Was very saddened when I found out Ms.Donna was not there anymore. She was the absolute best! Very caring and always willing to help. I cannot say that about the other employees they are rude and not helpful. And whom ever answered the phone when I called and ask for Ms.Donna was very rude when I asked did they know how I could contact her.

Friendly staffed with a warm inviting atmosphere. Never a moment when I was told that they didnt have an assignment for me to go to, unlike other offices quick to say we will call you when something comes along. Horizon have gone as far sending text messages to your phone alerting you about jobs positions,which is pretty amazing. I do feel like Horizon is the lowest paying temp service out of the all of the other temp service staffing or maybe because their jobs not way out so they dont offer more pay. I have to give you a 4 out of 5 because of pay rates, other than that everything else is outstanding.

The staff was very efficient and friendly. Especially Megan. She was very helpful in explaining my assignment. I would definitely recommend anyone to Horizon Staffing! Keep up the great work! 😃

Didnt even try to help. Only one person did but couldnt remember her name.

My friend and I was forced to come into work on Saturday and Sunday because it was mandatory, only to find out we didnt even get paid for the days we worked, when we told them they claimed we didnt sign in??? We didnt work alone so all they had to do was ask the supervisors and affirm it, not horizon, they just stiffed us out of the money, so basically I worked for free... also theyre really stupid about unemployment because in order to get it you have to call them within 24 hours of losing the job and everyday after even if they dont have work... food for thought!!

Best Staffing company Ever! when I moved from Jacksonville fla I called a week ahead of time and I spoke with Timmika(Shes awesome) and she helped me the whole way.

They are pretty reliable, just had one employee lie to me about them not having any jobs available other than that, there good

I wish you could write a review without giving any stars. This place is horrible. The people they have staffed in the office need customer service and etiquette training. They are really unprofessional in every sense of the word even down to their work attire. I went there and i was never acknowledged. I sat for almost twenty minutes while the crew spoke about dogs, food and other nonsense. I finally just got up and left. I would advise you to find employment through a trusted company.

A very bad experience with these people. Whom couldnt even pay me for 12 or 18 hours that I did work.. And tell me they dont see me in there system. .so I worked for free pretty much . And now I cant get paid like really WTF. This is how you run a business.
