This place now accepts quarters so you dont have to use tokens anymore. Best thing they ever did since you had to break a $20 every time I went there in the past. Ill be washing my car here more often.

UPDATE: as I indicated in my initial review, if I heard back from the owner and he refunded my money, I said I would update my review. I did hear back and the triple overcharge was refunded. That you for your prompt follow up.Used the self serve car wash. $5 is the minimum charge and only buys you two minutes which was fine, I only needed to hose out the bed of my truck. I swiped my credit card and it said it was processing but then nothing so I swiped it again...same thing. I tried again with another card but no luck. I search through my truck and found enough cash to purchase their tokens. Yesterday I reviewed my credit card statements and see that I was charged for every swipe! $10.64 on one and $5.37 on the other. I found the owner’s email in some of his responses to other reviews but he has yet to respond to me. If he responds in the next 24 hours (it’s already been a day since I emailed him) and refunds my overpayments I will update my review. If not, I’ll dispute with my credit card company because $21.00 for a 2 minute wash is NOT ok.

Love this place. It’s never too busy and it’s the only automatic touch free that I can use with my 6” lifted truck with 35s.

March 2020 first time here. I wanted to try it and decided that after the winter GRIME & SALT to do the $10 touch less wash that included under body car wash. They also have $8 and HIGHER options.I must say, my truck was pretty clean after! Even with the blower going at the end, water still will be on vehicle. So, BRING A TOWEL if you want to dry it offI’d say it’s a good value.I may try self service version another day.Coming from the west- easy to get off hwy 13.More challenging from the east from Savage. Just turn south on 13 towards Prior lake to first light, turn west and then follow your gps to take you back North. (You’re making a big U drive off of 13)

Don’t waste your money on the wash here! Didn’t even wash dust off the tonneau cover on my pickup. Not sure it would be worth the time if it was free, wasted $10 here.

We have used this location for the dog wash twice now. Unfortunately the first time we came here, about a few years ago, the hot water was not working so we left with a cold dog. Luckily, this time, the experience was better. They had warm water and the tub is the perfect size and design for washing your dog. After that, the positives end there. The first thing you notice is the condition of the building. There is garbage, leaves, plastic gloves, bags, all over the place. The entire experience leaves you on edge and ready to leave. On top of that, the soap/conditioner options don’t work so bring your own, and the machines outside of the wash room are either damaged or out of order. Again, this place has functionality, we’re leaving this time with a happy and clean dog! The reason this isn’t a 5 star review, as voiced by other reviewers, is simply the poor conditions.

I come here often as I have 8 cars to maintain I cant give it three stars the dude that owns this place does care what it looks like I tried calling about the unlimited car wash left 3 different messages about it never responded so Ill take my business to some place that will have more customer service and maybe Ill get a call back

I believe Nick (owner) is a cheapskate and changed the chemicals or something. This place is not as good as it used to be.

If there was a negative option I would had selected it. This is the dirtiest self serve wash Ive ever seen. Upon washing my white jeep I noticed black tar spewing onto my jeep. I lookeded at the wand and it was covered in black tar. It was on the wand, the hose. It got all over my car, myself, my clothes. Clearly not much maintenance happens here.

I love that you can wash the doggies there, but the dog wash is not kept up. No shampoo in the shampoo setting and not very clean area.

Everything about this place was suspect at best, i wont be coming there again.

Be careful of this place if using a card. Went to first sprayer slide card would not work .Slide again says authorizing did not work.Went to sprayer behind slide card said it was authorizing that one worked . $$$18.00 bucks later for 3 min to wash my plow off . Pressed stop button twice on all occassions. Stay far away from this place unless u are using change. $6.00 just to start.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Swiped card thinking it would shut off after a cycle. Nope hit stop after 7 mins and it cost $10.25 I will see when the CC statement comes in what the charge is.Cold water and dirt all over. Drains not working? not sure I was stepping in water the by the doors. Waste of money and will not go back ever!!!

Stopped in for the first time to the self-service car wash. Not sure Id want more. Credit card machine worked well. There arent giant piles of mud from previous vehicles. $6 got me over 7 minutes. Perfect. Ill be back, no question.

Bought a $14 car wash at the touchless wash station. Door wouldn’t open for me to pull in for the car wash and not a single soul was around to help. Tried calling the number on their “out of service” sign that was hiding behind a brick pillar and lo and behold the number was out of service.

Been looking for a self serve for a long time that has plenty of room to clean the boat.

I went to the brand new touch free automatic carwash there about three weeks ago, I’ve been back twice since ! It worked flawlessly, and my truck looks better than ever ! I am now signing up for the monthly Touch free wash program. Very nice to have a high-quality wash like that right in my neighborhood. 👏

This Place has really turned around under new management. I went there five years ago, and nothing worked. Now its finally getting daily attention. I love the new automatic car wash. I run my car through there, and wash my boat and truck in the manual bay. Clean, functional - Great experience!

Have used this place many times. Only time I ever had an issue the owner, Nick quickly fixed it and had me washing my truck in no time. You see a lot of bad comments on here. But thats only because people dont care if things work the way they are supposed to. They only care if something doesnt work. There is no way of knowing everything is working perfectly 24/7. I know that if you have an issue and reach out to Nick, he will make things right. One thing I learned is that if the screen is not scrolling right to left you cannot swipe your card. This means that somebody put a token in the machine to pay it forward to the next person. But along with that you cant pay with card and coins. Bottom line, if the screen isnt moving, find another bay or try see if nick is around to help. Overall love this car wash.

New automatic car wash is great. I have been using it since they installed it a couple months ago with no complaints.

Accepts credit cards and can wash tall trucks and RVs. However, I was charged $42 for a 20 minute wash for my Sprinter Van. Would’ve been cheaper to just get it professionally done. No prices advertised either, just saw it on my credit card bill. It’s twice as expensive as most self wash places I’ve washed my Sprinter at.

It was great but it needs maintenance in the truck bays the nozzles were all leaking and the main line in the truck bay was leaking spraying everywhere

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Ripped me off on the auto wash. Stopped back several times nobody ever there and # disconnected.reply: the auto wash sprayed soap all over half my car then stopped and the door came up and it said drive ahead.

Pretty solid self serve with 14 clearance for trucks and RVS. $6 A swipe for 15min. (I think)

My f150 crew cab with a 65 bed had no trouble with the Lazer wash on size which is a big plus for me. The water pressure was strong compared to other places which was a nice change. I used the self wash today however and was very pleased. For the 25mins I used the self wash bay there were multiple different functions and it cost me $35.Why 4 and not 5 stars?I would suggest they keep a closer watch on the equipment as the brush on the the bay I used to scrub with was worn down quite a bit and needs replaced.

Brought our puppy to the Pet Wash at High Tide on June 12th. I used my debit card at the machine and paid the stated $5 pet wash fee. Once it turned on and the timer started, the hose only sprayed water when I went and selected each option (shampoo, conditioner etc) so I assumed the machine must be out of product. The reason for only giving a 1 star is due to after walking out, I reached out to the company and left them a message regarding the issue and requested a phone call back to receive a refund. It has now been 6 days and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Also, after checking my bank account, I was charged $6 instead of the $5 it states on the sign.

Today was my first time at this do-it-yourself wash. After over a minute with no high pressure soap I alerted the guy. He said, Sometimes it takes a few seconds. I told him it had now been 1:15 of my 5 minutes of time. He said, Use the presoak. With that I got a very low pressure fine mist of something that might have been soap (and that defeats the purpose of high pressure). He said, Well, theres soap in there. NOT helpful. There was no offer to check the problem. There was no offer to give me more time. And the spotless rinse...left a ton of spots. Suffice it to say I wont be going back.

Charged $10.00 on my credit card and wasnt even able to use the wash. Ive emailed and called with no results. Obviously they know whats up. Next step, legal action. Its not the $10, its the fact that a ton of people have been ripped off and they just keep doing it. Never ever ever go here.

Despite all of the negative reviews, I decided to try this car wash for the first time today. I was able to look on their facebook page and got 20% off. The prices dont include tax.I used the new touchless automatic washer and selected the Deluxe wash for $10 (before the discount), which is not the fanciest, but overall it did a great job. It didnt do a great job of drying my car, but very few dryers do. But you might want to pack a towel to go over it once right when you get out of the wash so your doors dont freeze shut.I have not tried the self-service side, but want to try that next.

What a great facility! It looks like they upgraded all their systems this last year so everything works so much better now. This is now my favorite spot to clean my truck in the South Metro.

Solid old school coin operated car wash. The machines call for tokens which are quarters. They provide a change machine but you can bring your own for sure.

Like washing my vehicle here since they have higher bays. Prices seem a bit high for how often the equipment is malfunctioning (hose leaking, no pressure soap, brushes missing all bristles).

Terrible place to wash your pet. When I arrived the room for washing pets was filthy with dirt and dog hair everywhere. I washed and rinsed my dog and then tried to use the dryer which did not work. Wasted $4.00 in quarters. I spoke to someone who said they worked there and they told me the dryer is not working but they do not have an out of order sign. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to call the Owner. Now I am driving home with a wet dog. Waste of time and money.

After wasting 30 minutes in line behind someone waiting to have their car detailed (I wanted to spray down my car myself), I was charged $40 to simply use the high pressure spray function. Many of the wash options did not work and the device leaked soap / degreaser, which subsequently dripped onto my shirt which then had to be dry cleaned. This place is disappointing and I would advice you to search elsewhere if you want to self service your car. 1 star.

Ditto. Rip off. Ive called a half dozen times and emailed after I was robbed of $35 to wash my truck in which I brought my own bucket of soap and water. I just wanted to use their hose...which the first one gobbled my money but wouldnt turn on, then the one that would turn on is snapped in half. I received a call back from a lady. She told me to let her know how much and she would refund me..nothing but phone silence. I am considering legal action as well. Robbed blind with no service offered. $35 isnt bad but the fact that someone owns this business and could give to sh**s less and doesnt respond. Boooooooo...one really angry customer

Car wash works alright. Ive had a few issues there when I paid for a wash and the doors never opened, never got a response from the number. The one outside was disconnected so left a voicemail on a number here and never recieved a call back.

One of the bays was broken, they require a 5$ minimum, their phone number doesnt work, they dont respond to emails, and they charged me 22$ for a carwash that took less than 5 min, if i could give 0 stars i would, super dissapointed.

Terrible experience. Dirty, half of the functions didnt work, takes 45 seconds before any soap or degreaser even come out of the washer! They advertise that $5.00 is the time limit but if you swipe your card there is no warning about additional fees. Before you know it you are charged $20 and your car is still full of soap! Dont even get me started on the spotless rise. Dont waste your time and cash on this place it needs to be shut down.

Where to begin. I was looking for a simple truck wash.1st off the website says FULL SEMIS! NOT TRUE! 2 month old truck with trailer and the only way ot will fit without the overhead doors slamming themselves on top of your rig or trailer is nose to tail inside which leaves ZERO room to even wash.2nd the triple foam hose will swing out and bust the roof of your semi! Again 2 month old truck just got wacked my truck is 136 your wash claims full clearance however it does not. I will be seeking damage claims for the roof of my tractor.3rd spot free my ass! Truck had spots EVERYWHERE! !!4th car dealership using wash bays as a vinyl decal/detailing shop lol really? There was 15 cars parked there 2 guys and had to wait fir them to move so i could get out.5th!!! Wash says 5.00$ thats all it says. These crooks charged my debit card 32.25 for 20 min use!!!!!!! Any other debit wash systems ive used 5$ to start and if you want more you have to either reswipe or authorize more. I did NOT authorize a OPEN account for you to suck out of my account. Thats called THEFT and i will also be seeking retribution on that as well. Now i see why the reviews are so low. I tried to have faith for a small local business. But when you mislead and neglect to warn of low clearances when the swing arm is 12. And by the way. The arm hit my truck as soon as i switched to triple foam it never even gave me the opportunity to make sure it didnt.The phone number listed online is not valid. After swiping my card once, the machine kept telling me to swipe my card. I just wanted $5 worth. I continued to swipe my card because it said it wasnt working. After 4 swipes and $20 later it turned on. NOT Happy about that!!

Must be a detailer that rents space here. It is set up to wash a semi but with the dozen other cars strewn about, pain in the ass to get in there. Id avoid it and go to a truck wash place.

I felt like I was seriously ripped off. For $15.00 I barely had time to get the bugs off the front of my bus and the soap from the foaming brush would not cut some light diesel exhaust soot, which was on my small utility trailer behind my bus.

Took my dog in for a wash and there was no soap, conditioner or flea And tick repellent. Basin was filthy.

Usually everything works and the stalls are clean. Sometimes not so much.

We came to use both the car and dog wash (why not double up?) The room with the dog wash was wet and grimy and the shampoo option didnt actually have shampoo. The car wash authorised my credit card and charged me but would not turn on the wash. We tried but wont be going back for the car or the dog wash.
