Literally the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. It’s like they only hire dyslexic delivery drivers. I have never had a package successfully delivered to me thru UPS while living in Savannah. Absolutely incompetent and irresponsible. Right now I’m currently searching for an envelope with something very important inside of it that was overnighted that is missing. It was “delivered” yesterday via “driver release”. Is that code for, driver kept it? Or driver can’t read a simple address?? Guess we will never know. Oh and if you want to speak to someone about it, good luck. I was hung up on three times while trying to call the 800 number earlier. What a JOKE.

I go to this site often as I routinely receive boxes several time a week at this location. The personnel running the desk are very efficient, polite and genuinely try to help all they can. They have a really good reputation for maintaining your hold for pick up at this location and have always come through providing my hold packages with no issues. Unfortunately I cant give 5 stars to this site because the poor parking conditions and the after 12 PM operations are almost non existent.
Horrible experience, avoid UPS at all costs. I had a package held for pickup at this customer center, and the UPS rep specifically said the hours are 9-12 and 1-4 only. This differed from the hours listed on google for the facility, but I figured it was different due to COVID. Additionally, I tried to call to confirm the hours, but the phone number for the facility is the main 800 number for UPS and I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to answer my question.I showed up at 3pm and the doors are locked. I still can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. I was not the only one with this issue- there was a gentleman here who was also told the wrong hours. Very disappointing service.
The absolute courier service!! I wish I could give 0 starts. Merchants should completely stop using the services. I never have problems from fed ex and my packages arrive promptly. With ups they either lose your package or leave it at the door step without notice. And no need to call customer service because you’ll get someone who doesn’t understand half of what you’re saying and vice verse! The worst
I can tell that this place is unprofessional, and didn’t get much service from them. The grey haired lady who assisted me today did not have a mask on, yet I did. But she wanted me to stand on an X on the floor and called out a tracking # to her. If your going to follow safety protocol, make sure you follow it the whole nine yards! What a joke...

It took them 10 mins to come out, but theyre really busy. When they did come out they were incredibly helpful.
HORRIBLE. Had a package that went through here and they claimed the address was incomplete. It wasnt. Im not sure what type of low IQ morons they have working here, but their inability to correctly put an address on a package is rediculous. No one should have to drive 45 mins out of their way to pick up a package that UPS is too stupid to deliver.

My 2nd day air package didnt make it on time because they said the address wasnt complete. They cant tell me what wasnt complete or why they couldnt find the house because that driver isnt in today. When I confirmed that the address was correct, they just said that they would try again tomorrow. Try?!? Meaning, if Im lucky, my 2 day package will get there in 4 days.
Very unhappy with them paid for a 2-day delivery the driver got tired and didnt feel like making it run so my delivery didnt get here the day. was supposed to then they wanted to reschedule it for a Monday which was 3 days after the original due date.somebody was supposed to call me back and get straightened out before Monday but nobody ever did and still havent got my money back for paying for the two-day delivery that didnt get here on time it took five days and Ill never use them again
Only needed to drop off package that already had RMA paperwork and shipping ticket attached but was in there for 45 minutes because there was only 1 worker that had to wait on customers then go find there package and then she chose who she wanted to help next instead of helping people in the order they arrived. Will never go here again. I will use a UPS Store.

Absolutely dreadful in all ways. They consistently require signatures for packages that do not mandate this. I was told that they decide whether to require a signature at the drivers discretion. So, basically, theres no consistency. Ive had multiple packages returned to sender because of UPS incompetency. Even after speaking with a supervisor to ensure that this would no longer happen...it happened yet again today. Unfortunately, their customer center is nearly 30 minutes outside of Savannah. Getting packages through this UPS has been a consistent headache. They really need to work on regularity, consistency, and customer service. Not to mention that their telephone service is basically useless. In case you didnt know (because no one bothers to tell you), if you want to speak to an actual human being and not a robot, you have to say speak to a representative or something like that (which of course the audio recording never bothers to tell you. WHY? BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO HELP!).
None of my review is directed towards the staff member helping me, she was very polite.HOWEVER this store is a joke. Put your standards VERY low. The first time I went to pick up a package, I was left waiting for 45 minutes without ever being helped. I ended up leaving for work without ever being assisted.The second time, today, I went in to pick up my package and was informed it was sent back last night. I was NEVER informed of my packages status. The only way I knew it was being held at this facility was because I called THEM. They will not contact you, they will not help you. Honestly, if something of yours is held here, I wouldn’t expect to get it at all. And if it ends up here by mistake like my package, well... good luck.
I got an email stating that the driver attempted to deliver our package but was unsuccessful. Mooney came by our house and no hanging sticker stating they had come by. When we called the 800 number we got drone in the Philippians. They had no idea of how to assist us or they didnt have a direct number to contact our local office. Not much help when you call. When we call for help at least we should get someone who can understand what the problem is and can tell you in English so we can understand what they are saying.
A waiting a time sensitivity package. The ‘first attempt’ at delivery I was home. No knock no note. The ‘second attempt’ no knock but I got a slip this time! Even though they said it wouldn’t be here before 1:30 the note was left before then with no time they were here, called oh guess what.. they don’t know what truck it’s on. I rescheduled a flight so I can have my phone. They tell me I can pick it up though but how can I do that if they can’t even find what truck it’s on. UPS Savannah Center is the worst ever. They tell me be there before closing to pick up a $2k pkg i paid extra for overnight. After 65m of waiting they said its too dangerous to get pkgs out of trailer. Asked see mgr....10m later obese female joke of security shows up and tells me to leave. Next day still cant find pkg. Package is 3 days late. Falsely updated status “delivery attempted”. We were home and cameras proved noone tried. Then updated status to receiver requested “reschedule”. Again false. This place is the worst... Lie after lie after lie. I drove up there to get my package late in the afternoon. But was inform via email they will come by in the afternoon, not in the morning. They came by at 11;25, I was not home I was at work. Got off early to get it to have a note on my door stating it will be at the assess point. Heck, I was out I will get it. Call the 800 number first to hold it. Get there the driver is still out. So the lady at the front told me it will just go back to the access point in the morning. Well, its morning no update, guess its still all the way in Garden City, Ga. Guess I have to get off and try again. Oh yea and wanted to charge me to take it to the access point. like yeah right! This place needs better communication with the store and drivers.!!!!
Missed my package by a few minutes, needing it today. Called and received info on where to go. The receptionist I just talked to was the nicest person. Being held at the mercy of the ornery customer service reps at the front desk who gleefully inform you that you have to wait for your package to come back to the center before you can pick it up, and that they dont return until 15 minutes before close and that youll have to gamble being there in time to pick it up (because they messed up the original delivery to being with) is **always** what happens with UPS Savannah. Not to mention being closed from Noon–4 p.m., basically the only time people can make a trip to the inconvenient pickup center twenty minutes away from Savannahs downtown. This store needs a total overhaul from the scary interior and beyond lackadaisical staff. Do better, yall.
Drivers never actually deliver to my residence with a dedicated mail area. Instead, they always drop at an access point. Every. Single. Time. When I contacted customer service I was basically told its at the drivers discretion, which sounds like a slick way of saying tough luck. I have taken to requesting my shippers use any other carrier.
Worst place ever!! I was told Rob Sullivan the facilities manager would call me and he has not. I have been trying to file a complaint on a driver and HE rufuses to contact me back. I have visited the facility 3 times. I was told by a UPS supervisor on the phone this facility has a high number of complaints and theft!! No suprise why Rob has not called me.
Gets really busy, expect to wait in line at popular times, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can mail with the postal service is UPS, they will help you find the best rate if you ask. The postal service picks up early though. The space is small and gets cramped at busy times.

Felt so sorry for the poor lady running the counter. She wasnt in her usual environment so she was LOST! She had a hard time finding packages and could get NOT A SINGLE PERSON to help her. Considering her circumstances she did an amazing job to get things done. The center itself SUCKED!!!

Yeah UPS falied to deliver my much needed package on time. After sitting home all day the driver tried to deliver it to the wrong house and then I checked the status of my package. Driver said they attempted to deliver, no yellow slip, no nothing. Then went to try to pick it up at my local UPS store, the one I told them to leave it at and the package was nowhere to be found. Man, Im so frustrated! By the way, if you have to do an investigation on lost packages, it takes 8 business days!😠
I have waited all day for a package to be delivered that requires a signature. It is now after 6 Pm and still no delivery. I called the corporate 800 number for assistance. They said they would have the local Savannah agent call me with an update. Half an hour later I got a call from a woman that sounded like she had no clue. I asked he if she contacted the delivery driver. She said he doesnt answer his phone. I said how late do they deliver, she said she didnt know. I am going out of town for a week in the morning. She said they will try to deliver tomorrow and I told her I wont be home. She said they will return the package to the shipper after 5 days. Looks like I will never receive the product I ordered.She tried to make the excuse that they are busy with Christmas packages. Christmas is 6 weeks away! Dumb excuse.I have used UPS many times in another city with no problems. Seems like the Savannah location has no clue how to run a business.
I will never use UPS and will never let no one send anything to me through UPS this whole experience was too traumatic the customer service at Prosperity Drive is one that is most horrible by doing my own investigation and talkin to over 7 different people I have found out that that location says they misplace packages but really most likely are stealing packages you would think a big professional company like UPS would be professional but looks can be deceiving

Its ups. We have a lot of stuff delivered that comes from this hub and weve never had any problems. Every time Ive taken packages in there I have no issue and the lady at the front desk(Annette) is pleasant.
Online says delivery was attempted at 6:29pm on 2/2, but the whole family was home and light was on porch. I checked the porch at 7:02pm, no package, deliverer did not knock. Now its 2/6, I still dont have my package, and also was not told until TODAY that my package will be available for pickup between 10am-12pm today. I am at work!! Who last minute tells someone they have a 2 hour time limit to pick up something they been calling and inquiring about for days? Seriously?! That is so inconsiderate and I do not plan to do business with UPS in the future!

I had a 2nd Day Air package shipped to me. Whoever was supposed to deliver my package was NOT doing something right. I took time off work and was at home all day waiting and then they say I missed them. NO ONE knocked on my door or rang our door bell. I go to work today and my boyfriend took time off to wait this time. THE SAME THING JUST HAPPENED!! No one knocked or rang the door bell. Im going to find time to pick it up now from their location and hopefully that experience will be better.
I missed the first delivery of my package on a Friday so yesterday on Monday I waited all day for my package to arrive. After 5pm I called UPS literally every hour regarding my package until 9pm and each representative assured the driver was still out making deliveries and guess what its a new day with no package although the paper they left said second attempt will be made next weekday. Monday has gone and went. This is the worst delivery service I have ever received and should be handled from someone higher.
Amazing customer service!!! I had a situation where my office sent out the wrong item in the wrong package. UPS went above and beyond to get my package back to me the very next morning! Everyone here at the office was not only relieved but blown away. Thank you Ms Rayna, the driver, the customer service rep over the phone and my local UPS! Consistently terrible. Drivers will leave a couldnt deliver your package sticker on the door without knocking, or just ignore your street entirely and make up something after the fact. Every single time I had a package shipped I always had to drive out to the center to pick it up the next day.
If their “supervisors” are any sign of the customer service they deliver, then they will probably be reassigned or replaced soon. My conversation with Colleen was a horrible, nightmare at best. She started off the interaction by saying, “This is how it works” with a very mean/negative attitude and then proceeded to give me information on why packages could be rescheduled. In the end, it was pretty much their fault that they didn’t get the package ready for that days delivery. I knew this because I use to deliver packages as a courier and I understand how receiving and shipping of items work. Instead of just apologizing for the inconvenience and offering possible solutions, she then went on to try and defend how it wasnt their sites fault (remember this is a “customer center”). After igniting the argument, she then hung up during the call. Colleen was very unprofessional and honestly should think about a profession change. Her character and handling of the situation really showed everything you don’t want in an employee is relation to customer service. I will be visiting the site and speaking with her manager Wanda at a later time. Hopefully, she will be more professional and actually provide some sort of assistance.
Paid for overnight delivery guaranteed by 10:30. Almost 1:00 still no package. Went to the closest pick up location and was told you will get it some time today. This company is literally stealing money. I wish I could leave a NEGATIVE star rating, because a one star is to good for this company. Shame, shame.
I believe were on a training route, our business is closed for lunch from 1-3 and we leave a note on the door to deliver to one of our neighbors and weve been doing this for 7 years... Too often the drive attempts to deliver and will redeliver tomorrow, probably at the same time tomorrow while we are out..... OMG, the crazy train

I called to have them hold my package. They called back saying I couldnt do that on that day, and they would send it back out in the morning. I called customer service to confirm, and they said the Savannah center would call me back. They never called. I called the next day, and it was never sent back out. They held the package for pick up instead. Its 45 minutes for me to drive there. Total inconvenience. I tried to set up my delivery so they could just drop the package the first time they delivered, but I cant even confirm my address.
Parking was cramped but accessible. Inside seemed a bit scrappy looking for a UPS store but at least they had my package waiting for me. No where to sit if you have to wait while they locate your package.

Most frustrating experience ever. These folks lied on the online status, I even had a voicemail from them telling me the package was sent out only to find out that it was not. A miss Angie offered no satisfying resolution other than the customer driving some 25 miles before 8 pm and picking it up myself. Worst customer service I experienced in a while.

They are very slow and im not talking about speed. My daughter receives her monthly supplies every month from life line thru the ups service and they have no care in the world. Its bad enough that they will sit your package on the porch without knocking or ringing the doorbell but its worst when your address is on the package and a stranger that stays 4 blocks from you call and said they have your package😡. I see they just give anybody a job with no education or cant read. Im just glad their are still good people in the world that are honest if not my daughter would have never received her supplies. This happens constantly!!! Driver leaves a sticker on gate that delivery was attempted...NO! Is was not...Not in the least! Sticker also says No one home...Ive waited two days in a row now for a package...this is every single time I have to depend on UPS to deliver and pick up is in a very scary part of town...I will put forth the effort to have the companies I do business with use a different delivery service...FedEx never fails me...What is the problem?! By the looks of the other comments here it is your way of business!
I was in my home and driver updated that delivery was attempted, it was my urgent order and because that I am in trouble now! You guys a least call the receiver or at least notify them that you are out side for making delivery. Worst experience with you guys!

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!! Sorting Center in Savannah ignores address on package (AGAIN!!!) and claims the package cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect. Really??? Speak to the Manager at the local distribution center and she tells me that the driver is due back to the facility in 10 minutes (approximately 5:45 PM) and shell see what can be done to get my package out to me. She blows me off so were headed to Atlanta WITHOUT a wedding gift. Thanks UPS!!! Thanks Savvannah Distribution Center!!! Have to reach out to Amazon and figure out how to make sure we NEVER (EVER) buy from them again unless it can be shipped by a carrier other than UPS.
Mac was AWESOME. I HAVE ZERO ISSUES WITH MAC. The service that i received from the UPS AT : 3 Prosperity Dr, Savannah, GA 31408,however WAS deplorable! I was not able to receive my next day air saver delivery on Tuesday (March 21st) because i had school. I left at 3:30 pm, the delivery attempt was made at 3:47 pm. I TRIED to reschedule it via the internet but was unable to because UPS SAID MY ORDER COULD NOT BE TRACKED/CHANGED VIA MY-CHOICE BECAUSE MAC PUT MY ADDRESS ON MY PACKAGE TWICE AND THEREFORE THEIR MACHINE COULDNT READ IT(BS!!) SO I CALLED AND scheduled to pick it up( not knowing the place was 30 min from my home!) . I learned this the same hour and I called RIGHT BACK to schedule a Re delivery(I WAS TOLD TO CALL THE SENDER IN ORDER TO DO SO). I told MAC and UPS SPECIFICALLY to schedule my re delivery (the 2nd attempt) for WEDNESDAY (3/28) (because I attend school on Tuesday and Thursdays). Mac did their job, UPS DID NOT! They came again on a TUESDAY..OBVIOUSLY I WAS NOT HOME! I called to ask why they came Tuesday, after i SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM not to and i was informed that it was recorded that the delivery was supposed be made for Wednesday but was not processed !(??????) Mac was great about everything but that particular UPS was awful. Ill request that my future purchases be sent thru USPS and FEDEX.

Absolutely and complete useful place....They have no idea that costumer service is....How can a package that got to savannah got loss for three days without no one noticing! I am still waiting for the most important package of my life and basically they stolen and completely lost it...I bet they stolen it....bastards...

Had a package that was to be delivered by yesterday on the 4th. Gets rescheduled for today. Out for delivery all day. Ups goes thru my neighborhood today but doesnt deliver my package. Then says cant deliver due to weather. Roads are completely bare. Now being rescheduled till Monday as of 5 mins ago. But yet been out for delivery all day for 2nd day in a row
Had a package that was due last Thursday the 4th, then weather pushed it back to the 6th. It is now the 10th and the same package has been on the truck out for delivery for apparently 4 days. Where is it? Same excuse over and over: weather. WHAT WEATHER?? Clear skies and sunshine is UPS’ kryptonite, I guess.
I waited 40 minutes (typical of the three prior times I’ve been there) only to be told my 50lb package was loss. How a 40lb package was loss is beyond me. Horribly inefficient location.
Getting in touch with someone at the Prosperity Drive location was horrible, the automated answering service is garbage. Once I finally spoke with a real person, (thank you, Sue) my matter was handled rapidly and efficiently.

The WORST UPS office on the planet. You sit in line for hours waiting because they only have one dysfunctional person behind the counter. Why doesnt the local manager identify this issue and add more people at the front counter to handle the volume of people. Ridiculous, but I get it. Its run by hillbilly morons. You cant fix stupid!!!
