I use this location often and always find them to be efficient and organized. My experience yesterday was above my expectations. The 2 associates assisted me with retrieving from the car and packaging a return that was large, heavy, and a multitude of pieces. They had a wonderful attitude as well.

PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!! I HATE your phone menu system so bad, infinitely frustrating when you have a simple question that is the difference between driving to the location or not. What is so hard about actually supplying customer service anymore?

I didnt learn until somewhat recently that this store offers printing services. I have now used their printing services several times, and Im always impressed at how quickly they prepare my order. The prices are also very reasonable. Great service, great prices and a convenient location for anyone in east Chatham County.

The person at the counter informed me that I get 1 free strip of tape. Great information - like I needed more than 1 strip, besides that I would have bought a spool of tape if asked. I only ship and receive 15-25 packages weekly. I do business at all the ups stores and this is the first time that stunt was pulled.

I have been to this store several times. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have assisted me with printing projects for my business as well as notary services. I also appreciate they are open early and close late.

Hours online show they close at 6:30 however, fingerprinting stops at 5. I got here at 5:17. That is not clear online. The person working there said they fingerprint on the weekend so I am back on the following day. It is 2:37 and again I am turned away because they stopped fingerprinting at 2 so conveniently. Tomorrow on Sunday, they fingerprint till 5 again. I called all morning and no one answered. I explained this to Haley who was working there all day. Also let her know that I left a voicemail and no one returned my call and her response was “we were busy all morning”. The place didn’t look busy at all. Even stats on Google say “not busy”. This location is extremely far for me and if it wasn’t because I was mandated to use this location by my employer, I would not have driven all of this way for this. I will need to come back a third time tomorrow.

Such a convenient and helpful business! They were fast and efficient and owner Brooke was so outgoing and friendly!! Will definitely be using this location again!

This whole company is a complete joke. I recieved a delivery status 3 different times and when I called to ask. I was told by two, very rude, call center specialists that you SOL. I was told we have to wait until middle of next week to claim my packages as missing. I had two completely different packets come up missing. I will never ship with ups or usps ever again. Both companies have job security because there are no other options.

Called the day of for information of notary. Information states the notary is available all day every day they are open. Please dont listen to this. I really needed to have this done, and they werent there

My main complaint is that typically there is only one employee in attendance. And with only one employee, it seems to me it makes no sense sense for the store to be providing fingerprinting services. I recently went to the store with a package to be shipped and found the lone harried employee engaged in fingerprinting a mother and her five children. After confirming with the employee that she was the only one in attendance I left and went elsewhere. UPS needs to decide if fingerprinting is part of their core business.

Fingerprinting services need huge improvement. Waited in line for an hour for fingerprinting and when it was my turn found out they couldnt do my fingerprints, however they are listed as a location that does fingerprint cards to mail over state lines. Decided to get my Georgia fingerprints done and the employee couldnt figure out how to get my registration to work.
