A wonderful experience! We had a very large rug that needed to be cut down to fit our space, so they cut a piece out and then did a reweaving of the carpet that you cannot even see! Very meticulous and they are a joy to work with. I will definitely call them for all our carpet needs. **********

Rude. I called the owner thinking he would appreciate on opportunity to help him grow his business, and he said your mama will help you with business decisions repeatedly. Its a pity, because in my line of work I try to look out for Small Business Owners as a Digital Marketing specialist. Savannah Designer Rugs only has two 5 star reviews. Other carpet cleaners I searched have far more. I wanted to help this business grow and build their reviews, online presence, their reputation and customer base but instead I see that the person in charge is entirely responsible for why they lack any innovation that would enable them to grow and they deserve the lack of reputation they possess. Maybe they will get back in touch so I can explain how they only hurt themselves when they dont know the first thing about customer service.
