I have used this business several times through warranty repair. I am always satisfied when they finish the job. They are polite on the phone and always work with me for appointment times. Ray is absolutely awesome. He always tells me what he is doing, what happens next, and about the appliance. I really appreciate his professionalism. He is genuinely a nice guy. Recommend.

Our 13 month old fridge/freezer QUIT WORKING! Lowes Advantage contacted Saxon in SAV, 2 days later a nice Miss Nell called set up an appt. Technician Ray arrive as scheduled & professionally troubleshot the production issue, showed/explained to us the cause of failure & made the repairs. Stayed to make sure all was working & wrapped up. A BIG THANK YOU TO SAXON APPLIANCES OF SAVANNAH :)

They repaired my washer and handled all my warranty claim for me. All I had to do was let the service tech into the door.

The absolute worst. Came by a month ago and said they be back in 3 days. I have called at least 100 times and left dozens of message. No response. Never ever use this awful company.

Ray provides excellent customer service. He educated me on a few things I did not know know about my stove and dishwasher which was super helpful. He fixed a different appliance last year and provided the same great customer service. Ray was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. We will continue calling Saxon for our appliance repair needs.

We’ve have used Saxon for 20 years and have been satisfied. But we have tried to reach them for the last 3 weeks. No response to many voice mails. Can’t understand it.

Saxon Appliance is so fabulous! Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. They also care about saving money for the customer-when my oven pooped out, the technician (Ray-who just rocks!) had researched the oven before he came, and knew that the circuit board was no longer available, and advised me the best route was to just go ahead and get a new oven. When my dryer was broken, they came out first thing in the morning the next day, and were Johnny on the spot. I just love this company and their technicians!

If I could I would give them a minus star. This business is the worst run appliance repair business I have ever had to deal with. Over ten day waiting on parts for our refrigerator that has been in service for less than one month. The owner think she is doing you a favor to work on your appliance. I would never use this company again. I would also tell you avoid the use of Saxon.

I used these guys for a warranty repair on my dishwasher. They showed up on time and did a great job. He also gave me lots of good information on my other (older) appliances. Highly recommend them.

I have been using Saxon for 12 years. My own experience has been nothing but very positive and I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Their repair technicians are polite and capable. I recommend them to anyone with higher end appliances.

Great service, prompt fix, not overpriced!

Serve guy told my wife she needed to drain the washer with a shop vac and to lean it back against the wall so she got it all out. He need to order the pump and it would be three days. This was covered in warranty so Im not sure why we would be doing the work. Short story is that I repaired the washer without their help or the warranty. Want be doing business with saxon again.

NO SERVICE!!!NO SERVICE!!!NO SERVICE!!!These guys SUCK !!!A 9 hour window to arrive???And then no call before coming out as Lowes directed.No call when they arrived when no one was at home.Rude on the phone next day stating that they just dont have the time to do that.With all the bad reviews about this company on line one has to wonder why in hell Lowes and Home Depot have service agreements with this company???!!!Lesson learned:Dont buy appliances from a big box store regardless of the money that you think you are saving.Buy from a locally owned and operated store / company that makes their living off of repeat sales thus desiring to provide the utmost top shelf customer service or they die.

I have used Saxon numerous times and each and every time they have been professional and honest. When my washer broke they told me it would be cheaper to replace than repair. They have fixed my dryer and refrigerator. Just scheduled another appointment. I am sorry to see the other reviews. Their experiences have not been mine at all.

I own a bed and breakfast in Savannah and I have used this company several times and I have experience harshness and rudeness from the dispatcher. This company is the worst in Savannah as they make you wait all day and never show up ...I have never seen anything like it in Savannah. The techs arent fully trained and they do more harm than good. Whirlpool uses this company and they arent dependable and dont value their customers. I will never recommend this company. You are better off purchasing Bosch appliances. I have heard great things about their appliances. Stay away from Saxon appliance in Savannah Ga unless you want to be ignored and be talked to very rudely.

Slow to get parts and rescheudle repair

The father is nice and funny. The son is a creep who eye banged my TV and would not stay away from it even though he was hired to look at my refrigerator

Ray who works for this place took the time to explain things to me on why my appliance wasnt working and fixed it 15 minutes and saved me hundreds. ...call these people and request him if you want perfect service

$100 for 5 minute service call...I had to call two times for an estimate...Finally an employee called with a $426 estimate for a new ice maker....ended up going with someone else for less than half price....still had to pay the $100. Learned my lesson.

Always helpful over the phone and techs have always been polite and professional. Weve always had a good experience with Saxon.

Worst appliance company ! DO NOT USE. poorest customer service i have ever delt with. Just makes excuses. Will tell you part should be here next day when they havent got it appoved from manufacturer. would give 0 stars if possible
