I have my auto and home insurance with State Farm and the process has been seamless. It’s totally hands off from my perspective, she has handled all bills/adjustments from my home insurance company. There’s a lot I could say about Statefarm, especially the Warren Middleton office. We’ve been with them for a while now and have several policies with them. I have zero plans on ever leaving. During the pandemic they worked with us to ensure we kept coverage, even when we hit a few life bumps. I mainly work with Loli when there is something I need for the policies. She is AMAZING! We called their office from a car dealership on a Friday at 4:55pm to start a new policy so we could purchase a car for our son. Most offices would not have answered, but Warren Middleton Statefarm’s office did answer. Not only did Loli answer, she wrote up the policy and emailed proof of insurance so we could make the purchase and drive off the lot. Larry is another person at the agency who is kind and helpful to us. He always follows up with us in regards to life insurance and has even tried to help me get insured after other companies refused. There are several people at the office who have been so helpful. I can’t thank them all by name (because I’m horrible with names), but we’re very grateful for our agents and this agency.

The worst agency we have ever dealt with. It’s been four months and our policies are still screwed up. Even State Farms 800# is unable to explain what the heck is going on. Save yourself the aggravation and go someone else.

Warren has been my agent for years now and I have been really happy with the level of service he and his staff have given over the years. Countless times over the years weve had to call the agency for help on the road due to various accidents or questions. The staff is very proactive too; if they need some documentation from you to lower the premiums they make that phone call and email to get it.When my daughter started to drive I was scared beyond belief that adding her to the policies would be astronomical...I was pleasantly and thankfully surprised I didnt have to sell my kidney.State Farm themselves are very competitive in their rates. I have had no reason to switch since 1993. We currently have six cars, life insurance, and home mortgage with them. I didnt know State Farm did mortgages, but now I do, and got a great rate and saved $300 a month...which now goes to kids college tuition.Warren is a classic car buff too, so we get to talk classic cars any time I stop by. Did you know that State Farm insurance insures classic cars? Yep, neither did I, and again the rates are really affordable. Unlike the other big name in classic car insurance you are allowed to ACTUALLY drive the car.
