Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really loved that the girls who worked there all had their own nails done. My pink and white acrylics came out beautiful. This is my new go to nail salon.

Very clean and friendly staff. Appropriate safety measures in place to promote social distancing. One problem I noted was not sanitizing the waxing room bed either before or after my wax. Everything else was great.

Awesome spot. Super clean, and nicely decorated. Skilled technicians, and theres rarely a wait. You can book an appointment online, but they take walk ins too. Best spot Ive found close to Santa Rosa. Easy parking, decent prices, and great service. Highly recommend.

Last weekend my sister talked me into trying another salon😐. Never again. Platinum Nail is the only place to go. Excellent location. Excellent service. Excellent quality. My gel manicure looks great beyond 2 weeks. The other salon gel fourth day started chipping/peeling. Im going back to the best this weekend😘. 💕you Platinum.

I came into this salon about a week ago and I cant tell you how in LOVE I am with my nails, the service, and overall the salon! I had my nails done by Ivy and what a lovely person she is! She was friendly, knowledgable, professional, and she understood exactly what I had asked for. What I loved was I didnt have to wait forever for my appointment or even for my nails to be completed. Ivy was thorough and punctual. Also, I know the usual stereotypes of Vietnamese nail salons where the nail technicians tend to speak with each other while servicing clients, but that did not happen here. Ivy and everyone around her were polite and professional. I not only love my nails, but service, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction was guaranteed! Although theres many nail salons out there but its difficult to come by a place that supersedes your expectations, and their prices are reasonable for the quality of service and results you get. I wish theres more than 5 stars because Id rate you guys 1000x!!! THANKS AGAIN IVY! You are lovely, so talented, and I cannot wait to come back! So, if anyone reading this is wondering if Platnium Nail Lounge is worth a try, it DEFINITELY IS! LOVE PLACE!

This place is beautiful and Emma did an amazing job.

My friend and I went in to get spa pedicured and I got a fill. I was expecting to pay about $80-$100 with tip included. After 3 hours, I was charged $217!!!!! I specifically asked for the basic fill and two $40 pedicures. I left there very unhappy with my nails. The time it took, and the unethical trying to overcharge me. Everyone there was sick too. All blowing their nose and coughing. Im never going there again!

Today was my second time at Platinum Nail Lounge. Im hooked!! So clean and comfortable!! Emma is wonderful!! So sweet, so kind and so gentle!! Im a huge fan of this salon and definitely recommend you getting your nails done there!

Went here last week for a full set and it was horribly done. One nail fell off 2 day later and I had all others removed because they were lifting by my cuticles. It also felt very rushed during my manicure. I would recommend a different place if you are looking for lasting acrylics set. I will not be returning to this place any time soonIn response to your comment.I do not remember the name of the person that did my nails but I will definitely not be returning. It was a BIG waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will be returning to have your wife, who may have been the woman that did a horrible job in the first place, do my nails ever again.

My wife went in looking for fairly a fairly simple set of acrylics. She was not given what she wanted, instead she was talked down to and experienced horrible service. Dont waste your money or time on this place

So Ive been going to Platinum Nails on and off for a year or two now, i liked it until now.The last time I went I was charged $120.00 for a manicure and pedicure. Which was shocking considering the nails should have cost no more than $50 and the toes no more than $40 as advertised on the laminated sheet she gave me. The women even pointed in confirmation to the service I wanted. Yet charged me for the $60 dollar service that added an extra 15 min massage and a calous removal. I never received that. She also gave me this hot oil that almost burned me and did nothing for my skin. Needless to say I felt very ripped off and took in advantage of. Even when I asked the man at the counter why it was so expensive he looked nervous and said the women told him that I got the $60 dollar service not the $40. So I just payed and left.

I came here with a group and we made reservations for three pedicures and three manicures. While the manicures got started on time, two of the pedicures in our party started over 30 minutes late. I understand if this is a large order to fill, but if you dont have the staff on hand or cant fit us into your schedule, say something!

Tracy and Emma are two of the best manicures. All of the people that work there are all very good. All are Very good at pampering you. Best massages.

My first time getting a pedicure, and I wasnt very impressed. The platinum pedicure seemed like a good choice, because we wanted the hot stone treatment. All of the components were there (cuticle treatment, scrub, etc.) But the execution wasnt great. She seemed to just be throwing stuff around without any sort of purpose. She dug into my nail bed a few times - not painfully but obviously careless. I wouldnt do this again.

Amy (one of the owners) is absolutely amazing in her abilities to do nails and facials. I quit having my nails done by someone I had gone to for years, after only one visit to Amys salon. All the staff at the salon are great, you will have a truly relaxing visit.

Emma does beautiful nails and always has a smile on her face while applying a new set or fill. She is very pleasant and the spa is very clean.

The technician was great however they did not accept a gift card that was given to me after losing everything in the October fires by a friend because they switched owners since it was purchased.

Some friends and I had gone camping nearby, and due to some extenuating circumanstances involving lost keys, we had about 4 hours to kill in the area. What better way than to relax at a nail salon? After a quick yelp search, we saw that Athena had good reviews and seemed reliable. We called and were able to get three mani-pedi appointments within an hours time-- not bad! When we arrived, all of the ladies working were extremely warm and attentive. The salon chairs were comfortable and the pedicure was amazing. They took their time to pamper us and make us feel completely comfortable. Its been almost a week since we went, and there is still no sign of chipping on fingernails or toenails. For $70 and the place being relatively empty my nails are fullof divets, were rushed and super sloppy.

My nails came out crooked. I told them about it and they told me that the problem were my fingers.
