Overall a good place to lift, cardio equipment is older and when it breaks takes months to fix, hasnt been an issue in a while, toilets dont flush all the time, but overall a sweet place to lift,

Ive been a member of the gym for 32 years, Since January 1989. Basically I missed all of 2020 due to Covid19 shutdown. The good news is during that time Stan & his crew when through the gym and did a complete remodel and upgrade. The place is awesome. Its so nice to come back to new carpeting, new paint, remodel bathrooms, updated stalls, new tile floors, and the equipment is very clean. There are sanitizing stations everywhere. It is not crowded at all no matter what time do they you come here. If you were a previous member please return. If you have not been here please come to check it out. What junky gym all the equipment is dated an not maintained also the bathrooms are pure vile I would not recommend this gym at all

Great gym for all ages! Ladies only section and a massive amount of equipment for everything you need! Free wi-fi and parking. Get in, no crowd, and get it done.

A straight forward & all around equipment good gym. Its so large you always have room to workout where you choose in it depending on the time. Kind workers & helpful for anything.

Great gym overall. Staff are friendly and professional. If you are into the old school set up for a gym, then this is the place to be.

Its decent but does need some cleanup..the bathroom/showers need to be cleaned and stocked and somethings need to be fixed and freshened up .overall needs more attention paid to the cleanliness/janitorial of the gym...i will say it has everything you need and them some..and its prices are reasonable

Nothing, very dirty place. Half the machines dont work. And the manager whos on steroids has a temper problem
