I love this health club! I have been a member for 25 years.The people who work here are soooo nice! Everyone is pleasant and polite. Olga is amazing! The facilities are clean and comfortable.The teachers are great!I particularly love Qigong with Lori!Water workouts are great too!

Love the saunas, those are the selling point for me.Otherwise great gym, ton of classes, childcare, bar, lounging, sauna (so good should be mentioned twice!) and pool

Clean. Some people wont clean after themselves but most of the people do. No meat heads hear. Good to see people that just want to get their body the way they want and not use the gym as a dating site. Yay!

Great place before covid now they are reopened but you have to have reservations to use their pools and the sauna, hot tub, and steam rooms are closed until the covid warning gets to be yellow. Who knows how long that will be?

This is a great gym. Ive only been a member since February and Ive only been to the Santa Rosa location so far. Parkpoint has everything you need for any type of workout that youre looking for.They have an outdoor pool, indoor racquetball, outdoor basketball, Bocce court, free weights, machines, and tons of cardio. They also offer many classes.This isnt the biggest facility so when things a fully open and people feel comfortable working out again, I can see that there may be waiting times for some weights or machines.The locker room is nice and well kept. You dont need to bring a lock, the lockers have programmable locks. There is a nice shower area. Theres also sauna, steam, and jacuzzi (closed for now).They have strick COVID protocols in place. You must use a provided towel and sanitizer on everything you use before and after. Clean. Been members for years. This year we finally get to use the childcare and my son loves it! Did personal training with Nick a few years ago before my wedding and hes very friendly. All staff is great. I use to work at the Airport Health Club many years ago and have high expectations which are consistently met.

Wonderful clean professional atmosphere. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful. When I come in, I am always greeted with a smile. When I leave, its to a staff member saying have a nice day. An added bonus, they have great coffee!

Consistently voted the Best Health Club in Sonoma ... and for tons of good reasons. My only complaint is cleanliness in the mens shower is at times lacking. It needs to be better cleaned ... and cleaned more often. The shower drains need to be cleaned too so soapy soapy water doesnt back up. Management needs to give this some attention. Other than that, I love the facilities and staff.

I have been going to this gym for years, its a great gym. My only issue with it are its hours. They close way to early all the time, literally every other gym around stays open later. Especially on Saturdays like what who closes a gym at 6 on Saturday, I find that to be extremely lame for having to pay about $80 a month. Its seems like they have made their open hours shorter. If they were open till 11 or 12 every night theyd get 5 stars.

Best gym in Sonoma county, world class staff, clean environment. Polite and educated instructors on hand and willing to give advice for advancement in weight training. Facility are kept clean and neat at all times. World class commercial equipment, dance room, aerobics room, handball and racquetball courts available. Hands down best facility in town.

Ive been going to Parkpoint Health Club for over 20 years now and couldt imagine belonging to any other club or gym. The staff, personal trainers and management team treat you like family and offer an encouraging environment to achieve your personal fitness goals. Not only do they offer state-of-the-art fitness equipment, the members are equally welcoming and many of them have been going there for years as well. It truly is an amazing culture and charming facility. I cannot recommend Parkpoint enough. Whether youre looking for fitness class, modern equipment, a lap pool, full service locker rooms with sauna, steam room and whirlpool - they really do have it all. 5 Stars!

Very small gym not enough room to workout and the staff are rude.

I have been a member at Park Point gym since 2004. I was previously a member at a gym closer to my house, but they didnt offer the selection of classes that Park Point offers. I especially love the Power Yoga class and all the spin and cardio classes. The instructors and staff are all so helpful. What a treat to occasionally indulge in a massage or facial at the club. Seeing the owners work out frequently is inspiring to me. Some of the members that I work out with have been members since the club opened in 1983. Wow! I plan on being a member for many years in the future.

Weve been members for some time and it is amazingly well run. All the employees are great. All of the equipment is well maintained and all the amenities are sparkling clean. Very happy we found this gym.

I love this place! Its totally changed my life in Santa Rosa. Beautiful gym, incredible bathrooms with STEAM ROOM, sauna, showers ... big upgrade to your life! Staff is friendly and they dont try to hard sell or close you when you come in.

Very crowded. Parking is a joke- as in there are not enough spaces at all. Most of the staff is nice but a few are rude. Management is nonexistent. The pilates room is an airless broom closet. Fire exits are blocked. This club used to be better, but it is not worth their high fees anymore.

People are cool. Handball action is great. The onlu drawback to the club is the size. Very small pool, small weight room, small everything. There are 4 courts for handball. 2 with back glass wall. No b ball courts inside

Some of the younger staff here are extremely rude and immature. Management does not care, will happily and greedily still take your money and ignore that their staff making fun of guests. Very bad service.

Yes, it’s pricey. But you truly get what you pay for. If you can find another local gym that offers all the amenities this place does and that’s just as clean...

I recently moved to the area, and tried two other gyms before I found Parkpoint. It has by far been the best gym I tried and was the perfect fit for me! The staff is friendly, the place is very clean, it includes a variety of amenities, and the clientele is great (mix of people by age, gender, not a lot of “gym rats”). There are no extra fees at Parkpoint—towels are unlimited and free, every member gets a lock and day use of a locker, and there are no fees for group classes (beside karate and the like). There also is a very nice women’s locker room which includes a women’s only steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. The locker room is also stocked with such staples as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer (with diffuser), hair spray, and lotion—which makes is really nice not to have to bring all of that stuff to the gym every time you go. I also really enjoy the group fitness classes at Parkpoint. There are probably 8 classes offered during the workweek with a slightly more limited selection on the weekend. Overall great gym and well worth the price—plus they have a great “student” special for those who are under 25 that make it affordable for some of the young adults (like me) in the area.

From the last few reviews looks like this place is going downhill fast. I am a regular here and lately the gym has been having issues. First and most important is that the AC IS BROKEN. With everyone working out upstairs heat rises and it becomes very stuffy and extremely difficult to breathe and Im in great shape. The other night I asked staff to turn up the AC and they said it was broken and has been for a while. I looked at the temp and it was 75 degrees at night in the rain!!! They claim to be best gym in Sonoma County. The best gym in Sonoma County should have their AC fixed ASAP!! People pay extra to go to a nice gym the least you can do is fix your air for your guests that pay top dollar... Absolutely ridiculous... I havent experienced rude staff like others, they usually are friendly and on a few occasions when I forgot my headphones they let me borrow theirs which has been helpful. FIX YOUR AC PARKPOINT !!!

Nice place to exercise. Older crowd.

It’s very clean and everyone is friendly. I use the pool, and I often have a lane to myself. The showers and women’s locker room isn’t fancy, but it’s fine.

Nice health club, lots of classes, weight machines, free weights, bikes and treadmills, racket and handball courts, swimming pool, clean locker rooms, free coffee, wine and beer and sandwich bar, friendly people.

Friendly atmosphere, good equipment, variety of classes, convenient hours. Could be 5 stars but parking can be a challenge during busy times.

Clean friendly atmosphere restrooms have hot tubs steam room and sauna the exercise equipment is Bar None the best quality Ive seen.

Parkpoint Santa Rosa is not the same anymore. My mom has been a member of parkpoint over 12 years and experienced a rude response when asking for help !! Poor management- rude staff(not all). I will take my business else where. No good amenities on top of that.
