Ive taken my 2 cars probably 5 times in the past 2 years or so. No matter the issue, Morgan and the team are phenomenal! They are upfront about the issue, how to handle it, and how much it will cost. They straight up tell you if a repair is not necessary and let you male your own decision. I really appreciate them never taking advantage and being very transparent! They certainly live up to their name!!

I found Integrity, when I was looking for a second opinion on an insane quote from Volkswagen. Integrity checked it out, repaired what was needed and I ended up with a $400, instead of a $4000 bill on an $8000 car. On a different occasion they read out the code and instead of just repairing it, they sent me back to Volkswagen, where the repair was covered under warranty. They saved me $1500 !Even more important: they explain what is going on with your car and what can be done, what needs to be done and why. This gives you a chance to make an informed decision. Integrity was great. Very professional. I highly recommend them. I got my oil changed yesterday, there was a part that needed replaced so they ordered the part and was able to replace the damaged part today. That they were able to have such a quick turnaround was very helpful.

I had a problem with my gear shift. It was stuck on Park and turns out my had a tail light assembly problem. Morgan and the team was able to pin point the issues, ordered, parts and fixed it in a timely manner.Great team and Morgan was pleasant. Just called them to talked to them about fixing my oil pan gasket since I had a falling out with my last mechanic!!! I can already tell that they are really professional and take very good car of there customers!!!!

I recently had my brakes done and both headlight assembly replaced at a very reasonable and fair price. Also had a tune up with all spark plugs and wires replaced. Again great price but had some misfires. No problem. I took my truck back and they fixed my misfire and with integrity replaced another part free of charge. They will always have my business. The people in the store always helpful

They told me their diagnostic fee ranges from $55-75, depending on how involved the diagnostic process is. They took my car for a quick drive, told me I needed new tires, and charged me $75. Their diagnosis was right and new tires did correct the issue, but I didnt appreciate the premium diagnostic charge. Completely unwarranted in my estimation. And for some contextual clarity, this service took place pre-COVID-19.

Yeah, so this is a new one. I called Integrity a few minutes ago for a quote on a rear main seal replacement on a 2006 Honda Ridgeline. I made Michael aware that I was in the process of acquiring quotes from several local mechanics. He asked what the other businesses had quoted, and I responded that I would rather not say. He asked why, and I told him that I assumed he would try to directly undercut the lowest bidder. Michael then explained to me that Integrity Auto is not a sales-type business, theyre a relationship business, and that relationships are formed by communication, and said they wont give a quote unless I provided a figure. A little incredulous, I asked Wait, so you want my business but refuse to provide a quote without knowing what other businesses have quoted? Michael hung up.Maybe they do great work. Maybe Michael was having a rough day... he did seem super nice at first. Maybe this isnt the approach they typically employ. Times are tough, I understand, but I refuse to subject myself (or my vehicle) to a shady well, how much you got? business environment. Auto repair rate structures are generally based on (hourly rate) x (book labor hours) + (parts + markup), including a little necessary fluff for unpredictable variables.... I would imagine an auto repair shop with integrity (heh) would not be inclined to coerce what should amount to frivolous information from potential customers.Michael, I dont leave Google reviews, but that was ridiculous, man.

I had an issue with my car shaking and making clinking sounds in the front tire area. VERY CONDESCENDING STAFF. So much more I could say, but this place isnt worth it! Go someplace else. I wasnt charged in the end.

Integrity auto had my Volvo and were unable to fix the issue, but had already done some work on it. They sent it to Volvo to fix the issue and didnt charge us for the work they did since they were unable to repair it. I would say this place has a very fitting name.

Amazing customer service! They actually care about all of their customers, and they gave us a rental car they own for free because they needed to work on our car while my husband needed to go into work. Michael and Ricky are both amazing and transparent about what they are going to do. I have never felt that they are trying to do things they dont need to do just for more money.

Found out disappointing news about my beloved truck but all my questions were answered kindly and with detail. THEN, I locked myself out of my truck in the parking lot and the men at Integrity helped me get back into it! These guys were awesome! Im always really nervous whenever I have to take my car in for something, but they made everything so simple. They were so helpful and straightforward (they didnt try to sell me anything extra or unnecessary). I was also shocked that when I mentioned that I was told by Savannah Tire that I may need new tires, they told me that they were perfectly fine! Integrity definitely looks out for the little guys and tries to save you both time and money whenever possible. This has now become my go-to for auto repairs.

After wasting $700 and a lot of patience with another mechanic shop in town, I discovered Integrity Auto and was impressed by their dedication and supreme customer service. Although the diagnosis for my car was unfortunate, I cant express enough how appreciative I am for the Michael in this shop to spend over 7 hours running tests and diagnostics on my car to figure out the root problem. Honest and Valuable. My name is Greg S. I have been a loyal to Savannah Toyota for years because their a dealership, right? Well, Sav Toyota wanted to charge me $2500 to replace my brake booster and actuator. I took my Highlander to Integrity to get a second opinion. Over the phone, Michael (Southside) gave me a price range that was far less expensive than Sav Toyota and in my predetermined price range. When Michael researched the vehicle, he noticed that the vehicle had a recall on this part...a recall the Savannah Toyota, the dealership, failed to tell me about. Michael could have easily performed the work without my knowing about the recall. But, he showed me the paperwork and had me go back to Sav Toyota to get the work done. I did, for FREE! I applaud Michael for his honesty and integrity...he could have made an expensive repair on my vehicle and made a bit of $$. What he did gain is a loyal customer. I wont be going back to Sav Toyota...its Integrity for me!It doesnt stop there...while I was getting that repaired, I asked them to look at my horn (doesnt work). They said it was related to an air bag sensor...they quoted that a year ago for $1500. No thank you. Turns out the spiral cable was recalled too, but was past its warranty date. I was/am furious with Toyota. I ordered a clockspring spiral cable for $111 and did the repair myself.Integrity literally saved my $4000.Its Integrity from now on. Thank you, Michael, for doing the right thing. You gained a customer and someone that will brag about your shop.

I want to try and stop someone from making the same mistake I did by using integrity auto to fix my truck this is for everyone but especially those on vacation they will look you straight in the eye lie to you and smile while taking your hard earned money they ripped me off for $1200. And they over charge you for the parts they say you need for example fuel pump for my truck 209 at AutoZone integrity its 607 and Auto zone did have in stock. Enough rant just be smart do not use integrity or your gonna go home early from vacation jus like me and my family did.oh yea they didnt even fix the problem after I payed all that money I had to call someone else who said the parts they said they fixed were never even touched.

These guys are fabulous. I used to go to places advertised as I was driving around, but every time I left there was something extra they said I needed. The cheap oil change turned into an expensive one. I always felt like I was being targeted due to my lack of car knowledge. But then I found these guys! Though the products used by them are genuine and awesome. They just warranty the products and not their service. High labor cost but kind of genuine place to visit if only in emergencies.

I chose this place for the head gasket repair of my 06 Jeep commander because this is where I took my vehicles for oil changes and the car had had a previous repair there that was done good. They informed me of the cost, Informed me that there may be further damage to the engine, gave me a quote and an estimated time of a week and a half and I felt comfortable... fast forward to a few months later and 3k dollars later and the engine turned out to be no good, they offered me to install a used engine for an additional price of $1500 which was very reasonable but I didn’t have the money at the time and wanted to hold onto the car until I did have the money, I proceeded to pick up the car and pay the $3k, however, it wasn’t until a day or so later I realized the car had been incomplete, the strut bar and wheel well covers were not installed and it had a nasty exhaust leak at the headers.. I went back and got the parts not wanting to drive the overheating car all the way to the store to have them finish putting it back together. I called them when I finally had the cash for the used motor they told me they could install for $1500 but was repeatedly told that I’d get a call later about it, after a few times of that I decided to just give up and decided to not bring any of my cars there again... now if this is an isolated incident, I have no idea, but I had a very bad experience with this shop on a hugeeee repair. I give them two stars because they are very friendly and trustworthy when it comes to small repairs or oil changes...

They provided great communication and were very knowledgeable. They are the best in Savannah by far and the prices are excellent, I dont even usually write reviews but they were that impressive.

Used Integrity to have a used car I was going to buy checked out. After I went to pick it up, they sent via text the info on what they checked out. They dont charge an arm and a leg either!

Didn’t have a good experience. Was told part “A” was not the problem, and they didn’t have time to call around for part “B”. Went to the dealer and they replaced part A and fixed the problem.The reason for one star is the guys working there were smartasses about it. Not going there again.Update: replied to my review and said they don’t have anyone named Michael Smith in any of their databases. I’ve been to both of their locations (actually), and I have the most common name in America. Not a lot of integrity going on there.
