I found these guys by accident from one of my associates and couldnt be happier with their service. The level of knowledge and skill that they bring to the table is impressive. I have used many other tech companies, most of which were significantly larger in size, all of which seemed to provide sub par response time and incomplete an unacceptable resolutions. Thomas and the other guy both are very detailed when discussing options and seem to be able to explain and offer multiple resolutions to solve a problem.I used them to network all of my offices and my home together. They have made it easy to use and its worked since day 1.I cannot stress the importance of competence and integrity in the IT field; many other companies failed to deliver, over promised and ultimately blamed everyone else for the fact that things didnt work as they should. Thomas Consulting did the opposite and their rates are reasonable considering that every project they complete was billed only after the work was done. Also nice that they dont require a contract but were willing to offer one at my request for ongoing maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone who wonders if they are getting taken advantage of by their current tech provider.
