The woman who answered the phone seemed like she could not care any less about assisting prospective residents with their search. She also made some grave mistakes in terms of fair housing regulation. I have NEVER had such an unprofessional and upsetting experience with just 1 phone call to a property management company. I felt like I should have apologized for bothering her! So sorry to have disturbed, maam! Wonder what its like to rent from them and have a maintenance issue or other request... Unbelievable. People who dont have customer service skills should not work in customer service. And what kind of property management company doesnt have listings on their website in this day and age?! In all my years of property management, I cant fathom treating a prospect this way/running a business without service and accessible listings.
