DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! THIS IS MY EMAIL TO THE OWNER. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. PLEASE READ EVEN THOUGH IT IS LONG. WE HAVE TO STOP BRINGING OUR BUSINESS TO THESE ESTABLISHMENTS!!I was at the your shop on Saturday, 4/17. I requested your Stage 3 package. When I arrived a gentlemen came out and assessed my car. He said my paint was contaminated, may be using the wrong word, but basically it needed to be treated to correct the problem. He said an extra hour labor. I live at The Sea Ranch, off highway 1 so I knew the salt air may be affecting the paint. It is one of the reason I wanted my car fully detailed.I dropped the car off at 11:30. I arrived to pick it up at 5. My car was still being worked on. He said another 10-15 minutes. He had the outer windows to do and then the Sealant.As I am walking around my car there is dust on every surface so thick I could drag my finger across any service and see it on my finger. Since the Sealant had not been applied yet, I was wondering how logical is it to put a sealant on a car with dust all over it. Not to mention I just paid extra to have the paint treated. I asked the man in charge of your garage why my car was full of dust. He said, there is dust everywhere. I waited the 10-15 minutes watching the outside windows get done, the tires treated, the sealant put on over the dust. I asked your office lady how long my car had been worked on. She said from drop off to when I arrived except for a 1/2 hour lunch break (she could have said an hour lunch break). That is 51/2 - 6 hours of labor. I asked her why my car did not look like the 2 vehicles that were being detailed in the garage, which there was plenty of room to have my car worked on inside.......not getting dust all over it. The windshield on these vehicles alone made my windows look like they had not been cleaned in awhile. She said those vehicles were on a maintenance program. Maintenance?????? This is my first visit and my car looks nothing like those.On Tuesday, I took my car to another detail shop and asked them to evaluate my car for a service recommendation. He made his recommendation. When I told him what had just transpired with your shop, showing him the list of Stage 3 services I paid for along with the extra hours and money to restore the paint. He said I got the equivalent of a $55-$125 service you get at car wash facilities. I PAID $450. I drove home to The Sea Ranch on Wednesday. It was a few hours before dust when the sun is right on your windshield. I could not see anything out of my windows. I had to stop in Jenner to clean my windows before I started up the mountain.I have pictures and the detail shop agreed to document what he found when assessing my car. Before I post about my experience with APE, I would like to hear from the owner of this company.

Shawn and crew always do an amazing job for me. They just recently detailed my truck prior to it going on the used sale market. It looks brand new and its almost 20 years old. Their work will definitely attract potential buyers to it. Ill be back soon at APE Luxury Auto Spa to have my new car and motorhome detailed. Thank you APE!

See previous review. OWNER RESPONDED. Two hours after posting my review I heard from the owner. Who then lied so many times in his email it is not worth my time to prove to him he is lying. My 28 year old daughter was with me. The owner said he reached out many times but I did not respond. Really! I was ripped off of $450 and I am not going to return his call/email. I talked to his office manager 1 week after the experience to make sure he received my email. I told her she and the staff were professional and my email was not a reflection of her or the man working on my car.. She said she forwarded it to him. I asked her to let him know I was going to write a review.The owner said he has on camera, everything that was done to my car and threatened to post it. I asked that he post it. He also said I was rude from the very moment I got there. The recording will show this is a lie.Arent we all so overwhelmed with liars in our lives, in our government, everywhere!!Please trust me, do not take your vehicle there. The owner has now shown to be unprofessional and a liar.

Shawn and his team were super professional! Took my 2021 Ram TRX here and they definitely took care of it. They all take pride in their work. I was super nervous to take my vehicle anywhere in Sonoma County because not many people or businesses do honest true genuine work.... but they definitely earned my business and deserve everyone elses! People here were great, friendly and professional. They had there work cut out for them and exceeded my expectations. I drove away in what felt like a new car

Im still amazed by the professional qualifications and paint correction skills of the team here. They truly know how to refresh a swirled and pinstriped black paint to look better than when it came off the factory line. Black paint shows everything in direct sunlight, and it was insane how immaculate it looks after APE Luxury Auto Spa cleaned it up. I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of work done to my truck and highly recommend it if youre looking to make your paint sparkle.

I had a full car detailing at APE Auto Spa and I couldnt have been more thrilled with how my Scion FR-S came back to me looking extra beautiful and extra brand new! From booking my appointment with Dominique, who was so attentive and even texted me with updates, to Javier and Ray who were both professional and worked dillegently to make my car look gorgeous, my beginning to end experience was truly top notch. And Shawn the owner even came out and offered me a beverage while I was waiting for the car to be finished. The protective wax/finish has been especially awesome because after two weeks, it still has kept a really solid shine and sparkle. If you want your car looking amazing and also know it will be a lasting detail, then APE is your place. I know Ill be back!

My wife had her Challenger wrapped at Wraps-n-Motion and they suggested for us to take it to APE for a ceramic coating to protect the vinyl. We took the car in to APE to discuss the process. We were blown away by their knowledge, attention to detail, professionalism & friendliness. The results were nothing short of excellent & we are beyond satisfied. I had a biohazardous spill in the back of my SUV. The smell alone was horrific accompanied with the concern of blood born pathogens & bacteria. Shawn put me at ease explaining in detail the techniques that would be used to ensure complete decontamination and odor removal to make the vehicle safe (and odor free).

We had a sap like material on my Cadillac and Shawn not only cleaned that up he made my car look like new again using the clay bar treatment. He brought the pearl while color out and it looks fabulous again. Thank you Shawn for your attention to all the little details of my car. We’ll be back with my husbands truck. Thank you again Shawn!

Had adhesive stuck on my car door from a sticker that I couldn’t get off. Called up APE & made a time to come in. Took it in & Shawn was really helpful, friendly, kind. He took care of the problem with ease. Will definitely be returning for a full car detail & any other paint related problems I may run into in the future. Highly recommend this place. An amiable and professional staff. My 2017 Kia optima hybrid is my daily driver, and I just went in for the stage 1 package. They have a clean and comfortable waiting room to lounge out in while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. After the car was done being detailed, I was shown some minor imperfection in the paint that I wasnt able to see. I wasnt pressured into upgrading to a more expensive service. However, I can tell every staff member cares about the quality at the end of the detail. I felt thrilled with the results of the service since I have been neglecting to get this done.

If you want to be over charged for subpar work this is the place. The owner is the most cheesy unprofessional person I have ever met, he would rather showoff, and talk about how great he is than do work.

Shawn and the team from APE are absolutely amazing! Dont waste your time with cheap over the counter products and YouTube videos trying to teach you how the pros do it. My headlights were restored by Shawn and I swear they look brand new and my car is 10 years old. I highly recommend everyone take their vehicles to APE all your auto detailing needs.

Ape Luxury Auto Spa handles all my car detailing in Santa Rosa. They have done a ceramic coating on my new car and now it always looks so fresh and so clean. The best part about the paint correction and ceramic coat service is the car washes easily. They even educated me about how to properly wash it on my own. Sounds silly but there really is a proper way to wash it in between details if you want to avoid paint swirls and not using dirty sponges or water.

Looking for the one that goes that extra mile? Here it is. Not only excellent service with attention to detail but someone who backs his work up!
