I brought my mom here for mothers Day this year I am completely blind but everybody here made a completely easy to choose a new hairstyle for my mom I was able to translate from Spanish to English but their suggestions were incredible tones of red and gold blonde and everything they suggested was beautiful their hairstyle was also completely amazing my mother was very satisfied making me the happiest son in the world thanks to Michelle who worked directly with my mom I definitely encourage any guy looking for a nice treat for their mother wife daughter perhaps even grandmother and granddaughters :-) thank you everybody there

MIRA IS FABULOUS!! I have coarser very curly hair and Mira lays my hair FLAT with just a blow dry. I’ve going to her since I was 3 and I’m 16 now, she’s soooo nice and loving and does the best for my hair type.

My stylist Mira is awesome the reason I gave 3 stars is for the place being to cold .Manager was rude when we told her it’s cold.Who puts thermostat under 65 and no one can touch it.Im spending $250 for my hair and I can Not even be comfortable.And by the way salon prices are outrageous I can go to Newbury st. with this prices.If you looking to save money this is not the place.

I have to give them one star. My mother to schedule an appointment to come in on a Sunday last week to cut her hair in layers, to keep the length she had and color it to cove her gray hairs. Before they cut her hair she had beautiful long hair. She came back and I had to dry her hair because they didnt want to do it. Now I know why.... HER HAIR WAS NOT PROPERLY CUT AND YOU DIDNT COVER THAT GRAY. IT REALLY PISSED ME OFF. YOU MADE MY MOTHER PAY OVER $85 DOLLARS AND MADE HER LOOK LIKE A DOG SNIPED CHUNKS OFF UN-EVENLY. Seriously you made her look like a messed up broom swiper all her layers were mess up and some layers in the back were cut going the wrong direction. If a customer​ gives the money good, then do a good job, and LISTEN to what the customer wants! Look people work hard to earn their money, nothing is easy in this life. At least as a hairdresser you should have the drive in you to want to make people feel good with the end results, not destroy them. If you dont know how to cut peoples​ hair or your HANDS SHAKE, PLEASE DONT PUT YOUR DAMN​ HANDS ON PEOPLES HAIR! I had to cut her hair to fix the disaster that was made. This is why I never go to a damn salon to cut my hair. They only care about the money, not what they do to peoples hair. I wont say the hair dressers name but THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME, AND THE LAST!

$30 for just a basic hair, talk about price gouging. No prices listed, manager I dont make the prices. What a RIP off.

Ive been taking my kids here for years and theyve cut my hair when my regular hairdresser isnt available. You have have to find the hairdresser that works for you, there are three that we stick with at this salon. Theyre friendly and know how to cut long layered hair for me and my girls along with boys styles for my son. Products are usually on sale and If you get on their email list they have coupons.

This is ridiculous place, my wife was thier regular customer for years... She got her hair done and color, used to takes about 1h45 minutes,,,, ive waiting for her from 5pm to now 8h04pm for her hairs highlight,,, i know takes long for highlight,,, but not more than 3 hours,, problem here, she keeps working on 3 customers,,, and 2 left and my wife still just hair dryblowing ... Tooooo bad experience.
