I had a really bad experience at my last nail place that I went to so I was nervous walking into Princess Nails thinking I would be treated the same way. Right when I walked in they sat me down, I showed her a pic of what I wanted and how I wanted them & she was ready to start. She didn’t try to talk me out of getting what I wanted, she didn’t tell me what I wanted wasn’t available or wouldn’t look good on me. She did my nails so well & I’m so happy with how they turned out which is a first for me in a while. Thank you Princess Nails!

Maybe if you get lucky you’ll get a good manicure, but there’s probably only one person that actually knows what they’re going in the whole salon. My mani pedi is so bad, i could’ve done it better at home. She cut the skin around my nails instead of my cuticles, ruined the shape of my nails and ripped them up. The polish was uneven too. Even after telling and showing them how bad of a job they did, they still charged me full price. get a clue.

Deffff deserves 5 stars. Such sweet people that own/work here. I went the other day and they are doing everything they can to make us comfortable during Covid and new guidelines. My nails look the best they have in.a while especially with them being so short. They def take pride in their work and have genuine care for their customers ❤

I have been going to Amy for years now. Its a small place but its perfect because they take their time with you rather than rush to get the next customer in a chair. Walk-Ins are welcomed but I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to secure your chair. I am so happy to have found this lil hidden gem years ago. Thank You Amy!!

The service was extremely nice and friendly. But however, I got white polish on my acrylic nails and after 3 days, the polish started turning brown. It’s been 5 days since my appointment, and the whole set of nails is almost all brown. Make sure to not get white nail polish from this place!!

Charged 25$ for my 6 year olds Pedicure we were in and out in 15 minutes... no massage, no true soaking, just rush and done. I can not stress enough the accountability we, as customers, need to hold to these establishments. We must insist on QUALITY, not speed. Not to mention, they were very friendly on the phone but not so much when we arrived.

I am visiting from out of town and found this salon through other positive reviews. I was impressed with Amy and her ability to do a great fill so quickly. Its always a risk to have someone unfamiliar do your nails. I was highly impressed. Also, I was a walk in and they were able to help me.

It was my first time coming in. I had heard nice things about the place and was told walk ins would be okay. The lady that did my nails was rude. She did an alright job, but i did not like the results. They filed my nails way too short. I keep then short in the first place because of my job. She left my cuticles worse than when I went in, left them with bits hanging by the tips. The lady doing them was doing them too quick cuz she was trying to fit in her appt that came in late after she said shed do our (mine and my stepsisters) nails. She kept pulling and yanking my hands if I didnt go fast enough. The only high light the night was a sweet elderly lady that would come to see if i was alright. I will not come here again. To each their own, if you like the place then good for you.

Have to say this is one of the best nail salons that I have besn to. Everyone is so cheerful and nice. They do an incredible job and are very reasonably priced! I highly recommend the orange peel on your feet!

Ive ben going here for several months now. They do a great job, these are very strong nails. Sometimes I wait way longer than 2 weeks and I havent broken a nail yet...the polish even stays nice. So far so good :)Update: when I came back to get my nails taken off for my new job (Starbucks) they literally pried/peeled the nails off and it hurt SO bad. Like it made me want to throw up kind of bad. Im not sure if thats supposed to be how you take off fake nails... I thought you were supposed to soak them and then file them? Not sure but ouch. I have to take a star off for that because no

Good moring every1 let me jus say I called I spoke Amy she was so professional and helpful fast and efficient let me tell you so ething when you know you have a great skill and are open and honest not just forva dollar you will go far the way Any took her time about what I wanted also allowing me to come in so she could do my nails the best way possible she consult me I take my nails serious ok they were very long and breaking not to mention the person that did my nails at a completely different shop really did a jump very on my nails all kinds of damaged such as weakness breaking nail color change starting even an infection almost in just 2 weeks time I just thank Amy and all the staff at this location if you want your nails healthy and done right this is your place walkin welcome as well as appt ......if u wanna see my bad nail job its under my modern nails review in ohio

I tried this place for a good while. I found the manager to be rude, and not just rude to me personally when she did my nails but watched her with other customers be downright insulting. Scolding a woman for having too much facial hair while waxing her. The place is a dive and the prices are way too high for the location & rudeness. Actually grabs and pulls and pushes at you while she does your nails! I dont think so!!I pulled right back at her so she would know I dont play that..Go to another nail salon. Stay away from this place.

Very RUDE! Not worth going.. They hung up on me when I called to cancel an appointment I made. She hung up right after I told them I need to cancel. I guess she got mad. They did my nails ugly and cricked anyway.

This nail shop, I honestly have stopped in 3 times, and EVERYTIME,I have been told theres NO time to squeeze me in, This would Not be such an issue to consider to leave a review,But I feel it necessary because it clearly states on the window,NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY -- WALK INS ACCEPTED,..If this was rang true, and NOT FALSE ADVERTISING.. I would never be pushed away and I wouldnt be told theres NO time for me....I am wondering if they are racist, becauser each time I took my interracial daughter with me, as well. ??

I found the manager to be rude. She doesn’t respect you if another customer comes in the same time because she wanna earn money. Last time l went there the manager was too rude although I was a regular customer.

I had a really lovely mani pedi that lasted a while. However, when she asked me if I wanted gel, I said no. she put the gel on anyway and charged me for it. $35 for a mani pedi, $5 for French tip. Came out to $64.
