Guys/gals, I love gel manicures on my natural nails. I tried and searched everywhere for a good long lasting gel manicure. This place is the best I have been to so far. Within two weeks of having it I notice there was no lifting or chips. This is definitely value for your money. I had to wait a little because I was a walk-in but it was worth it. My nails are healthier and longer than ever. Give them a try. The second blue photo is the 3rd week of growth.

I made appointments for me and my boyfriend for 4pm, and we didnt get helped until almost 4:45. they also entirely forgot that my bf was supposed to get his nails done. it hasnt even been a week and one of my acrylics is falling off. super disappointing after getting a recommendation to go here. the only person trying was a young guy, who was literally running around while other employees sat around doing nothingthe woman that did my nails completely cut or put a hole in my nail, and filed into my skin multiple times

I am always greeted with smiles and a fun time at Santa Rosa Nail Salon. They are always excited to see me and they give me VIP service! At first I thought I was special but they treat every customer that same way. Everyone is a VIP. I have always had incredible experiences with Tina, Nina, and Zun but I’m sure the other techs are just as great. Nina is incredible when it comes to acrylics. If you can get an appointment here I strongly recommend it

I love this Salon and Zuni does the best acrylics. He’s very thorough and makes sure everything is up to your standards and what you want.

Made a appointment a week ago, for pedicure and full set! Came into appointment and they told me they only had time for a pedicure and not full set. White people came in here with no appointment and got whatever they wanted done. But not me! Oh yeah I’m Black. So they don’t care about black people. So if you are black go somewhere else preferably spend money with are own kind‼️

Awful service! Awful quality!!! I am extremely frustrated with this business and would not recommend this to anyone! I have never had such a poor quality dip powder manicure like this place!I got nails done to go to the wedding and same day in the evening nails are chipping and peeling off. And the technician who did my nails, her own nails were in a really bad shape and not presentable; plus she was so rough and constantly hurting me. I called them to get a refund Bc this is awful work and I need to go now and get my nails re-done!!! And now they are ignoring my calls!!!!!

Paraffin wax treatment on hands was amazing! Will be back and having the paraffin wax treatment for my feet next time! 😊 Everyone is so nice and welcoming!

This was my first visit and the young lady did a great job on my nails, the only thing I would have liked is the lotion and massage on the hands that I have gotten in the past from other places, although maybe that isnt part of the service 🤷 .. I will be going back though, very nice people and clean

Reasonably priced nail salon in downtown Santa Rosa. Nina is absolutely wonderful - I have come to her twice now for a gel mani/pedi. They are very strict and careful with covid-related guidelines; their entire process seems very safe and sanitized. They wipe chairs between clients and use new tools and liners for each customer, and use plexiglass shields, in addition to temperature checks and a digital waiver form.They can get a little busy at times, so make an appointment. Walk-ins are not usually possible.

We had gel pedicures, the Herbal pedicure was so good! Excellent self care!! They really pamper you here!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My daughter was getting her nails done and a woman came in to get her nails done was told By the employee Nicole, that she had to pay before her service. No one else was asked to pay first. This customer said “Is it because I’m black?” And was then asked to leave. I am disgusted by this and hope everyone finds another place to get their nails done. The manager was notified and didn’t do anything.

I have absolutely adored every set I have had here. The prices are reasonable and the place looks and feels so clean. The place also has a wonderful atmosphere. I couldn’t be more happy coming here for all of my nail appointments need.

Punctuality isnt great here, I usually schedule appointments here but dont end up being seen until 10-15 after. The quality of your nails, I always get acrylic nails, truly depends on who is your nail tech. My nail tech is the younger guy, he is amazing and always delivers the best shape & no chipping !

I love this place. I have a favorite nail tech as well. Her name is Nina, shes awesome. They do appointments as well as walk-ins. They are in a great location as well,so if you do have to wait theres other things to do while you wait. The staff here are all great. Always very courteous and well mannered. Their top priority is to make you feel comfortable and at home. Which they do. I have tried other places here and there due to convenience but I always come back here and every time I have a story of my disappointment. Lol

SO SAD:( I got my nails dip powdered and after one day they are peeling off. That was a waste of almost $50. They didnt even last all the way to Friday ( I got them done on Wednesday) BAD WORK. POOR JOBS.

Today was my first time here and I am so impressed beautiful setting actually so pretty that I thought it was going to be expensive...however it was great prices. All the staff was so friendly they really pampered myself and my 5 year old. This was the best pedicure I have ever had! It came with a fab massage with hot stones and our polish was perfect! This will be my new spot.

They got me in on short notice for an acrylic fill. I had a red color on my nails and I wanted a fill and French.Everyone was nice, but he did a terrible job on my nails. Only two days later and I have several nails that are already starting to lift. Not only that, but he didn’t get all the original color off! So there are flecks of red in my French manicure.....I wouldn’t come back here even if I did live in the city...

My mom & I had a great experience here. We walked in around noon without an appt on a Wednesday and they were not busy. It was a clean & relaxed environment.I got an acrylic set and my mom got shellac with French tips. The people were patient, gentle, didnt rush, and our nails turned out beautiful!!We will definitely be returning here!

DO NOT come here, they do not properly sanitize their tools. While I was having a pedicure I paid close attention and saw that the cuticle cutter they tried to use on me still had SKIN in it. The nail clipper had a nail stuck in between the blade, and they were really quick to wipe it off with a towel before I could see it, but I saw it, the bags their tools were in was not property sealed either. Do not come here, you put yourself at risk.

They do the best dip powder manicure and are super sweet. I really enjoy going here.

I did not go before they switched ownership, so I do not know what the service was like before, but it is great now.They are doing some renovations inside but that did not kill the vibe.The overall decor inside is not extravagant, but I would suggest this place to anyone.Nina has been taking care of me and has been very sweet every time I have gone in...I work nearby and with so many nail salons local, I think I have finally found the salon that I will go back to again and again.Lastly, their pedicures are amazing!! Sugar scrub AND Hot stone massage with every pedicure :D

Tina is absolutely amazing. She is so artistically talented, she did all that I want and so much more. I will go back to her every time. The pricing is great and the quality of work is even better. If I could give her more then three stars I would.

The guys in this shop are truly talented and the girls are so creative; I came into this shop with no clue on what to get since there were so many design options and colors to choose from. They even have a punch card so you can get $7 off your 5th visit which is pretty awesome. I always have gorgeous nails when I leave this place, although my last set chipped sooner than expected. My advice to any new client is to make an appointment and come early in the day for multiple services, they get busy quickly and no one wants their mani or pedis rushed because it will look rushed.

BLOOD EVERYWHERE! I went in to get a full set I was so happy because for once I would be able to pamper myself little did i know I was signing up for the lady tto cut me MULTIPLE times until I bleed all over. Her sloppy work and her willing to get me out as soon as possible resulted in her cutting me with the filing machine 5x. Each time I bleed all she would say oops as if that made me stop bleeding. WAISTED MY MONEY RATHER THAN FEELKNG RELAXED I CAME OUT MAD AND IN PAIN!!! DONT RECOMMEND

The staff were very unplesant and seemed very annoyed with me. The pricing was pretty high for low quality nails. I wont be coming back.

They did a good job, and it was very clean. I liked that they had many different pedicure options, from basic at a lesser expensive price, to many more spa options for a longer or more relaxing experience at a higher price.

Horrible. Got my nails done on Wednesday and by Saturday 3 had chipped. Today is Monday and most of the nails have a chip in them.This place is more expensive also. I will never go back. The attitude of the staff is one of being bothered when you walk in. If you want my business act like it.

Relaxing manicure with cool gel options.

The guy who did my acrylic nails made me really uncomfortable and my nails broke when I was moving clothes 3 DAYS after. Ive had 4 nails break from the cuticle in less than a week. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone. Plus it took over 2 hours for nails that broke within a week.

I had my nails done, white tip, they were descent. I went back for a fill and it looks horrible, you can see the fill. When I went back the next day to show her, she made it seem like thats just how it is with that kind of nail. Wont be going back, ever!
