I spent hours trying to clean up a food dye mess my child created. Let me be clear, there was dye everywhere. On our rugs, nursing chair, bed etc. we followed all the directions found online to remove and simply could not do it. We hired A Plus Carpet and they were more than phenomenal. I strongly and highly recommend this company to anyone! Professional, clean, and more thorough in detail to cleaning than I could have ever expected. When they were complete there were no signs of food dye anywhere. A+++!!

I discovered a leak in my ceiling late one night and a friend of mine recommended The Nelson Company to me. They had used them before, said they were great and that they did any and everything you could need done in a house, so I called. They were there in a few hours, did a thorough investigation to find exactly where the leak was coming from and immediately got to work fixing the leak and repairing the damage it had caused. Everyone involved was extremely nice and professional. They walked me through the whole process, explained everything and took care of all of it. I was very impressed and they’ll be the first people I call for anything that might come up in the future.

Called to ask about when they would come and actually do services they promised... still waiting on the call back. Maybe somebody will see this and actually call me back..?

We had to have our home checked for mold to finalize the process for closing on our home. The people we used before Nelson absolutely took advantage of us and made us think that we would have to have our dry wall torn down to address mold issues in our house. I later found out that every home has traces of mold and the concern is when it rises to a certain level. We were well below the level of concern but were not told. Nelson came in and did a thermal reading of our home when the first guy didnt do that. Nelson tested for moisture when the first guy didnt do that. Nelson tested my entire house for 1/6 the price of the first guy and did way more work. It is great to see that some companies still operate with some integrity. These people are awesome.

The owner and his employees are bankrupt in integrity. Everything that was agreed upon of what service they would provide, nothing was done with the exception of my things being stolen $5,000.00 worth, some items are priceless heirlooms from family members that has died. Only thing that the owner said is this hasn’t happened before and he didn’t believe his employees stole my items. Even neighbors said his employees look suspicious. Whatever you do don’t let them into your home if you have nice things and you want to keep them.

I highly recommend A Plus carpets to anyone and everyone. With a new baby and family from out of town on their way, we wanted our carpets fresh and clean. A Plus came out and provided not only excellent customer service but really clean carpets as well! We will most definitely continue using them for all of our restoration needs!
