The Sullivan Group is GREAT, My husband started his own HVAC company after working in the field for 15 plus years and needless to say he quickly found out there is a lot to know when dealing with employees, payroll, taxes and back end admin stuff in order to be in compliance with federal guidelines and labor laws. My main point of contact is Heather Miller(aka Linda) in payroll she is awesome and truly deserves a raise because I swear she goes above and beyond every two weeks I get a friendly reminder that I need to submit the staffs hours and then I call her and she walks me through it (eventually Ill get it lol). I have been hired with other temp services in the past before and after being active duty in the navy. Sara Mays is very professional and fantastic at setting people up for success. I did not expect to get hired on so quickly with a job that felt right for me. In the past its taken me almost two months to be hired from a temp service. With Sullivan it only took me a week to get hired. I have a flexible enough schedule to help my wife raise newborn twins and learn a new trade while I work. I currently work with an organization that staffs through Sullivans. I have very little complaints with this staffing agency. Not only do they keep you informed on any updates but they always let you know if there are any part time weekend work available.
