They work really well. Best in town but they are sadly too expensive for me right now.

I paid for service in advance. I dont know why the technician doesnt reach out to me to schedule in a timely manner. I will be looking for another provider next spring. One and done.

I cant say enough good things about this company— from the receptionist that helped me on the phone to, Roy, our technician, it was a five star experience all around! They arranged for a technician to come to my home within 3 hours— this is a godsend when youre dealing with fleas! Not to mention, you wont find a better price in town! Will was very nice and informative. They got me on their schedule just 2 days after I called and was very helpful and willing to come back if needed but assured me it should get ride of the bugs after 2 weeks and I was sure hed have to come back but right at 2 weeks they finally were gone

I have used Preferred Pest control for my home since about 1999. I also use them at a rental property I own. Im very happy with their outstanding service with pest control. When they spray, they are very thorough. Today I had them do critter control on my home - apparently a small mouse was able to squeeze through the grates and get under my home. In addition to adding wire mesh to the inside of my grates, they built a custom door for my crawl space door. Its very well built and looks great. I highly recommend Preferred Pest Control.

This company is really great. We had a spider infestation and I needed it taken care of quick. I called the office and talked to Maggie. She was really great and got a tech out to the house fast. Her customer service was amazing. I realy felt like she was taking care of my concerns and made the whole experience great (even with the spiders). Will definitely use them again.

These guys were great! Ive dealt with a lot of customer service in my days, and Maggie is by far the nicest person Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We bought a new home and soon discovered it was infested with cockroaches. Being from a northern state originally, Ive never seen a cockroach in person. I was disgusted, but these guys came out and dealt with it quick and clean. So far not a single nasty little roach has come back, definitely give these guys a chance if you have any kind of bug issues. And ask for Maggie while youre at it.

Wreckless and dangerous. One of the drivers almost caused an accident by trying to pass another car. Ran a car off the road then continued to go 20 miles over speed limit. When I called to complain she blew it off and said we will talk to him. No care at all. Hope they do better at killing bugs than risking human lives.
