Arrived well before my appointment and was loaded immediately. Pretty,nice young lady at the guardhouse is a pleasure to deal with.

Ive been here a few times now and every time Im in and out within 3 hours.Park on the road before the building and walk to the guard shack. Make sure to bring your ID and pick up number.The woman that Ive encountered there is always friendly and easy to get along with.Once they give you a door youll back in and put your paperwork in your trailer.The loading process is rather quick. Its never taken longer than 2 hours.Edit: 2/12/21Also called Port City Logistics, broker had this on paperwork.You can show up early, sometimes theyll get you in and other times they cant. Depends on how busy they are.Lunch break is from 12-1 so show up before or after that.

In and out as long as you show up by your appointment. You will not get loaded unloaded early and dont be late

Park on the road and walk to the gaurd shack. Quick to load, but you better scale asap. Loaded me over 80k. No overnight parking.

Hit or miss, usually less than 2 hrs to load but sometimes longet

Park on street do not drive up to gate, walk up and check in.I got there an hour early and was called in 15 minutes for door assignment. Easy backing at docksMake sure you take your DL for check in.Fast loading about 30 - 40 minutes

Once youre in a door its only a matter of minutes

Will not recomend no one to pic up here the lady were u check in is nice but the people loading u are laciest u will ever see my appointment was at 12:00 noon got here at 11 and its 4:15pm am still here

Been here a few times sometimes you will be and out and sometimes it will be all day. But the people here are nice.

Dont be late. You will not get loaded no matter what the broker told you!

You will sit on a doc or parking lot for many many hours trying to get a load out of this place.. employees are some of the laziest in the country, hands down!!!

This place is a logistical nightmare there are no instructions once you get here if you pull up to the gate youre going to get yelled at and told to turn around and park on the street finally when you walk up to the guard hes now pissed off at you he will take your name phone number and a copy of your drivers license and pick up number the end,now go sit in your truck Ive been here since 11 AM my apt time its now 4 PM Im not at a dock sitting on the street.

Long line at 1230. 18 pallets 2 hours total.

Stay away from this company

Over 6 hours to load 24 pallets onto a trailer. This place is a unorganized mess. Avoid if possible. No overnight parking allowed.

Before going to the security gard, stop the truck on the street, do not go with the truck to the security, take your pick up number and license and go on foot to the security, there they will give you more instructions, my appt 9am, arrive 8am me They gave door right away, door 28 you have space in front to park well, I left 9 and 20 am, not bad.
