Placed me on an assignment at Noble House Home Furnishings. They don’t appreciate hard work. The lead supervisor lied to me saying that they were switching the start time to 4am just to get me in early enough to overwork myself when the original start time was 6am. I threw my back out and called Eric and explained to him about the injury and the problems taking place at Noble House. When my assignment was ended Eric put in the records that I was a no call, no show. Not true at all. I didn’t know until after my recovery I called and spoke with Emily and she kept stating false accusations about the reason my assignment ended. Staff there are conniving.

We reached out to Shannon and the Coastal team a few months ago to help fill some much needed gaps in our warehouse operation team. The roles ranged from a Customer Service Rep to Forklift Operators. They assessed our needs and filled the open positions promptly. Most employment companies just send warm bodies until something sticks. Coastal asked the right questions and follow-up questions to ensure they understood our needs and sent the best candidates the first time. We are happy to say that almost every person they sent to us has come on full time, to include the CSR and the forklift operators. At least With coastal they works for your best interest as a human being to secure a future for you and not treat you like a robot. Thats all Eric and Shannon have done for me. Worked my butt off for this company. Had issues with an overbearing co worker, I advised coastal of the issues and asked to be reassigned. They text me late at night telling me that they are ending my assignment and I need to come in on Monday to talk to them and get a new one. On Monday, I arrive to speak with Shannon and don’t even get to speak with her. I end up talking to the man that works there and he’s rude, doesn’t want to listen to what I have to say and is short with me. He assures me that they will find me another assignment. A week passes and every time I call coastal I’m getting sent to voicemail. I contacted another employee and they advised me that they were speaking to coastal many times a week. Upon researching, coastal was blocking my calls and I finally received a text from Shannon after she declined and refused multiple calls and texts from me, stating they no longer would work with me. This company is shady and does not care about their employees. I was averaging 60 a week at my assignments and most weeks didn’t have a day off.

This was the first time I ever went through a temp agency and Im so glad I chose Coastal Employment. Thanks to Shannon and Eric I found a great job in a short period of time. Im shocked at the negative reviews. If youre professional and work hard you will definitely succeed with Coastal!

The worst employment agency ever. They fired me because of my medical conditions. Even though the actual company I worked for wanted to hire me on after my first 2 weeks being their. I work too hard and push myself only to be discriminated by and fired over something I cant control in return making it harder for me to pay my bills. If I could give no stars I would. These people do not care about their workers.

Coastal is great if you need a job!!! They will get you work it’s up to you to keep that work as in being on time and actually showing up, i have a permanent job thanks to them and i recommend them to anyone who needs a job!!!

Came in 15 min early for an interview. An hour after my appointment time i was still waiting. Had to leave without being seen because i already missed one other interview and was about to miss a second.Where does it take 40 minutes to interview one person?

It was a waste of time coming here. I applied and they set up an interview. When I arrived there, they informed me that they did not have any job openings. I was highly upset. Definitely a waste of time.
