I cannot speak to the good or bad of this business...only to the integrity of the management. These people are not in this business for the greater good....the Mercedes sports cars in their garage speak to that. They are not good people with good intentions. Do not trust your loved ones with their care. Not good people.

My experience with Red Lion Jobs was not at all as they say! I’ve been through 3 Job Coaches when I wasdealing with them. I remember One coach telling me not to screw it up on my new job. Is that the encouragement you give out to your people. Also Laura was just beginning at the company and she didn’t know what she was exactly doing. I’m sad that my experience wasn’t as great as others but I do know that I’m still jobless today due to my Aspergers Syndrome and has always been dedicated to what job i was giving.

A family member (with special needs) tried very hard to find a job for almost two years working through other providers. He had no success.We contacted Red Lion, and Lara Putnam was assigned to his case. She listened patiently and gained an understanding of his unique needs, and worked very hard and persistently to explore different kinds of work opportunities for him. She was able to line up two interviews for him and accompanied him to both. He was hired for the second job and has been happily and productively working there for several months. Lara continues to check in with the employer and monitor his progress.I can honestly say I have never met a more professional, effective, and kind job coaching professional. I am grateful our family met Lara and can recommend her without reservation.

We began working with Lara Putnam in the fall. She helped our son to secure a job that, as it turned out, is located right down the street from where we live, so he can walk to and from work. She took him to several job fairs and arranged an interview with this employer, who expressed interest in him working for them. She accompanied him to the interview, but wisely let him take it from there. She has also regularly checked in with his supervisor to ensure he is meeting their expectations and determine whether he needs any additional support. We would recommend her to others seeking job placement assistance.

Not surprisingly, I had a checklist of expectations as do many of our clients seeking that perfect place to work. After discussing this job opportunity with Don, I found him to be highly intelligent, professional and extremely witty (gotta have a sense of humor)...CHECK!. Accepting the position, I got to know Sue (or should I say, she got to know me) as she directed me to successfully complete the new-hire paperwork...painlessly (at least it was for me)...CHECK! Having been cleared to work with persons with disabilities, I then had the opportunity to train with Dr. Anita... I was blown away! Shes just jaw-droppingly brilliant! She knows this business like no other and sets high standards...a true professional (definitely gotta have that)...CHECK! And now, having worked with Eileen, our Program Manager, who keeps track of all of the services we perform for our clients, making sure were meeting Federal-state standards as we should (someone to keep me in line)...CHECK! I am blessed to now be working for an employer that recognizes my efforts, values my ideas and offers me every opportunity to be financially independent. All I have to do is WORK for it! My daughter started working with Lara in October of 2018. Lara was very helpful, went to job fairs with us, helped with her resume, and preparing for interviews. My daughter was Lucky enough to have applied for one job and immediately got the job all because of Laras guidance and help. She even called her job supervisor to help work out initial problems with the job. Lara calls and checks on my daughter all the time to see how thing are going and if she needs her help. We would recommend Lara to anyone searching for a job.

My experience with Lara was very professional. She is incredibly dedicated to her work and her clients, thorough in her approach, while focusing on clients strengths and abilities. She followed up with me at every stage of the job search and was extremely encouraging. She was also very nonjudgment and accepting of my situation. I would highly recommend her in the future.

I have never worked for Red Lion, but I got contacted for a job interview. I was not told this was contract by my recruiter, and it states it is a full-time job online at Indeed. I encourage Red Lion to change full-time to a 1099 contract position online. It was a waste of my time and gas to drive 60 miles for this interview.

I have worked for Red Lion Jobs for over 6 years now and I have successfully placed 100s of clients. I love my job and I am very dedicated to helping my clients find long term successful employment. I work hard to treat each client as an individual and learn his/her special circumstances...especially their ABILITIES as opposed to their disability. This is the best job I have ever had. I never spoke to Jose and although I have an idea who Mark is, I do not know how to respond to such off the wall accusations. Instead what I did is reach out to my clients and their parents and I only asked for their honest review on my services.

Lara Putnam was totally instrumental in finding a job for our daughter. She was professional and understanding .She called frequently, went to the job site numerous times, just to be sure all was well. Thank you Lara for all of your hard work

I dont know anything about this business, but holy god do I know about Laura Putnam. Im a server at a local restaurant and Laura frequently comes in extremely drunk. Shes loud, rude, racist as all hell, and mysteriously never has money to pay. She gets indignant when we refuse to serve her anymore alcohol, never tips, refers to my fellow black server as boy, and always either tries to get her meals comped or has whatever guy shes with try to pay for her meals.Since shes been such a character at my job, I figured her place of employment might be interested in knowing how she acts outside the workplace. Especially since she leaves a business card with the manager every time. Terrible representative of the company.

I was interested in this service and spoke with Lara Putnam and was amazed at the unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. She was completely unhelpful and when i asked to speak to someone else, she became very aggressive and began to use racial slurs. I was shocked by the absolute barbarism.

Lara is wonderful she does very well she doesnt have a mean bone in her body I would work with her again

When I first signed up for Red Lion Jobs I didnt know what I was getting myself into. I was a shy socialy awkward young man that had a difficult time getting a job. When I met Lara, I can honestly say I was blessed and I thank God for allowing this woman to work with me. She has been kind and patient with me. She helped me get tested with a psychiatrist and I have been tested for Asperger Syndrome. Now that I know my disability I was more confident in myself thanks to Laras help. She typed and printed my Resumes for me, drove me to different places, until I finally got the job at Dollar Tree. Not only that she called every once in a while to check up on me and see how things were working out for me. Lara truly has a kind and gentle soul and Im thankful for her help and getting me where I am today.
