I absolutely loved Jojo. I had damaged my hair prior to my haircut appointment. She recommended the SOS treatment and ended up saving me from having to cut off an additional inch off my hair. She was easy to talk too, down to earth, knew what she was doing and talking about and very professional. I will definitely be back to see her and will recommend her to others!

From the first step in the door, the staff here were professional but fun! Lyndsey S. walked me through the color process, making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel right at home. I received a two color foil and cut from Lyndsey and she did an amazing job! I feel like a new woman! Thank you for the great service!! I’ll be back!

Wonderful service from the hair stylist. He was very professional and looked after me with great care. Would visit again. More expensive that great clips but in my opinion it is worth it.

I started off saying I wanted my hair cut just above the breasts and a u-shape in the back. The u-shape wasnt that defined, so I asked Taylor to fix it, and now my hair is above my shoulders. I dont know how you miss 4 inches, but at the very least tell the client if you cant fix something without compromising the length. She didnt even finish drying my hair and took multiple breaks to handle calls. Now I have too short hair, whose style cant be seen and the back only has a faint u-shape. I cant go somewhere else to get it fixed since its too short. I will not be coming back.

I live just down the block and Fantastic Sams is definitely the best and most convenient hair salon ever. I got my hair cut twice here and my husband comes here almost every month. He loves it & we especially love their prices. They are so affordable, it seriously is the best!

I always use this Salon and typically have Heather as my stylist. They are very accommodating as they accept walk-ins and provide services on a first come/first serve basis. Heather is a Master Stylist and does an awesome job! Highly recommend this location.

I’ve been coming exclusively to this location for about 8 years now and I’ve never left unsatisfied with my hair. Every stylist is knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely won’t lead you astray, even if you don’t really know what you want.

Fantastic Sams in Savage is the best! Especially Lezli - she is so on top of what I need and want in a color and cut - always accommodating!The salon is always clean which is so important. I have never been disappointed!

Did not like the way they cut my hair. Did not want to do it the way I wanted it done. Had their own ideas. Probably will not go back there.

I had Michelle do some highlights for a color correction and it turned out worse (orange) than when I went in. The manager Kelly Young said they do not gaurantee results and did not offer to fix it. I would never go back there again. A basic color correction using bleach for a highlight is out of their league and the manager was rude and not very helpful. I would stay away for any color services. The stylist did not inform me that they did not back their work. I would of thought twice if I would of been told this. It would of been a red flag for me. my $82 dollars was like throwing money away and having ruined hair on top of it.

Got in quickly at Fantastic Sams during the early afternoon, the stylist was very friendly and provided easy conversation. The hot towel at the end was a new feature that i tried, and was welcomed from just the simple shampoo to help one relax.

I recently went to Fantastic Sams for a color and cut and although I had a photo and was very descriptive in what I wanted, she totally hosed my hair. After spending almost $100, going back for a fix, which basically did nothing, I am extremely frustrated! The last thing I want to do is go back there ever again!Now I have to spend more money and time to fix this mess! Consider yourself warned!!!

I went there to get my hair cut, the entire time the woman would complain about my hair color, which at the time was green and black, telling me oh it covers up you pretty natural color and please stop coloring it and if that wasnt bad enough commented on the style I was getting in a negative way. This is not what I pay for, I pay for you to cut it the way I want, not your opinions. Also my friend who was waiting for me was being told his hair should be cut because one of the women thought it was too long.

Love this place, they have an amazing team that works there right now.

I brought my guy Freind to get his hair cut and the girl who cut his hair totally did a coped up job, his hair is In patches I would not recommend this place.

Went in for a hair cut and was told it would be 20-30 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting and seeing 4 employees walk around with out a client, I walked out.

Worst haircut ever! Watched the person in front of me have his hair recut. Was stupid enough to stay and got mine cut. Had to go somewhere else right away and have re cut. Stay clear of this place

I showed the stylist a picture of me of how I wanted my hair to look. In the picture, my hair was about an inch and a half long. When she was done, my hair wasnt even a half inch long! Yeah, it will grow back. But, I wont go back
