Personable, friendly, customer focused business. Sani--Kleen is my go to for carpet cleaning. I’ve used them twice and each time I’ve received outstanding service. Called this morning for a carpet emergency, schedule was full for the next three days. After explaining my situation, I was pleasantly surprised when the owner, Alan offered to come himself the same day. Twenty minutes later, he was at my door. Where else can you get that type of service and dedication to customers? He did a wonderful job.

I do not live in the Savannah area and found this company on line. Based on the excellent reviews, I decided to give them a call. I contacted the company on short notice and they were able to accommodate me based on my travel schedule. Allen made frequent calls regarding his estimated time of arrival, which I greatly appreciated. Allen and Josh did an excellent job. They were efficient, reliable, personable, and fast. I wasnt happy with the service at first. I expressed my concerns and left an unfavorable review. The owner, Allen reached back out to me and promised to make it right. That he did. He returned to my home and personally treated the spots himself. He also refunded a portion of what they charged me for stain removal. I have never had a business try so hard to win me over. We had a custom upholstered unusual fabric damaged by a cleaning lady who spilled lemon oil on it. It looked hopeless. Called Alan at 7am to try to work something out and he said he could fix it (all others said they werent sure). Alan cleaned this piece perfectly after a lot of effort and I got it back the same day. His customer service and attitude were Super. If you need upholstery cleaned or bad spots on upholstery give Alan a try. He even helped our other ottoman (I brought both) which had a set of spots that Stanley Steamer had failed on. So....His work is fantastic. Will use him again! Especially since he opened up way earlier than all the other companies i researched. Good work ethic!~

We had 3 bedrooms with carpet cleaned. It took them literally no more than 15-20 minutes. I am definitely not pleased it was a rush job and there is no way my carpet was deep cleaned in 15-20 minutes. I would not recommend to anyone. The two young men were bragging about how fast they were moving.

The best in town and got all my stains up which I thought would be impossible. Very professional and quick to get the job done and the staff is very nice and professional.

Called company last minute after another carpet cleaner never showed up. Sani kleen was able to come within the hour to do the job. Very professional and nice people. I’m happy to have found them.

It appears they use a bonnet type system for cleaning which may be good for in-between deep cleanings. We had our carpets done and right after smelled great and looked cleaned. But a few hours later we were hit with dog smell that was very strong. I ended up running to Walmart to get carpet cleaning solution to run my carpet cleaner over it. The water was pretty gross too when changing it. I would just verify what type of cleaning you are looking for before booking. That was my fault for not clarifying that prior but I assumed everyone did the deep down steam clean. On a side note they were very friendly and prompt which is much appreciated.Update: Mr. Alan reached out to me to attempt to correct the issue. I will update my rating to 4 stars from 3 stars. I appreciate him taking the time to try to correct the issue.

I called them to clean the carpet after one of my tenants moved out and left a bunch of nasty stains on the carpet and these guys left the carpet looking like new. Very happy with the service and speed of response. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

I left a message and Alan called me back within an hour. I needed my sectional sofa cleaned because it had been in storage for a while and he was able to come the next morning. He was very communicative, showed up early (which was a good thing for me), VERY friendly, and the results were great! Absolutely would use SaniKleen again!

Wow!!! I’m am beyond thankful and grateful to Sani-Kleen. We had a A/C leak in the attic. We had soppy wet floors from leak and a rusty dirty mess from a shopvac that spilled all over the carpet. Needless to say we needed HELP and FAST.I called and filled out the online thingy to several carpet cleaner companies to get cleaning done ASAP.When I called Sani-kleen Carpet Care, I spoke directly to Alan(owner). He gave me a quote over the phone(considerably less than ALL the other companies). I even received a call from Alan in regards to the online form.This is a company who wants my business and was at my house within 4 hours. When he arrived the floors were much worse than he had initially thought. No problem...He just went and got additional equipment to soak up the water and a heavy duty fan to help dry it out quicker. Even still Alan honored the quote and our floors look amazing.This company is reliable, prompt, affordable and honest. Very happy with the service. Alan followed up with me to let me know he had a cancellation on a Saturday morning and was at my house in 15 minutes. Very thorough and what a difference in the carpet! These guys were absolutely fantastic! They were able to get out multiple pets stain and some blue food coloring a pup got into on the carpeting. So it’s day two and the smell is coming back I have pets. I thought it was going to be and actual carpet cleaner to clean it was a buffer spot cleaner not really sucking up dirt rather smearing the smell in more . When he left after receiving a tip he had the audacity to say call before it gets worse in which I felt a little insulting one customer lost

I called on a Friday evening and Alan actually fit me in the schedule for Monday, which was also memorial day. Chris came out and cleaned our carpets and boy did he work hard. He was sweating and made sure that i inspected every room and stain. AND he got out several stains that we were sure would never come out. I am actually impressed thoroughly with these guys. It was an amazing value consider they were significantly less expensive but our carpet hasnt looked this good in years. Great job guys, we will be calling you again in about 3 months for another cleaning because the pet odor is gone!!!

We have 4 dogs and a cat and couldn’t find where a smell was. Stains throughout, and overall wear on the carpet. The gentleman who came was super friendly and got things done quick. This company was great! I had major stains in the carpeting of my new apartment. My dog got sick and lost control of his bowels. As a result we had a very awful scene in the apartment and all over the carpeting. I called Sani Kleen as Allan was extremely responsive, kind and understanding of my situation. He was there the next day, on time and he got out all of the smells and stains from the place. He sanitized and went above and beyond and that’s just something you don’t see anymore!This company is top notch! Allan was wonderful and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!!

Alan is a lifesaver. The day after my wife and I came home with our newborn and a week after we got the carpets cleaned, our husky decided to do his business in the nursery. And not just the regular kind. I was able to get Alan on the phone ealry enough. He dropped everything he was doing and came straight to my house. He was there within an hour and had the mess gone in less than that. He saved the day and the sanity of the adults in the household. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

They did an amazing job my carpets has never looked or been so clean. They came early which was very much appreciated and they showed up with smiles on their face. They were quick and friendly the whole time and constantly joking around with me and letting me know what they were doing as they were doing it. They even took the time to make sure to get up the more stubborn stains that have been in the carpet since before I moved in. I highly recommend they are kind friend very knowledgable and VERY thorough in their job. They even made sure to get under the coffee table which other companies have forgotten to do.

Good quick work at a reasonable price

Santi Kleen did fantastic job on carpets. Alan and his team were on time and right on budget. My carpets needed extra care and the results turn outgout for our move-out.

First off, I don’t really write reviews so the service had to had been impeccable for me to take the time out to do this. Mr. Alan is the epitome of customer service. I called him on Thursday morning after buying furniture from someone on Wednesday and after getting it home realizing it had a pet odor to it (didn’t notice because I was wearing a face mask when picked up). I couldn’t take the smell!!! Searched on Google all night for upholstery cleaners and came across Sani-Kleen. I contacted Alan and he told me that his next available was the following Thursday. I asked him if he would call me and let me know of any cancellations and he said he would make me a priority and he did. He got to me by Friday afternoon! I was sooo happy. When he got here he recommended just getting the sofas sanitized to save me money instead of the cleaning and sanitizing because it wasn’t stained at all, it only had a smell. He charged me $75 to sanitize a sofa, loveseat, and chair combo and on top of that, sanitized my old sofa and loveseat for no cost! Not to mention, the sanitizer smells amazing!!! They did a very good job. I highly recommend Sani-Kleen!
