My dryer failed right when I brought home my first newborn baby, what awful timing! Called this place on Monday morning in desperation and they scheduled my repair appointment for Thursday. They were absolutely amazing from the first phone call. I had a garbage disposal and an eye acting crazy on my stove. They came right at the time they said the would, immediately fixed the disposal and ordered the part to fix the stove. They were back in less than a week to finish up, thwarted by the part being broken on arrival, but finished up two days later. They were excellent, if anything else goes wrong in my house, they will be my first call.

Blake installed a filter to repair our refrigerator, but it did not resolve the problem. He returned, examined the refrigerator, and suggested that we contact Whirlpool. He also returned our check for $250. I called his wife, and offered to pay for the filter, but she refused to accept payment for it. She also put me in touch with the local Whirlpool technician, not wanting to put me through having to contact Whirlpool for the service. Blake and his wife are a Christian couple who practice their faith by way of example.That is, they treat people the way they would wish to be treated.

They came to fix my steam dryer for the first time. It was overheating . After two weeks, The dryer stopped drying at all. I called them and they came to fix it with a ridiculous amount. Guess what. The problem came back after a week later.This is a an updated review of the first . They were responsive. They called to come and confirmed the problem, got it fixed and gave me a discount. They apologized for the first inconvenience. I’m glad they made it right.

If I could rate the service it would be no stars! Had an incident with the workers asked them to wear a mask before coming inside due to covid-19 because I take all precautions due to health regardless if they say they are fine. They refused to wear mask or take off shoes. Got in the car left refusing to do any work. They spoke with my daughter still refusing. The front office lied told my husband they spoke with me regarding this matter and they never did. This is highly unacceptable for customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them.

Savannah Appliance Repair was amazing. They came out on a Tuesday to diagnose the problem with our washer. The part came in on a Saturday. Instead of waiting for the next business day they called us to come out to fix it. I appreciated it greatly, as I didn’t have to go to a laundry mat or a friend’s house to wash the kids uniforms for Monday. Hopefully it will be a while before we need an appliance fixed but when we do they will be who we call.

This was my first experience with Savannah’s appliance. Blake came out he diagnosed the problem right away ordered the correct parts and I had my icemaker back within a week or so. I had to call them back because it wasn’t dispensing ice and they came back out and Blake figured out the problem right away. Did not charge me one extra penny however because this is a small business I intend to pay them something because their service is worth their weight in gold. I am so glad I found this company through my home warranty and will continue to use them for any future appliance problems I have. I had a company out here prior to Savannah appliance and I will tell you they were out here three times and never figured it out. I’m recommending everybody you savanna appliance.

They were very honest. I thought that I needed a new water pump for my washer. They could have told me that I needed a new one and I would have paid. But, they found a clogged drain and they didnt charge me alot.

I had two experiences with Savannah Appliance Repair both of which were phenomenal. The first call I made was early in the morning, and they had a technician come out within an hour and a half. He spent a solid hour diagnosing the problem and recommended a course of action. I explained to him that this needed to happen sooner rather than later due to my travel schedule and they helped me out by overnighting the expected parts to be installed 48 hours later.When the parts arrived the owner, Blake, came to my service appointment to complete the installation. When he arrived he thought it could be something different than previously thought. He called his office, voided my check immediately and recommended that I wait and see what happens with my refrigerator. He showed me how to put it in diagnostic mode, and how to proceed next. When I told him that I would be out of town for the next month or so and that the repairs would have to happen over the weekend (which is outside of their normal business hours) he said he would come over on a Saturday if needed, and in his words We will do whatever we need to do to make this right for you. Not to mention that after 2 visits they have charged me nothing, and wont until the repair is completed.Rarely have I seen a company so customer focused, with pride in the quality of their work, and dedication to doing the right thing. Savannah appliance repair was very quick at getting back to me and setting up an appointment. My stove was not working properly and they diagnosed it within 10 minutes of looking at it. There was a part to be ordered so it did take about a week total to fix, but once the part came back, and I called to make another appt to have someone come out to replace it, they were very quick.
