I am ready to find another insurance provider. Ive had insurance with them for a few years and Ive had one accident claim that was never settled because the adjuster was no longer employed and it had been dismissed. Ive paid a late fee on my policy for a year and about 3 months because the local agents kept giving me the wrong date that my payment was due. I would say the insurance rates are decent just to have coverage but everything else is garbage.

In the end, I found this lady rude acting like I wasted her time because I didn’t know she only dealt with Georgia and south Caroline insurance. I was only on the phone with her for two minutes and I waited 10 for her to get on the line. Not complaining for that but don’t hang up quickly saying, “yup bye”, in a monotone voice, after I said thank you to you. Why do you have to act like that ...?
