First of all I had to get the job done twice, because the first time he did it, it was awful. He is really bad at communicating with you. I asked for a time frame on when my car would be done and he said it should be a couple hours well a couple hours turned to be the whole day. The second time I took it so it can get re done because the first job had bubbles and scratches all over it and he still took the whole day. I picked up my car late at night the second time I got it done so I couldn’t see the job. I expected it to be good because it’s the second time I get it done, we’ll no. The car still looked horrible scratches and bubbles all over it and the film wasn’t even put on right. I reached out and asked him to remove it. He agreed and so I took it to get it removed and as I was leaving I saw my front window all scratched up. The scratches are big and noticeable. I have pictures of my windows before taking it to him and those weren’t there. I am upset that he damaged my car and for wasting my time. Do not recommend so unprofessional and not worth your time. I am super upset that my window now is damaged by him with all scratches he did when removing the tint. Also he left his tools he used to apply the tint inside my car the first time. How unprofessional is that. Such horrible experience.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time, such an amazing guy who has stayed late and worked straight through to get through all of the problems he ran into. Great prices, great work, 100% recommend him and will be back for more tint on some other cars.

Berry and his team were chill af,Now You can’t even see me with telescopic lenses lol. The price is a great deal for the service provided IMO. 🤝

Most spectacular job tinting my windows professionally done easy to work with drop it off pick it up later its done and looking good keeping the Berrys reputation with quality in all they do.

There was a lack of communication and although price is cheap, is unprofessional and disrespectful. If you come here for the price, just prepare to have all day for a job that should take a few hours at most. He gave me a time-frame of a few hours and promised to update me, however never did. I called in about 4 hours later to follow up since there was no update and he added an additional 2 hours to the time. I understand things do come up, but the lack of communication was an inconvenience and unprofessional. Furthermore, when given constructive criticism as clients, he was not open to hearing what we had to say to improve other experiences of future customers. He seemed to threaten the person who accompanied me to get my tint done and hung up on them over the phone. On site apologized to me but was very rude to the person I was with. The tint was good but for quality service, a good tint and professionalism and punctuality can be seen elsewhere.

This guy named Larry was extremely disrespectful and rude on the phone after taking more than 6+ hours and still told me he needed 2 more. He said that it would only be a couple hours but failed to specify or communicate then got all mad and hung up on me when I calmly was trying to tell him for next time he should specify a time period or keep the customer updated.When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I told him first off that it was very rude and unprofessional to hang up on someone and that it wasnt a good way to do business and he then told me I was lecturing him and I said It was unprofessional then he THREATENED AND SAID Ill show you what unprofessional is. I kept my cool for his sake and would suggest never bring a car here unless you want to be disrespected and have your time wasted. 0/10 would rather break my own windows then have mine tinted here.

Awful service and complete lack of communication. I made an appointment over a week ahead of time. When I got there, I was told my car was next in line. The guy confirmed that it would be done in a few hours, for sure by the end of the day.HE COMPLETELY BLEW OFF MY CAR UNTIL I CALLED AND ASKED FOR THE STATUS 3 HOURS LATER! Past closing. His response was I havent even touched it yet.I had planned my work day around it. A heads up would have been appreciated, but instead he wasted hours of my time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
