Great experience with Artemis. My engine blew out while I was driving on the interstate. I was stressed, but Darryl communicated as he was en route.He had great energy and had me in a good mood by the time we got to the auto shop. Hopefully I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I’ll definitely use them again.

Vehicle was making a terrible binding noise so I called up my insurance and they sent out Artemis Recovery! Very glad they did, I usually work with them at my work when people get there vehicle towed in and they are always a pleasure to work with. Darryl is the gentleman that picked up my vehicle and he is such a cool dude he’s pretty personal and actually say what happened with my truck and wasn’t pushy to continue to take my truck even tho I still had him take it that was an awesome feeling not to feel pushed to do something if I didn’t have to! Overall great experience.

Awesome, on time service. I called to have my vehicle towed from a friends house over an hour away to my house. They picked up the car, got it safely to my house and the driver even helped me get the blocks in front of the wheels. Extremely fair pricing and the staff is really friendly. I will be using Artemis Recovery for all of my towing needs!

Overpriced ... $320 for my husband’s car that got towed from our apartment complex that didn’t even notify us about these things! They told us that they towed it because there was 2 inches of snow piled on top of my husband’s car... and when they towed it they didn’t even notify us we had to call every other towing places then call the cops as a last resort which we’ve should’ve done first. This is the first time we got our car towed from an apartment complex. It’s ridiculous. They fail to notify anyone about this before hand it’s all about money.

If you can help it, avoid business with them at all cost and any apartment complex that have business deals with them. They scam you out of money. They told me $340 on the phone to make sure I would have exact cash, changed to $380 when I arrived. Even during a pandemic and most people are unemployed; they still felt the need to try and extort more money from the public. They even tried to tell me I didn’t even call. They try to manipulate more money out of you with lies. This has happened to quite a few people. DO NOT under any circumstance do business with this company if you don’t want to deal with scum b*tches.

These guys like to tow vehicles without giving any notice, as well as, towing vehicles they shouldnt be towing. They then mafia-style strongarm you into paying cash only...in a pandemic....when ppl are being encouraged not to use cash. Avoid these bums like the plague.

Artemis Recovery. Is very bad towing company they ribbed off people. They have made deal with Apartments and next thing you know your get towed over lite issues such as you forget to put parking tags back on it place and if guess came over their cars get towed and in the sows days, if missed the notice that was passed around in the apartment the next thing you know your car got towed. All this misleading deal between them and apts get in to your wallet big time. Each towed is about $300 while you looking for money to borrow the money keep going up by $25-50 a day. What a ribbed off man

$300 to get my boyfriends truck back and they brought it all the way to savage from blaine. Also was very clearly showing off his gun on his hip when we talked to him.

They come to my townhome community in the middle of the night to see who they can rip off.

My vehicle got towed, even though it had a parking permit sticker,call this place at first,the receptionist sound like she was on a bad mood NOT PROFESIONAL at all,do to civid I cant afford getting this vehicle out and I kept asking her for a manager or owner but she didnt not want to collaborate.

Your towing company is predatory and prejudice. Two times in a 4 weeks, youve towed a car in front of our home. This time the car is registered with property management. We will be filing a discrimination charges with the local authorities
