Friendly staff! We had a property that was vacated for about a year. The treatment they did was very effective. The technician identified the cause quickly, and we had dead bugs in 24 hrs., and lot of them too!. Treatment plans are reasonable. I will be using Yates Astro for all of my pest control needs.

I had tried to set up an appointment to get a termite inspection and start a termite preventative treatment for my new house. It took several calls to get there termite specialist to call me back since no one in the office could set up appointments. Finally after more than a week of calling, I was able to get a day for the inspection to be done. The inspection did not last very long and found it odd that the inspector didn’t really look around outside. He gave me a verbal quote, to which I asked for it to be in writing such as an email so that I could compare with another company’s quote and discuss with my wife. After a week I had not received an email and began to contact the inspector to which he promised that he would send the quote. It never arrived. We decided to go with another company that was easy to set up an appointment and was able to give me a written quote the same day as the inspection. All in all, I was made to feel that my business was not wanted with Yates, but the next company made me feel like they actually like what they do and wanted to take care of us.

I am very pleased with my service today! Johnny came out and explained everything that he did and why he did it. My four year old is afraid of strangers but especially men. Not only did he give her space but he also gave her a little termite stuffed animal which really put her at ease with him being there. Thank you again Johnny and Yates Astro!!!

Maintained my Termite bond for 15 years, now I have active termites and the fault is being placed on weather, and the financial burden on me. Unsatisfied Customer.

Very good company. I called before time for my bimonthly spraying and they came out right away. The technician Mr. Bailey is great. Hes very professional and friendly. Happy to have him as our personal technician. The spraying does the job at keeping my home free of insects.

I just recently moved to Savannah from Virginia. I never lived near the water or marshes and I was warned about roaches and marsh rats. I contracted with Yates-Astro and met with my technician, Jackie. What an asset she is to the company. Jackie performed the required services competently and explained what she was doing and why. Jackie came back a week or so later after her work day was completed to ensure that we were happy and to check on the traps. I am not used to this type of follow-up and I couldnt be happier with Yates-Astro and especially Jackie! I will highly recommend Yates-Astro and Jackie to all of my neighbors. Well done!

I’ve been working with this company for a few years now. I’ve received my termite bond through them and had them install a moisture vapor barrier in my home. They recently did very thorough work on sealing up my home from rodents. They are easy to work with and never push product on you! They are an honest company and professional. I’d definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service and I like the direct contact to the technicians (phone or text) to set up appointments for interior sprays. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because I still have bugs entering my home (ear wigs) although most of them are dead when I notice them. I just wish there was a chemical that would prevent them from coming in altogether.

I have been using Yates-Astro for years. Yates would spray the yard around my house which would stop roaches before entering my home. However, this year I have found some roaches inside. Yates had my technician, Randy Williams, call and set up a day for the inside to b e sprayed along with the outside. Randy made sure that he covered everything and made sure I had his cell # if the inside needs spraying again at any other time. Yates and Randy Williams are very responsive to their customers.

Really great experience. Newly moved to Savannah GA. Discovered a black widow spider in my garage and also noticed other bugs in home. Called Yates Astro, as they were recommended by my neighbor. He even consulted with the company and placed traps for spiders to add another layer of protection for my family. I signed up for bi-monthly treatments. He assured me if I needed additional treatments prior to 2 months, he would come back free of charge to treat our problem areas. Couldnt be happier with service and affordability.

Yates Astro will not come out on a yearly basis.I would have to call them. But when I do call them and make and Appointment know one showed up. I had a appointment today 12-3-2019, between 10-12 No one Showed up.

They are easy to work with. Give advance notice of coming to spray and are good to the environment with their chemicals. Glad to have them protect my home from bugs

Several times Ive called to ask about a bug issue and Randy has either given me a simple fix over the phone or has returned in between his scheduled visits to take care of the problem for me. Mr. Robinson (our last Termite Bond Inspector) was such a nice gentleman. My family was evacuated because of Hurricane Florence. We were the only ones home at my sister-in-laws house when the inspector, Van, arrived. He was amazing. Not only did he inspect for termites, he saw a leaking pipe that was pooling water under the house. It could have caused much bigger problems if he hadnt noticed. Van was super friendly and helpful. If you they show up without notice, just make sure they have your correct phone number(s) so they can contact you to schedule an inspection and gain access to your back yard, especially if you have really protective dog(s).

Highly recommend. We had Jared when we lived in Pooler who was great and now Jonathon in Savannah. I was late for my appointment with Jonathon today and he was super polite about it. He also told me he sawthe garbage truck pick up my neighbors trash and skip ours. He even SAID something to them and they kept on going.
