Please, please do not use this company. At first, you think the cabinets will be beautiful, but then when they are installed, the material is cheap. Doors are not sealed, so dirt and food will end up between cracks. We spent $15,000. Would have been better served going to Lowes or ProSource. Cristina (owner/designer) will be friendly in the beginning, but during the process if you ask for anything or clarification, she will yell at you. We are not six months out from installation and a drawer slider under the drawer has already come unattached from the drawer. The fixture is within the cabinet, so it continues to rub and damage the outside cabinet facing. We are very careful and take care of our things. When I followed up with her and asked to schedule a day for it to be fixed, she said they were six weeks out. Just to come look at the drawer. Three months ago, I contacted her because our spice cabinet is uneven. She never responded to that. We were supposed to have a year warranty on this product. Totally unacceptable.

I loved working with Cristina. She was very professional and easy to work with. Every time I had design ideas she would work with me and discuss my options and never tried to force an option on me.Her daughter Alia was also very kind and helpful.I highly recommend Showcase Kitchens to anyone looking for a stunning kitchen and professional craftsmanship.

They walked us through our entire kitchen remodel and made it extremely easy for us. Their product looks beautiful in our home and everyone has been in awe of the kitchen. Tried to call several times to make an appointment. Kept getting the go around that they would call us back. Never recieved the call from them. They seemed too busy to care. We wont fight for a local business if theyre not willing to at least have the courtesy to call a potential client back. We went with another company with great communication and a quote within 24 hrs.

Cristina and her team are top notch! On budget and on time - have used them twice now and will continue to recommend to my clients and friends.

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional, poor communication. I would never trust them with something as important as a kitchen renovation.
