Ive been a member for a few years. Staff is friendly, Personal trainers are inspiring, parking is crowded. Dumbells go up to 200lbs. This gym has the basics for what you need if you are body building. my only complaint would be that they need more squat racks, bench, deadlift equipment. That said, I do enjoy working out here quite a bit.

First time back since they opened. At first it was hard to breathe through the mask I had. Go to a thinner mask so you can breathe better. Good to be back.

The In and Out of a work out experience.Easy to use and no complications :1 Floor upper body and cardio.2 Floor lower body.* Amenities are ok the sauna, steam room and showers can always be improved.I just wish it was more dusted frequently and get vacuum more often.

Im a member here. Very reasonably priced, clean facilities. Its very crowded after 5 pm on weekdays which is of course when I go as well so Im part of the problem right?? Its pretty loud as well, I prefer to wear my own earphones and I can hear the music they play over the sound of my own music. Minor nitpicks, overall I like it.

Not impressed. I’m a gym connoisseur and have been to many private and big box gyms all over the country. This place is small which is fine given it’s not crowded even at peak times. What I didn’t like is that several pieces of equipment were broken or malfunctioning (weight equipment specifically) but yet they weren’t tagged out for repair. Also, the “sauna” is a tiny box sauna anyone can purchase for a couple grand and have at home. It fits maybe 4 people?! It was barely warm when I tried it out (never even broke 1 drop of sweat) but yet they wouldn’t let customers change the temperature. Unless this is next door for you or paying more than $30/mo is breaking your bank, go somewhere else.

Great equipment

I started going to this gym about 6 months ago, and for the time being, I must have to say that I absolutely love this place! Even though, it can get packed in the weekdays (Monday - Friday) during peek hours ( 4pm-8pm), during the weekends ( Saturday - Sunday) theres very little people, which means that you have pretty much all of the weight-lifting equipment/machines to yourself! Thats why I like this place. Furthermore, the monthly membership is pretty cheap!

Not sure whats up with the negative reviews, this gym is awesome. For $35 monthly, Fusion Fitness provides access to a great selection of free weights, including dumbbells that weigh 10 lbs more than I do, while also having a huge variety of workout machines designed to make working out easy for beginners. There is no lunk alarm, so you can exert yourself without feeling self-conscious.As long as Fusion is open, I wont go anywhere else. Lets go lift!

Ive been going to this gym for about two years now and dont have any major complaints. Its relatively cheap and they have everything you need including a wide range of classes, sauna, and tanning--most of which I dont even take advantage of. It can be busy and hard to get access to the weights/machines you need around peak after work hours but what gym isnt? Lots of big fully tatted Mexican dudes in here which kinda makes me feel like Im lifting in a prison, but I kinda like that vibe. Bottom line is its cheap, people are nice, and they have what you need if your looking to get big. If you want a sparkly clean gym full of white people look elsewhere: Airport Club or Fountaingrove.

Nice place, lots of machines, weights, stations. Its month to month, so you dont have to sign for a year. And they have an excellent senior discounted rate.

Dirty with horrible service. It is always crowded and the machines are never maintained. Not to mention the womens showers are disgusting and the sauna is never working. AND ITS A PRICE GOUGE CONSIDERING THERES A GROUPON. Too bad Im just a regular customer. Its a good thing Im paying for just shy of 2 more months even after cancelling as a monthly user. Dont waste your money.

Staff are great. Small gym... but cozy! Friends are easy to make here. The only thing is, when you pay in full, you expect the service and amenities to be top of the line. Ive spotted a few leaks and have actually notified the employees, so they can report them or do something about it. This is what I got from them Oh, theres leaks up there too. Usually we just place a bucket there. I personally dont like getting drops of water splat on my head while using the stairmaster, treadmill, or other machines.

Fairly inexpensive and has all the equipment you could need. Its a little jam packed in there is the only con in my opinion

If you like cardio there are plenty of machines for that. If you enjoy lifting weights you might want to find another gym. While it appears the free weight section has tons of weights none of them are ever in order and good luck finding a set of dumbbells racked next to each other. There is also limited benches and overcrowding of machines and people in the free weight section.I cant stand the laziness of the members who place dumbbells where ever they please. And the staff obviously doesnt care to enforce proper gym etiquette or re-rack them either.

Ton of equipment here. Huge schedule of classes. Top notch instructors. Great hours.

Good amount of machines/weights. No one re-racks their weights. About every barbell is bent.

Only one star because I had to. Very unprofessional environment! Super rude service my the female employees. I felt negative vibes. They did not greet me like they did to everybody else.. ever ! Their personal trading is a joke !! They need to work on their customer service or simply hire new people. The sanitation needs some help as well as the ventilation.

Fusion is great if you live on the west side of town.

BAD customer service. I was a client for more than seven years. I cancelled because I moved near Novato, even though I cancel my membership 23 days before my due date, they still charge me the next month. Call twice to see if they can put my money back in my account and they didn’t care. I can’t believed they treat a customer like that even though I was a member for almost 10 years

The service is nice, but the gym is to small for the amount of people that go there. Really love the place.
