I’ve had squirrels(what I believe are squirrels) in my attic for over 6 months now. Ive paid Truly Nolan $600 (for a “one way door” and trap placement) and not only do I still have squirrels, but they have not been able to identify for certain what type of animal lives here.They do not follow up with their interventions unless we call and ask themto do so. (You’d think they would call to confirm the job is done and the critters are no longer present, but never once have they done so, despite the fact that we keep calling to notify them we still hear noises).Part of the issue is that my attic is divided into 2 sections and it appears that they’re only treating half of it, not including the side where the squirrels live.At this point, I’ve given up calling them for follow ups. Hopefully my $5 moth balls will work better than this $600 door...

Extremely pleased with Matt and the company. I called in regards to a yellow Jacket nest under ground. Matt came out the next day, evaluated the problem and said it would be taken care of the next night, (has to be done at night). He always called to let me know he was on his way, how long he’d be, or if he was going to be late. The service was preformed last night (6-9-21) so I cannot tell you if it was effective as I was told it would take 24 hours. I also signed up for their seasonal service. Even though I live in a community where the HOA takes care of landscaping they do not come close to the service I will receive from Truly Nolan. I feel theretheir prices are extremely fair.

We needed to complete a move out flea treatment for our apartment. I called around Savannah to find a reasonably priced service company. Matt was exceptional in his service and working with me. The technician Dan was on time, very professional, and answered my questions. He followed up with me after the service was completed. Definitely recommend using their services!

Dan was very thorough, helpful and knowledgable. Treated the interior and exterior. Educated me on what to expect. He found a hornets nest in the attic and removed. Offered his mobile to text for any concerns between our next treatment in 3 months. Also, took attention to ensure my dog was protected and did not enter the treated areas for an hour following the treatments. He also offered mobile to text and identify if I see a spider outside or inside to also protect my dog. Not only great service, but I trust this company. They care about their clients and build a relationship.

For some reason the guy (I think his name is Matt or something like that) didn’t want to provide services to me. We had an appointment scheduled for an inspection, I waited for an hour and then decided to call him, he said he was late but should be at my house in 35 minutes. I told him to reschedule because couldn’t be waiting longer, he said he could still show up and check the backyard, where the issue is at, and then he would send an estimate to my email. It’s been 4 days since then and I haven’t received anything, nor an email or a call. I can’t not recommend this company that for some reason I don’t know didn’t want to provide services.

Staff was incredible! Work order was done in a quick and timely manner (less than 24 hours). I wasnt even home to show the staff where the two wasps nest were located but through over-the-phone, the staff still managed to get the nest. I recommend Truly Nolen Pest & Termite control to everyone!

WOW!!! This is THE team to use to effectively manage all of the critters/bugs in Savannah. Dan came to my residence and treated the house, porch, yard, dock for mosquitos/gnats/roaches. He was on time, professional, and personable and did an outstanding job!!!! He actually unscrewed the electric outlet covers and treated behind them. I could not be happier with the level of personal service. I have also used them to pre-treat my yard for an outdoor event. Matt came out and discussed my options, he then serviced the yard three times leading up to the event and EVERY GUEST commented about the lack of bites!! I never thought that I could have a gnat-free outdoor event in Savannah.

Matt and the team at Truly Nolen have been outstanding! He is truly passionate about what he does and is extremely knowledgeable about the products and treatments he uses. He went above and beyond at our house, even securing points of entry for rodents and insects. We do quarterly service, and we did a mosquito treatment - I havent been bitten by a mosquito in our backyard since the treatment over a month ago, and in Savannah that is a miracle! I have not seen a roach in our home or porch since our first service. Highly recommend contacting them, as their prices are competitive and customer service is outstanding.

There is a time in your life when you experience difficulties and you hope the people you hire will get the job done. The thing is.... I had the worst outdoor flea infestation due to a huge raccoon under my deck. I’d hired numerous people, Orkin, local pest trappers... everyone wanting money for services that were either ineffective/ costly or both. A neighbor suggested I speak to Matt....HIRE THESE PEOPLE.... lovely, informed, smart as hell.... and so you know, I never actually hired him. I was financially, emotionally and physically exhausted from raccoon and costly flea issue.Matt has been awesome.
