Booked appointment for a haircut back on August 17th for today. Appointment gets cancelled an hour before the scheduled time. No courtesy call or anything. Very unprofessional. I like how businesses charge you for canceling within 24 of your appointment but there are no repercussions for the other way around. And when you try to call the phone just rings and rings. Utter disappointment!!

Been going to Black Label for years! Sully is not only an artist with his craft but he is extremely professional and enjoyable to converse with. Always a great experience and very clean environment. Sully consistently does his job diligently and makes sure I am happy with the results. Amazing shop, best quality, and I promise that you will walk out feeling like a new man with an increase of confidence.Also, I have noticed that the barbers are doing a great job with Covid protocols. All barbers wore their masks appropriately and seem to follow all of the guidelines to keep their clients safe. Very clean, non-packed environment, and I never have to worry about Covid exposure due to the staffs preventative measures and care of their clients.

Went with Jah for a 2pm appointment today. Everything was real safe and sanitary in accordance with the new guidelines. They call you up and you go up to a totally clean area for the gloved and masked barber to do his magic. On top of feeling safe, they gave my lid a badly needed cut. Jah always asked how he could go the extra mile to keep me totally satisfied. He would not let me leave until I was 100% satisfied with the cut. Nice dude and professional all the way. New school music and old school service with the warm straight razor edging and neck shave and after shave. Cash only and appointment in advance online.

Waste of my time. Showed up to find out my appointment was cancelled. Communication is key and there was none. Oh well, things happen.

Cancelled 3 Minutes Before AppointmentI booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance only to have them cancel 3 minutes before the appointment time, after I’d already arrived at the shop.They cancelled by texting me saying they had to reschedule. I responded asking if they could accommodate me the next morning and they never replied.

Every experience I have at Black Label Barbershop is better then the last. They are as professional and dedicated as they come. It’s a world class shop. The talent each Barber holds is unmatched. Nust moved to the area from Texas and was in desperate need of a getting my lid fixed. I have had the same barber in Texas for the past several years and he was the only one who could ever get it right and be consistent. I saw Black Label on my drive home from work. I looked it up online and saw the stellar reviews. I wasnt familiar with any of the guys working there so I didnt book with anyone particular. When I arrived I was greeted by name by Klaudio. I was impressed that he knew it was me. Klaudio did an amazing job with getting my cut just right and was very cool to speak with. Ill definitely be going back.

Everytime I go in for a cut the service is exceptional practically no meant time when you have an appointment in the books.All the guys perform great haircuts and shaves for a great price and you can pick up hair gel and other amenities which saves me a trip. Ill never go anywhere else!!
