I’m not kidding when I tell you, I wish this group of people could help me in every potion of my life. When you call as a customer EVERYONE makes you feel like family! Sadly I’ve had to call them a lot lately due to a change in my position at work and I feel as though all of us have been friends for years. If you wanted my opinion, if you were thinking about hiring a wonderful help desk company, stop looking you’ve found the one!

Finally! An IT company that solved a myriad of problems ranging from our out dated wi-fi solutions, poor integration, limited knowledge and understanding by the owner (me) and trying to operate in a town not doing us any tech favors: No cell towers or Fios type solutions. Steven and the team do a great job of finding solutions and explaining them in terms even I can understand.
