If I have no experience and you refuse to hire me for a network engineer position because of my lack of experience, all youre doing is ensuring that I will continue to lack experience. Its the old catch-22, and its very, very frustrating. You wont hire me because I have no experience, but how will I get experience if employers like you wont hire me?

Datum Technologies is responsible for hiring a credit card processing company for Mortons Siesta Key Market. During the month of February that company ran all credit card sales twice. My charges for a single day were debited from my account twice. I was given a number to Heather Budzien to call and find out when I would be credited back my money. I spoke with a Heather Budzien this morning and she was obviously overwhelmed & couldnt handle her job of dealing with unhappy customers that needed answers. She dismissed my concerns & frustration that I have still not received my money back. Then she proceeded to actually hang up on me like a child. I have called back and she refuses to answer the phone. Heather Budzien is extremely unprofessional and unqualified for her position in HR.
