This is a reputable company!! A company has to really impress me for me to take the time to write a review. Their customer service is absolutely top notch!! They are extremely professional, courteous and definitely want you to be 100% satisfied. Not only was my problem taken care of but I was also asked what else could they do to make me a happy customer? I will absolutely shop at this business again. I consider myself a “lifetime” customer. And by the way... their products are very well built and they totally stand behind what they sell. After struggling with a cheap foam cannon I finally decided to buy the best. Wow what a difference. The MTM pf22 produces tons of foam, uses less product and the adjustments work perfectly. Their customer service is also great!
I have several MTM products from the PF22 Foam Cannon to their SGS28 w/quick connect. I had an issue with the SGS28 w/quick connect and it was out of the warranty period. There was honestly the possibility that I messed it with debris in the line or that it could have been a defect. After some conversations between MTM and myself I understood the position from which they were coming from, as it relates to dealer to manufacture warranty work/replacement. Technically, I did purchase the item from Adams and that is where I should have started trying to get the product warrantied/repaired. I had purchased my bottles and lance from MTM hydro parts website directly so I thought why not try direct. My original impression of the product and its durability was obscured by my jump from dealer to the manufacture level. Im an outdoor power equipment technician for a company in Texas and Im just used to dealing straight with Kohler, Kawaski, Honda etc when it comes to warranty/customer satisfaction claims. Sometimes we gotta take a step back and look at things from other angles. Adams did with no question asked send me a RMA to replace the gun after my initial conversation with MTM. Additionally, MTM reached out to rectify the situation, which was not my intention of the original review. I intended to provide an honest customer review of my experience with a MTM product. However, I did neglect to include the fact that their Lance, PF22 foam cannon, and extra bottles have performed flawlessly since ive owned them. The products have honestly added value to my life, in that they help me get the jobs I do done with better results and time savings. I would honestly say, as I did in the previous review, that they do make great products. I may have just got a lemon or I made a mistake during the operation of the SGS28. I am not infallible and I absolutely make mistakes and learn from them on a daily basis. Overall, MTM is growing company and they do have a, in my opinion, a higher reputation in the detailing world. Given that reputation, I do hold them to a higher standard of excellence in the industry. Just as I would Snap-On and Matco for my tool needs at our shop. At the end of the day it isnt about who has the most expensive tool to get the job done. Its who has a tool that gets the job done with excellence and takes care of the end user when mishaps happen. Given the situation I experienced, I would say that they do want to take care of the end user of their products.
Second order online and first time having to reach out via email. MTM responded super fast and gave me all the info I needed and more. These guys are awesome and super helpful. Oh and they make some of the best stuff around.
I had an issue with a sprayer part so I contacted the company by email and received a very prompt reply with a solution and how to prevent the issue from happening again. They also referred me to a local place where I could get a part I needed and I was equally as pleased with that company. Overall, Im very pleased with this companys customer service.
This place is the absolute best. The customer service is out of this world. I can’t say enough good things. I brought in my pressure washer and they set it all up with connections and a Foam cannon. I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, just a great overall experience.

Ive purchased tons of stuff from MTM; kobrajet hoses, connectors, guns, nozzles, foam cannons. Everything has performed flawlessly. I recently had an issue with my SGS28 gun and reached out to their email support. Replies were super-fast and they resolved my issue within a day! These guys have great equipment and awesome customer service.
I have ordered their Foam canon Online. Although I did not test it yet but it feels very highy quality in hands. As well their customer service are very friendly, helpful, and quick in Email replying. Keep it up !
I live in Florida so all I can comment on is the mail order parts that I have received. I used a promo code from SEMA to order some stuff, one item being the PF22 foam cannon, the one that’s supposed to be best of the best and all that. It’s not that great. The one I got on amazon for $16 outperforms this thing all day. Same soaps, same pressure washer, same 1.1 mm orifice replacement that I did with the cheap one and the Trinova one I got for 1/4 of the price will out foam the PF22 any day of the week. The PF22 also leaks on the top when using it. I emailed the company about this and I was asking for help or guidance, not a refund or replacement or anything like that. I received a response that said sorry to hear I’m not happy with the product and they wanted me to take a video of the issues for them. Basically, they don’t believe me that I’m having these issues, or that the soap comes out extremely watery when using the foam cannon, even though the inexpensive Trinova one shoots out shaving cream consistency foam with the same exact measurements of water and soap. To MTM, I’m a liar and nothing more and I have to send video proof that this thing underperforms really bad. I am so upset I left a review on the BBB website and noticed the business isn’t accredited through the BBB, even though they have right on their website they are A+ rated. Great, no reviews makes it easy to be A+ rated. We’ll see if that lasts or not. To say I’m upset is an understatement since I’ve never asked for anything extra or to make a return or anything like that. I simply asked for help and I was accused of lying to them and having to send video proof the PF22 is not working right. Honestly it’s not that important and if they don’t care about losing customers that’s fine. Save your money and buy less expensive stuff that works better anyway. I highly recommend the Trinova one off Amazon which works way better.
