The technician is as sweet as pie the only problem is that I see more roaches since he left and I need to call him back. I just thought that I will find more turn up dead instead of crawling around. I I really don’t have the money to keep calling him out. I actually would’ve given them five stars is if it wasn’t for that. I would give him another chance because he was so sweet. He was professional and he would wear a mask if I asked him to but he did let me know that he did not have COVID-19 and that he was vaccinated and I really do appreciate that. next time I hope to give five stars. I do recommend them. This was actually my second time using them.

Chris, from Cox Pest Control, came out to report to my call in downtown Savannah a few months ago. I was certain that I had termites, which were not covered by my pest control plan. Chris had the integrity to inform me that the infestation was flying ants, which are covered by my policy. He fumigated the walls to my condo unit, the unit above me and a condo storage unit to eliminate the ant infestation. He earned no extra fees on the service because of his integrity. He has earned my trust and is very knowledgeable about effective pest control.

Great people they get the job done

Chris Cox and his employees provide the best customer service Ive had from any company. I do not say that lightly either. They have come out within 24 hours or sooner whenever I called with a concern. Chris came out one Sunday because I smelled a bad odor in the attic and it was a roof rat that had recently been trapped and killed in the trap. I was so grateful to not have to endure that smell until the next business day. They are fast when they spray every three months but dont worry about that; I have never found a live roach or mouse in the house. They have a small company feel and treat you like family. Highly, highly recommend!
