Wow. I havent been in the Bee Ridge location for quite a few years due to some personal issues from previous visits. After trying many different things to get my pool back into tip top shape I decided to give the Water Club another shot. The staff has been changed out since the last Ive been and words cannot express how happy I am with the service. I am quite ignorant when it comes to pools and pool care, and all the chemicals and math involved can be very confusing at times. Eric, the young man who I believe is the store manager took the time to carefully and thoroughly explain the causes of common issues as well as the algae issue I have, and explain step by step what I need to do. He was so honest and strait-forward, never tried those sneaky tactics you see at the big box stores, and truly made me feel at home. Sure enough, I followed all the instructions he gave me and my pool was back to clear blue almost overnight! I say to anyone looking for a place to supply all their pool needs and service, Eric is everything you could ask for and more.

Only been twice but looks like this will be my go to pool store, friendly knowledgeable people that dont pressure or upsale you.

I have been a customer of the Bee Ridge store for over 10 years. I have always gotten great service. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I recently needed a part on my Shark pool cleaner replaced and Brandon offered to replace the part while I waited. He made this very easy for me! They also always offer to carry anything heavy to your car. They do customer service right!

Ive been shopping at this pool store for 15 years. They are always so customer oriented and super courteous. Steve in particular has given me tools and tips to keep my pool & filter up and running, and as a single gal I appreciated all his help. I would never shop at another pool store!!

Utter waste of time. I went in looking for a pool float and they didnt have the kind I wanted. The first guy was very helpful and nice but as I was leaving another man who worked there said they have them at their other store. So I drove all the way to the other end of town only to find the same goods as the first store! So I called to tell them and was placed on a long hold!

I have been a very happy customer of the Bee Ridge Store for over 10 yrs. The store has changed ownership in that time BUT the quality of customer service has stayed outstanding! I bring an H20 sample, they test, and tell me what I need. Dummy Proof Pool Maintenance...PRICELESS!

Ive known the owner Pete as well as many of the team at Water Club & The Pool Store and I cant say enough about the quality of person Pete is and as far as the Pool Business - Pete has done it for decades!The Water Club & Pool Store are the ONLY Authorized seller AND Authorized Warranty Repair and Service Company for ALL the brand names in the pool industry (Hayward, Pentair, Jandy, Zodiac, Polaris, Etc. Etc.)... I dont make many reviews like this but this is one of the 3 businesses and business owners I respect so much as they put their ethics, hard work, quality and the customer before the profit.Thank you Pete and everyone for always being there for my pool and my friends pools.

Gotta keep your pool and spa looking great

The clerk already had refills ready to go, the thing is my containers were newer and I felt like he was giving me old containers that were leaky. He also seemed to be on drugs. Would not stop talking and was having trouble making the transaction. I have been going here for many years and I was very disappointed. Got home and sure enough one of the containers was leaking.

I really love this place, they are open on Sundays that is great in itself, as its the only day I can get to clean my Pool, I often take in a sample and they test it for free, they put the stuff in the trunk for me, thanks
