Went in for the first time since we just moved here and Julie cut my hair. She did a FANTASTIC job. I’ve got a short hair style which actually involves more than “just a trim.” Lol She was very professional, and personable. I had a great experience and came away with a very awesome style/cut. This was the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. I had to go home and take scissors to my own hair to fix it. The hairstylist spent 8 minutes cutting my hair, messed it up, pointed it out, and just left it like that. She was rude and had an attitude the whole time. Youd have better luck getting a haircut at ANY other hair salon.

Julie is incredible! I first went to her to correct a cut that I had received somewhere else and she made a mess into a masterpiece! I just recently had her color my hair and it is more gorgeous than I imagined. Not only is she talented, she’s also friendly.

After 1 year of hacking at my own hair from being Covid homebound, finally got a professional haircut. It was a challenge. But Michelle did a fantastic job. Artfully shaped all my wild wisps. She took her time and layered my sides and back beautifully. Could not be happier.

Went in to get a pixie cut from the manager of this supercuts, and it was a very rushed job. Nothing was blended, it was super choppy and uneven. I ended up having my mom cut it super short and she did a better job with no hair cutting experience.

Have had 4 cuts at this location. Yesterday I got a cut and while I was very happy with the haircut, i found stylists not wearing there mask properly over the nose and not wearing one at all at the cash register. Neither was the same person. I was also surprised to see haircuts being done in chairs less than 6 feet apart with no barrier.

Made an appointment and it was canceled as well arrived. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Second day with my haircut and I love it. I am new to the area and needed a haircut so walked into Supercuts and was made to feel that I was welcome and important to them. Julie cut my hair and after making sure she cut it to my specification. I couldnt be more pleased with my service and haircut. Thanks again Julie...I will be back.

Stopped by yesterday at 545 with only 1 customer in the building. The stylist asked me when I walked in - why are you here not welcoming at all. She tells me she cant see me today because she has a 6 oclock appointment. I told her I dont mind waiting. She told me she couldnt cut my hair which takes about 10 minutes. She never even asked me to make a future appointment. Mean while some old white lady was getting her hair cut and starts chiming in with a rude demeanor. The stylist was unprofessional and should treat everybody with respect and should not let her customers speak for Supercuts to guests.

Not impressed with service or quality

I had a really good experience getting my haircut there & it was my first time at this location. There was only 1 person working and she was almost closing for the night, but she never rushed & friendly the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. I went to another salon for help and was told to come back in 2 months because there was nothing that could be done since I had so little hair left. Never again!

Had been going here for years. I work M-F and often got color service on Sundays. Just called to get on list to be told We dont do color on Sundays. I asked Why?. The answer was We dont do color on Sundays. Lost customer. PS - On my way now to competitor. They do color on Sundays!

It was my husbands first time getting his hair cut at this salon. Great job, very professional staff and I love that I can watch TV while waiting on him.

My hair was all one length and I wanted layers.I didn’t realize how bad it was till I got home and showered.It looks like someone randomly chopped it. Long here, short there.It looks horrible and I have to live with it. Worse haircut ever

Its wrong to complain when you are going to a chain store and paying less than $20 for a haircut but a bad haircut sucks and can be depressing.They have a new person, a women with good hair...always a good sign.
