I was surprised to see my premiums had nearly doubled when I received my bank statement. I knew they were going up because of an accident I caused, but I didnt realize a payee could take whatever amount they wanted out of your account without your knowledge or approval! I have always had the same set monthly payments with Geico (not ACH like utilities which vary) and would have appreciated the opportunity to change them myself. Its a good thing I had enough to cover it!

Awful people. deducted double what they quoted. then doubled my policy. only to still remove funds after I found better rates and cancelled my plan. now have to wait 10 -14 days to get back half of what they removed? thanks for the klusterf**k to my bank account.....

When I was concern about a payment, the service agent was really patient and friendly on helping me through making sure everything was up to date on my account.. and she walked through what I can do to make it easier on me when paying on my mobile app that was a big help to me, because Im new on this technology.?

Ive been with them two years with my auto policies. Had a minor accident backing up and it took them two weeks to even look at my insured damaged vehicle ? Certainly not what I expected from Gieco.I had gotten three independent estimates in this time and when they finally sent me there estimate it was for 63 percent less than my other three quotes? They may be cheaper policies but that is because they do not pay out on claims. Im switching to another company that actually insures my possessions .
