Absolutely the best pool care/store I have ever used. Service is impeccable, friendly, accurate, and most importantly- HONEST! Staff and owners actually know the correct methods to get chemicals perfect and keep them there without pushing other products that aren’t truly needed. The Endure water conditioner is truly a game changer! I will never have a pool without Endure in it ever again. THANKS!!

These guys have a lot of expertise and are very helpful. Our pool filter malfunctioned and they were able to replace it the next day. While they were at our house, they made some adjustments to the equipment to fix problems that I didn’t even realize existed. For example, the robotic pool vacuum cleaner wasn’t cleaning the walls of the pool, so they made some quick adjustments to the jets and now it works perfectly! Highly recommend.

Our pool renovation was an entire overhaul. From the Resurfacing to the waterline tile, to the coping tile, to the material needed to fill in the deck where old tile was removed, to the new LED color changing light, was all a great experience.Amy was a pleasure to work with. Shes a woman of conviction. She feels the customers needs. She really cares. Plus her personality is such a delight to work with. So bubbly and real. Every step in our pool remodel was tended to with the utmost care, communication, and effort to make it the best experience. I have to say the same about the entire outfit. Between dealing with Steve, her husband, and Rob also, they all share the same attributes, of sound quality business practices with true care. We now have the coolest classiest most beautiful pool I’ve ever seen. Full renovation including a new LED light. Amy guided me all the way through the process of selecting the tile and selecting the pool color and making sure I was absolutely happy was her priority. Amy is a fantastic person, caring, good spirited and very patient. She Provided samples to bring home and experiment with, provided feedback on my choices, explained the process all the way through. what’s going to happen and what to do and what not to do. Steve and Rob were the tech guys who installed the new quiet variable speed pump. Steve came over numerous times from pool fill up through start up to scrub the pool finish and check chemical chemistry. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with any contractor in a very long time. Dan and his wife Salina did the tile work. They were very friendly and craftsman in their field. I never met the crew that did the pool finish but it was gorgeous when I got home from work and very pleased with the color choice. I picked Emerald Isle smooth which has a light green tint to it with some aqua and white speckles in it and I was nervous all the way through to installation and when I saw the color I was just in awe. Due to a delay in delivery of the concrete due to COVID, through no fault of their own, Steve and Amy offered us a free mosaic on the house. So considerate, so awesome. we love Amy and Steve at Poolwerx Sarasota. I highly recommend.

OMG...during difficult times re: Covid and the scarcity of equipment and service, Amy and Steve were so professional and courteous. They not only kept us informed of the progress of obtaining our pool heater, they were here immediately upon receipt of it and installed it to perfection. And thank you to Donovan, their technician who was equally as wonderful. News Flash...their prices are comparative but their service is unsurpassed !!

Steve and Amy are Excellent to work with. I originally called on the phone and Steve took the time to go over everything with me and answer all of my questions. So I drove 70 miles to buy from them! I was tiling a area near the water that could be flooded with salt water and at the advice of a worker at Home Depot came to Poolwerx because they had more specialized products and I was told were very helpful.I told them my problem and the spent about a half hour on the phone talking to different people they worked with including pool contractors to get advise on the materials I needed and how to do the work. Some of the materials they recommended were from Big Box Hardware stores like Home Depot. And others they sold were specialized for similar wet environments like a pool. I ended up buying only the specialize tile setting material from them as I had already bought the other materials prior to going there. It was a competitive price and superior product. Even the tile store near by did not have such good material.Their service and products are excellent. They seemed more interesting and making me satisfied then my business. They take pride in what they do. A nice experience. They also practiced safe public health practices as this was during the pandemic.

LOVE this place and these folks... SO helpful, honest and caring. We do our water maintenance ourselves and these folks make it so easy!

Poolwerx must have contacted AquaLeak because they reached out to me today to schedule a return visit from one of their techs to try and get to the bottom of why our pool is leaking. They are also going to connect with Mirasol Fafco Solar, the company that installed our pool heating system, to compare notes. I must say, Im very impressed with how PoolWerx is handling this. Once they alerted us to the leak and we had the pool checked, I assumed wed be on our own as far as trying to figure out why the pool continued leaking. Thank you for going above and beyond in helping us with this problem. Your classiness will not be forgotten.

Everything was explained as to when and how everything would be installed. They arrived on time and with a great attitude and enthusiasm. Steve and Amy have been so nice. We’ve been having trouble with the timer on our pool. We gave them a call after meeting them at their new store on Lockwood Ridge Rd. Amy and Steve have been great from the beginning. My family and I purchased a new home with a pool, we have never owned a pool before so we had a lot of questions. Steve and Amy worked on estimates for a new pool heater and salt converter. I really liked that Steve is training Alex on the job, I think this is wonderful for a family business. The install went well, we are very happy with our heater and salt converter.We thought something was wrong on a Saturday, Steve and Alex came right out. My husband is doing a great job taking care of our pool with Steve and Amys help! Highly recommend

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and honest.

I came in for a raft for our new pool and was warmly greeted and shown around. My kids were given popsicles while I shopped. Also, the raft that I purchased was about 20% cheaper than what I found online.. I highly reccomend this place! Thank you poolwerx!
