This place used to be my favorite car wash. Always went the extra mile to make sure your car was clean. Now its like they just stopped caring. Garbage left under seats, half done vacuum job, brake dust still on wheels, tire protectant not even applied. I paid for the ceramic protectant wash, which is the most expensive wash option, and I went home and wiped down my own interior, cleaned the tube steps, finished vacuuming and cleaned my wheels and tires. Honestly what did I pay them for? You shouldnt have to complain to get your car clean, if thats literally the one service theyre supposed to provide. Save your money, or go somewhere else. This wash has lost its heart.

Wow, oh wow, what a horrible experience. My boyfriend paid for the exterior car wash and interior detailing. It looked like absolutely NOTHING had been done to the interior of the vehicle! The cup holders hadn’t been wiped out, the dash hadn’t been wiped off, the floor mats were clearly not vacuumed. It definitely was not worth the value. The outside of the vehicle looked like it had been sprayed down with a garden hose and left to dry. It didn’t look like they wiped it down at all with the number of water spots they left. He could have went to a gas station and got the cheapest car wash there and gotten a way better car wash. Do not recommend this place at all.

They close 7PM I came like 6:40 something, I understand you all want to go home but I paid to get my car cleaned not to rush and to find out it was super dirty and dusty inside when I got home. That’s ridiculous let us know before we pay if you gonna clean and take your job seriously. NEVER COMING BACK!

I have been coming to Paradise for quite awhile. For the past year, Ive had the monthly exterior wash plan. As some have said, I have noticed that the drying job isnt as thorough as it used to be. They used to take twice as long to dry everything off as they do now... With that said, most of the workers are pleasant and helpful. Today when I went in I had a lot of sap on my car which I had tried to get off before going through the wash. It didnt all come off between my efforts and the wash, so one of the young men told me to go to the detailing center to see what they could do to help me. They showed me how to get the sap off and helped me do it. They went above and beyond to help educate me and get my car clean!

We purchased a detailing package. I was pleased with the work performed on my Tesla (so shinny and clean!) and found this business to be fair in their dealings with customers.

Had my car detailed with the Complete package. My car had dog hair inside - all gone! I also had a minor scratch on the rear that they easily buffed and removed. Definitely worth the price, my car shines now!

Came here because I’m 7 months pregnant, so cleaning my car isn’t the easiest to do. Definitely disappointed by the work done. Maybe I’m asking for two much by wanting them to clean the dash and vacuum the carpet completely. Maybe it’s asking for too much for the mats to be clean, when they charge $3 a mat to spray off. The photos are taken right after the wash.I could’ve done a better job myself.

Service took almost 5 hours to complete wasn’t aware so I was awkwardly waiting around and wasted a good portion of my day. Very noisy environment. These people made scheduling effortless however and got me in the next day. That’s unheard of for the service I needed. They did amazing it looked fresh off off the dealership lot.Update: 1month later after getting service here the fabric in my car was so weak that it ripped when I sat on it. That hadn’t happened until these people detailed the interior. Also, my car paint started chipping off. I don’t know whether it’s the strong chemicals they use or a coincidence.

Every time i go there everyone is very polite and they do a fantastic job at what they do and you are in and out in a timely fashion.

Car wash was good on outside. But inside the did horrible. I watched them supposedly wiping inside down, only to get and see it wasn’t. Very disappointed when I can do a better job for free.

Always a great wash and having the inside vacuumed and dusted is a great bonus. They hand dry everything and take great care of my car. I have yet to find a better choice.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I paid $220 to have my car washed and detailed on the inside. It is definitely NOT worth the money. I’m fairly certain they didn’t even wash my car. There is also soap residue and towel debris all over the inside. Go somewhere else. This place sucks.

My last three time at Paradise car wash have not been worth the money... use to be so good not sure what happened. just paid for rhe most expensive wash and it looks like a 12 year old wash my car. i will be trying the new car wash in burnsville next.

Very poorly managed! The boy and girl that dried our car off, were not wearing their marks properly. When it is below the nose, what good is it? Even when I brought this to the cashiers attention, nothing was done. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Overall a good place to have your car washed with a clean car guarantee However, not as good wiping the interior down compared to the past. I asked for the wet rag to wipe down some obvious smudges which should not have been missed.

The clean was decent, but overall there was just a lack of attention to detail. There was still cleaning solution on the instrument panel, I had to get a rag and clean it off. There was a spot of some weird sticky goo on the outside I also had to get a rag and wipe off. When I picked it up, they had forgotten to clean the trunk. The employee handled it well and I waited for them to quick vacuum even though I had to pay extra for them to take their time making sure to get all the dog hair out. (note the truck is the only spot my dog is allowed). I was also surprised I had to pay the SUV price for my small crossover (CX-5) which I feel is closer to a car size. I also thought they would have cleaned the space around the door when it is open.

Chaps missed a few spots (initial pass) on my wife’s car. Detail specialists Don & Devante (both pictured) straightened that out sharpish. Much obliged, gentlemen.🙏🏽👌🏾

Generally happy with the wash, it just always comes up a little short of 100%. I think for the money it could be a little more complete. It seems they are just pushing the cars/trucks through. I like the buff and shine service and my truck looks good when its finished as long as you dont look real close. Upside I didnt have to do it and its just going to get dirty again.

This is one of the few washes that can actually clean your car and make it look nice. Love coming to this place.

The car was dusty when i came to pick up. After $200 for detailing, it needs to be sparkling, not dusty. I understand that there is construction nearby but thats not my problem. They did agree to wash again, but should i have to ask for that? In the end, the car was clean. But expensive service should come with increased attention to detail and customer service.

On Oct 21, I went for the complete package. When scheduling, I told the staff that I really care much for my seat stains and coffee stains. They said they could get them out. After detailing, I looked at my car and the seat stain spots were shown like mold and darker. It looked very very bad. The coffee stain was not out at all even on the wheel. I called Sam out, the manager. He managed the seat stains and told me to come back the next for another cleaning. I came back and I found there were dust and crumbs in one of side door. I spotted to one of the staff while he was doing his stain cleaning. He told me that someone was in training cleaned my car and apologized that they would train people well next time. I paid $250 for this?? It was a waste of my time and money. I didn’t get what I wanted.

Horrible! Vacuum was terrible. Crumbs still everywhere. Back window still dirty, smears from them wiping. Not worth the money or time.

This place used to do a great job and has gone down hill. I had to bring my car back to get properly cleaned 2 of 2 times this year. They failed to wipe down the center console front and back and poor job vacuuming. After I handed the attendant $5 at the beginning and another $5 to the guys at the end. For $50 I really hoped they would at the very least hit the basics. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had a paint spill in the back seat that I was not aware of. They cleaned it up without even hesitating. The Owner,Manager and staff took it on and cleaned the mess up. They did a excellent job and did not charge me for the cleanup. I have been coming here for the last 6 years and I can say that this company has great customer service and staff is dedicated to helping you with your satisfaction on the cleaning or detailing of your car or truck. The buff and shine is the best in the area. Free popcorn as well. if you have not tried them for your car cleaning needs, I would. Thanks Dave and Devin.

I recently brought in my SUV to get a car wash and minor detailing in the inside, what I did not realize is the first Paradise Car Wash I went to was an EXPRESS (meaning no basic detailing inside, only had deluxe packages, which I was not looking for) and not a full service. I was then directed to go to the Paradise down the road to get that service. *I wish I knew this before spending $16 on just a wash that was a poor job!* I went to the Huntington location and was taken care of right away! I was not questioned in my situation and felt like they really care about their customers! I recommend this location if you are needing a good wash and detailing! Thank you!!

Yesterday I was greeted in the morning from the window and the gentleman that came outside ran me through the options. I asked for what I could do beyond the package as I was selling my car and he gave great suggestions for a reasonable price. They went above and beyond what the service called for and made me feel welcome and valued the whole way. I will definitely be bringing my new vehicle there, service like this is what creates customer loyalty, thanks guys!

Waste of time and money. Save your hard earned cash, invest it into your own auto detailing stash and take pride in your ride by doing the job yourself. Trust me the high school kids employed at Paradise wont.

This place is absolutely awesome. I have been an unlimited member here for 10years. I have a 2004 F350 that looks brand new thanks to this place. I cannot say enough good things about the management and how they train there employees and take care of the customers. I was a manager at paradise car wash and what can I say if you want your car washed by a bunch of high school kids who are more worried about stealing stuff out of your car vs cleaning it on top of that management doesnt care if anything goes missing because if its not on the camera they dont dont do anything and if your an employee I urge you to call Osha on all the violations that are visible to the eye alone and thats not even the least of it Ive watched high school kids scrub walls with acid with no protection and other corrosive substances without protection just go to any other car wash possible

This place is outstanding!! Highly recommended. The new owner has made some great improvements and we will be taking all of our vehicles here to be cleaned. They have unlimited was programs that make each wash extremely affordable!

I rarely go here because the quality of work is not great, but it is close to my house. There is a full service wash by my work in Eden Prairie that is way better. Today it was slow and I asked for the trunk of my SUV to be vacuumed, unfortunately I didn’t check until I was home. They did not vacuum my trunk as requested.

I know people don’t read reviews on car washes but If you do don’t waste your money.I asked the ticket guy specifically for a good wipe down and he offered to do it himself if I wasn’t satisfied. They didn’t even wipe my dash off. Went back and told the ticket guy and he honored his word. Fire the six and keep the attendant.

They do a great job but you have to be very specific about what you want. Ive learned through trial and error to always specify cleaning if the center console. Also just today I purchased a normal car wash and then asked for my interiors vacuumed and shampooed... the seats looked great and i was excited to see the truck... and when i looked i realized they didnt do the trunk. I guess may be i should have specified the trunk too... but it seemed like it should have been considered part of the package.

Paid for a detail and when I looked at my car the windows, doors and cup holders were still dirty. Asked a manger for a refund or for a redo and he got an attitude and said that it was not included in what I paid for.

This owner needs to seriously sell this place. Hes run it right into the ground. I called these guys over a week ago to see if the detailed boats, they indicated that they did and told me to bring my boat in theyd get right on it. I did just that and had the boat there within an hour. Its been one week and i had heard nothing. I finally called them this morning and they told me because of the season they werent going to detail my boat! again this is a full week after I dropped it off. No one called. I picked the boat up and took it to a real detailer. They do a terrible job on cars as well now, I will never go to this place again for anything.

After using Paradice for 20+ years, I came home today from getting a wash when a major scratch appeared. I went back up and spoke with the new owner (who was more than courteous) and we reviewed the surveillance tape to find the scratch was there prior to my arrival. It was a huge relief as I always have been more than pleased with the service. I own a nearby business and will continue with all our vehicles!

We sometimes forget to thank the people who work hard to ensure our vehicles are taken care of. Yeah there may be a hiccup every so often but, the crew at Paradise car wash had always done there best. Ive had a good experience just about every time Ive gone and if it wasnt right they ensured it was the second time around. Keep up the great work!

Made a appointment to have car detailed at this location. Brought it in and was told my car would be next to be detailed. My detailing was to take two to three hours . Came back three hours later and my car was still sitting there. This was around five and they close at seven so that meant I probably won’t have been able to get my car till the next day even though I brought it in at two in the afternoon. There was another car being detailed and when my husband said something to the manager he was told that they have to take care of their regular customers so obviously making a appointment does not mean they will honor that.

This place is garbage! Paid for the 2nd from the best and it is garbage!!! The cup holders werent touched, none of the trays were touched the seats werent touched, I guess they cant life a seat belt buckle to vacuum under it. Sun visors werent touched!! None of the door jams were touched! I guess the main focus it to get the dashboard shinny!! Never taking any cars there and will turn friends and family from this garbage place!! The exterior is fine except for I guess the bed of the truck doesnt count as part of the vehicle. I had to go back a second time the guy did a much better job the second time but still is garbage no one vacuumed under the rear seats! This place gets F-

Use to be a good place to get a car wash. It sure as heck isnt anymore. I always have to remind them to dry my mirrors off completely. Lately though the service has been so bad that the machine doesnt even clean all the dirt off of the vehicle.

DO NOT GO HERE This was such a disappointment. I could maybe give this one star because they got some dirt off, but, I wont go back. Failed delivering the services offered with the wash package, poor vacuuming job at best didnt even vacuum part of the vehicle, door & trunk jambs not wiped. Crumbs embedded in seats, sand on floor. What a waste of money. Never again.

I got the basic outside wash, and when they were done, they never came to get me from the waiting area, another customer had to let me know that they were waving at me from somewhere I could not see them. No seating available in the waiting area, either. The front of my cars hood looked untouched. I mean, I guess it was technically clean, but to a bare minimum standard. If youre expecting a luxury experience, Im afraid youre at the wrong place. This place feels like its best suited for people who have rock bottom expectations, my car has been cleaner coming out of a drive through car wash at a gas station.

I visited this location today because my SUV was an absolute mess from being a caretaker. It makes my interior super hard to clean. Steven and Edgar did an AMAZING JOB. They even went so far as to help remove a scratch (mine, not theirs) at no charge. My car looks like new again. THX

Great value for the full service wash, also for $2 they wash your floor mats! Never had a bad experience here. They vacuum, clean the interior of your windows (which is a pain to do by yourself), clean floor mats, great exterior wash and hand dry for under $20, can’t beat it.

This place has went down drastically! I thought I would give them one more try before I decided to take my business elsewhere. And of course they failed! Interior is never wiped down pay to get tires cleaned and I just cleaned myself because they failed to do! The outside is never wiped dry they did not attempt to use the air to get the excess water from the windows and gas door! So Im done with this place! If Im going to pay $30 for a car wash I want my car cleaned! This happened today!
