We brought two different cars there and both times they did fantastic work. I would highly recommend them if you wanted to get your car detailed. The second time took longer than they quoted me. But when I got my car back it looked so good I didnt care how long it took. The staff was fantastic also. We will definitely come back when we need a car detailed.

5 star customer service! My car looks great!

I paid $200 for a car detail to have a brand new 2020 equinox cleaned up. I’ve had the car for two weeks and just wanted it cleaned up since I was picking up a guest in my vehicle and wanted to impress them with how clean it was. They ran the car through the car wash but they didn’t even clean the inside of the car. Both of the employees looked dumbfounded as to why I had to point out 3-4 different spots that needed to be cleaned right in front of me but all they could give me a was a booklet for free car washes to make up for it. DO NOT GO HERE. You are better off asking a random neighborhood kid to clean it for $20, at least they might actually clean the car instead of charging you $200 for running it through a car wash.

Quick wash but pricey. And it doesnt seem like you get everything that your wash consists of. I had tire shine in my wash and afterwards it only had it on 1 tire 🙃 They need to lower the prices.

The car wash itself isnt better than some gas station car washes we have used. The vacuums were clogged with debris so they didnt work. We managed to unclog one to get it to work. Added: Thank you so much for your response. We will give it another try.

Just had my boat detailed here. When I arrived to pick it up you couldnt even see through the windshield it was so dirty. When I got it home I realized half of the boat hadnt even been touched. I just spent 2 hours cleaning it myself. Theres at least 6 more hours of cleaning to do. Very disappointed.

This is my preferred car wash. Better than any gas station car wash. There is a full service Paradise location a few miles away. There, you can get a full detail. I prefer this place for your everyday type car washes. They also offer an unlimited plan. I dont use it. But, I have family members that do and they love it. Highly recommend.

Best and safest wash for your sweet ride

If you like spending $20 Dollars on a $5 dollar car wash this is the place for you. Employees spent under 30 seconds vacuuming the entire interior which I also paid $2 extra for the trunk they didnt bother to vacuum. I would rate them zero stars but they wont let me. Basically if you want to support a jobs program for illegal immigrants, or paying $15 dollars to much for a decent exterior wash then this is your place.

Didnt realize what Express meant. Once in line you cant back up. Burned a Full Service coupon on a jiffy wash I can get at any gas station. I want a refund!!!

This place is the best. They really do a good job. Only once were we not blown away by their work and that time it was a new guy that we had not seen before. All other times (over the past three years) have been totally awesome.

I called five times today between 4 and 7 PM to book 2 different car detailing appointments. I have had my car detailed there before as well as our business and have previously liked their work. There was no answer there today after 4pm on the phone, so I decided to stop in on my way home from work at 6:30pm. The doors are all locked and the lights were off and I walked around the side to find a man standing there. Spanish maintenance guy who told me he couldn’t make an appointment for me as he just worked maintenance. He said that the person who could help me left at 4pm today because it was raining. I asked him again I said don’t date details cars inside and he said yes but he left because it was raining.

This place is great! Staff is very friendly and the service is fast. Reasonably priced and my car is always spotless when I leave there.

Worst service I have ever received at a car washing location. Barely vacuumed, wiped the interior and they did not clean the inside windows. I informed them I was not content with the job so they took it through the car wash a second time and still looked like the first time around. Teenagers working at the end of the line also made faces when I informed them I was unsatisfied. Never again will I bring my car back!

Paradise Car Wash was quick, and they did a great job on my car. My tires and rims look really good after.

I always get my car washed here and today they locked my keys in my car! I didnt have the code to my car and had to make a couple calls to figure it out. They made me feel like it was my fault! I dont think I will visit anytime soon!

Been there for car washes numerous times thinking theyll get better but they never ever clean the wheels. Brake dust always left on the wheels. Theyre obviously more interested in volume than quality.

Horrible. Despite having a professional detailing center on site, this express site doesnt offer anything other than what you can get at your local gas station car wash. But that isnt explained until youre down their chute, no way to get out other than to buy a car wash. Employees are dismissive and dont care. When I called to complain they said I can give you a coupon. When I said I wanted a refund, even partial they said that because I technically got the car wash, there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the trouble - go to your local gas station and get the 10 gold level wash. Thats the same as their premium wash for half the cost.

Horrible job, had to stand right by the store manager for an hour and poit out bunch of dirty spots. And even then, they argued with me about how clean of a job they did! Cup holders, trunk, seat belts, glove box, etc, were not touched. My 5-year old will do much better job than they did for $140. Dont go there!

I like this place, but my last visit they forgot to clean the inside. Usually I am happy here, maybe they have new staff?

Brought my vehicle in to have the interrior cleaned. So inside vacumed, carpets washed and leather interior cleaned up. Vehicle is an escape, the whole rear cargo area not touched. Carpets kind of washed, and i am pretty sure the vacum part was only done with the carpet cleaning. Once I the pointed out there weak effort for which I was supposed to pay them for, the best they could do for me was revacum and take 1/6 of the total price. I will never go here again, what a waste of time and money.

So I just paid $18 to vacuum my car myself. Most Paradise is vacuuming actually clean your car this one doesnt do that but doesnt tell you that up front. I will not be coming back to this location
