Rachael was amazing and highly recommended! I’m a 32 year old female with long hair. Needed a healthy 1 inch trim with lots of layers in the back and angles in the front. I was in and out in 15 mins with a wash and cut, threw it up in a messy bun and on my way. I got it done in the middle of my busy errands weekend. I’m very impulsive and when I need a cut I like it done that day or the next and usually places book you an appointment a week or so later I just don’t have the time for. I booked online at 4pm on a Saturday, was in for my appointment at 5pm and on my way. I love the convenience and price, $25 for a women’s wash and cut! Plus I prefer to go home and style it on my own, salons use too much product that ends up making my hair greasy a day or so later. I was so happy with how my hair turned out with a last minute appointment.

I didn’t catch her name, but she was of Asian descent. Has an accent. She was great! Very professional and very nice! She did an awesome job with my hair. She new exactly what I wanted! Keep her around! She’s great! I will be asking for her next time I go in!

I visited this Supercut on 3rd of April 2021, and my hairstylist was Nicole, I have never given any services or anything 1 star, but this one I have to, she messed up my haircut, like I have never seen someone who didn’t even cut the side buns, or even put an effort to make the cuts even, I waited 10 days to post this review because I thought my hairstyle would be okay in 10 days, but no she has messed up the hairstyle so bad I can’t even tell you, never ever go to this supercut, or if you go here, don’t choose Nicole as your hairstylist. She doesn’t even know how to do a basic haircut.

I went to this location because I had such a wonderful experience my first time. Sadly my experience wasn’t the same this time around. I came in with a grown out balayage and wanted to get my hair corrected so that the mid lengths wouldn’t be brassy anymore and so that my hair would be blended. The manager Nicole and stylist Maria explained to me that in order to have a blended look I would have to bleach my mid lengths and then tone my hair. I explained to them that I was worried about damaging my hair but they assured me that with their technique, I would be able to bleach the mid lengths without breakage or more damage. I trusted their advice so We proceeded with the service. After the initial consultation, the manager Nicole left and my hair stylist Maria started to mix the bleach. Before Maria started, I showed her a picture of the look I was trying to achieve and she said ok and that I should take a screenshot of it. So I did, expecting those results. She bleached my hair, toned it, then cut it. You can tell she was a bit distracted because she, along with a few other stylists including the manager, were complaining about how there was a certain employee that wasn’t doing her part in making sure they had clean towels. Anyways, I told Maria for the cut that I didn’t want it to be straight across or blunt but my hair still ended up with that result. It was an extra charge to get my hair blow dried and styled so I decided to pass on that. I went home with my hair still wet anticipating the end result would look like what I had asked for. It wasn’t until I was able to blow dry my hair that I was able to see what an awful job was done to my hair. I went back to the hair salon to see if there’s anyway we can fix it and Nicole told me that the only way she can fix my hair is by bleaching it more. I said no because I don’t want to damage my hair further than it already is and I also didn’t have time because I didn’t have anyone to watch my baby boys. Nicole then said she can’t refund the color because she’s “not authorized to do that” (weird because she’s the manager) but was willing to refund the haircut. It doesn’t make sense to me that she could do one refund but not the other. Anyways, I paid 153 dollars for them to fry and butcher my hair. I RARELY get the opportunity to do get my hair done and I’m so sad and disappointed that this is the result I have to deal with right before Christmas. 😞💔

Every time I go here, I end up screaming my way home. Supercuts is nothing more than a place to get your hair cut shorter. Thats it. If youre looking for a specific style, you better know how to guide them through it. And I understand that I have to communicate what I want to the stylist, but common, they should have some knowledge of styling hair- face shapes, lengths, etc. Yet, never have I had any input or suggestions from the people here.Dont get me wrong, the employees are all very nice, polite, professional, respectable, etc. Ive never had a negative experience. Additionally, I will admit that half of this butcher of a haircut was my fault. But for me personally, I cant take the stress of this place anymore.Overall, if I could bundle this rant all into one sentence, it would be this: You get what you pay for.
