We’ve worked with Bob for years repairing our old hot tub and finally replaced if this year with a used tub but what ahuge upgrade from our old one. You can count on both Scott and Bob to provide excellent service. They have educated us to care for it but they are always available anytime we need them with responsive, friendly service. He looked at my spa pump which was leaking and said it was a bad pump which needed to be replaced ($850). Told me that my Speck pump was no longer produced. His website advertises FREE consult - yet he charged me $85 service charge. He performed NO service - didnt touch my equipment. I called Speck pump in Jacksonville - they said that he was wrong - they still manufacture my exact model pump, but the problem was a bad rubber o ring. They sent it, I installed it, and it solved the problem completely. I wrote a certified letter to All American requesting refund of the $85. All American refused a refund - and through a letter sent to the BBB said that I misunderstood what a consult meant. I have a strong feeling that All Americans business practices take unfair advantage of senior citizens and the elderly.Incidentally - They have changed the wording on their website this week to cover their mistake.
