Jenna is the best, she made all the steps so easier for me to get my unit. There were indeed few things that needed to be fixed in my unit but the day I told her, she sent the maintenance staff the next day. She is always on top of everything and replies back to emails very fast.

I am highly upset with this place. I have lived here 2 years and always pay rent on time despite the 2 times they waived the late fee due to me having COVID. My son accidentally cracked the window they are charging me $650 to replace a VERY dated window that doesn’t even lock. The sliders don’t lock its infested with mold my carpet is constantly wet from the air conditioner and the bathtub leaks and wets my bedroom carpet. I have come home numerous times to water alllll over my bathroom because the toilet yes THE TOILET upstairs was leaking. I decided to stay in the dump another year because of the extreme prices elsewhere and my being a single mother with 4 kids, I went in and requested to sign another 12 month lease because I plan on buying at the end of the 12 months and I was told they would place a lease on my door later I’m the day. Coincidentally I pull up to my apartment just as Jenna is also pulling up to deliver notes. I ask her if she has my lease she states “we didn’t have time to write it up” and pulls off. FUNNY that 45 minutes later she has the maintenance man hand deliver a NON-RENEWAL letter. She blatantly lied to my face and that just does not sit well with me. I teach my young kids not to lie and here is an adult lying TO MY FACE like a child with no home training. I don’t understand why she could t just be real and honest with me like an adult. DO NOT RENT HERE pay a little extra and go somewhere you will be respected and that actually cares about your family. I am so disappointed at the lack of maturity here. So here I am with 4 children left to find a place in 60 days while working full time. Thanks Bellasol your amazing!

Okay to give you a good example in Omaha Susan Baskin died while the middle of nowhere most jobs around here McDonalds will pay you $11 an hour did houses big three bedrooms basement 40, 50 thousand that was sold to me is not that good because they know that minimum wage is $7 or 8$ an hour and you know you know 900-plus rent is ridiculous to me you know one year youve got over $9,000 to do like what I did just buy a three-bedroom trailer you own it and you know you could you can live off of a minimum wage job but I mean thats all thats all you can really get so I dislike Bella Sol Apartments to the reason that theyre overpriced in my opinion

I like the pool and its pet friendly with a dog park. Awesome 😊

From my experience of several months ago I advise you the following. Before signing a rental agreement, please check the property first. The utilities may not be in good condition or the apartment may not be completely clean. Management is not to be trusted, they just take the money unfortunately

Hands down the most reasonable priced villas in Sarasota!!!! Great location! I recomend to those who are looking for this criteria. Bella Sol was very comfortable while I lived here for a 12 month lease. I loved having a window in the kitchen as well as a window in the dinning area. The back sliding door is nice with screen. I was able to park very close to my villa. The leasing as well as maintenance staff were very accomidating! The landscape looks great. The only downsides are not having in unit washer/dryer but there are multiple on site ones and very low priced and having to request frequent pest control. Having to ignore some neighbors is a must but that could happen anywhere! Pools are small but there are TWO! You also have to put water in your name and pay the deposit but not a deal breaker! I highly recomend these villas for the price, location and comfort! Special thanks to property manager and her great staff !!

Everyone is very nice, keep the place up to date. New cabinets and floors, roof, paint. Try to get people to participate in activities. Fairly quiet at night.

Please bring keisha back, she was the BEST property manager this property has ever had and I have lived here for 5 years, she is dearly missed.....hasnt been the same without her.

Terrible. I had more considerate neighbors when I lived in the ghetto. Management is just there to take your money. The best part about living there was moving out.

Worst apartment complex ever. Customer service is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Especially the leasing office secretary. She is loud and angry all the time. Never helps with anything. Maintenance is super slow nothing gets fixed. And over priced for how cheap the apartments look.

Management seems to think that it is alright to change policy i.e. replacing old equipment or limiting the # of vehicles you can have even if there are 3 drivers in the apartment.Customer service is a joke, unless you speak Spanish. They always have an excuse why asssomething did not get taken care of.

Like living in a trailer park but paying twice as much. Management is a joke with empty promises. Your neighbors most likely are undocumented and there is a lot of theft here. I do not recommend unless you enjoy using earplugs for sleeping.

New management seems to be doing a great job.

Property managers are shady to say the least. They are all about making money and in no way to make a happy living environment. The place is half empty due to management making conditions unbearable. They charge 20 dollars a month for valet trash but it has to be in a containter that is the size of a bathroom trash basket. I would spend my money elsewhere

Getting expensive and the maintenance sucks and your apt will have problems.
